Strategies:
G0:
1) I use Anos as my starter not only because he's a 5k body, which helps you hit numbers early game, but he is also a free +1 if you pull off his skill.
2) Marika + tidal assult = 2 effective punches on opponent's 11k vanguard if there is a booster behind TA (Attack with TA unboosted first (12k), then restand and attack boosted (7+7k = 14k or 12k minimum if theres a 5k booster behind) )
G1:
Tempest Boarder: 4th attack enabler, also helps a bit if u have some locked cards on field
Penguin Soldier: draw source, also helps with early legion/late game recycling
G2:
Tidal Assault: helps you rack up the attack numbers, MVP of the deck(helps on early rush w/ 2x 9k punches)
Starless: Make sure attack with this first if your vanguard is in legion, put a g2/g3 unit behind it
G3:
Tetra-Burst: pressure people w/ criticals, if lucky enough you can kill your opponent at 3
Zaharias: Secondary VG, use this when they are at 4/5 damage (surprise people with stands)

I'll never understand the infatuation everyone has with Tidal Assault in Legion Blue Storm. I personally hate it and would rather just max Spyros. Anyway, drop Seal Soldier and just play more of Tempest and Starless. The trigger lineup seems really awkward and I would play 6 Draw 6 Stand to maximize Stands and get enough cards for the setup, but that's just me.
Don't even bother trying to consider Aqua Force playing against Jokers. 9.8/10 chance Aquas will always lose the matchup. Focus on what you can do against everything else instead.

I run 4 Tidal Assaults because it helps me rushing people early game(guaranteed twice 9k punches w/ a booster behind, and also its cb free). On the other hand, Spyros is more of a mid/late game unit imo(you need a G3 vanguard for it to work, also it eats cb while the whole deck is cb heavy).
For the seal soldiers yea I think i will drop them and max out tempest ad hermes instead.
Personally I dont have problem drawing into starless because most of the time i just use him as the mate so yea.
For the trigger lineup I run some crits just to surprise my opponent if they think im running full stand/draw but yea I might test it out later with 6S6D or 8S4D and see which works the best.

I'm... still pretty skeptical on Tidal Assault in all honesty. But that aside, I don't think you need to worry about drawing Starless instead of worrying more over having some leftover. He's actually one of the more favorable Grade 2 rides and that's taking one out of your cardpool.
Let me know how Stand/Draw works out for you. The Critical surprise is definitely an interesting choice. I just never considered it since Tetra-burst already stacks a Crit.

Tidal is Epic with Zaharias, you attack with Tidal column for 16k (with a booster of course) u don't use tidal skill, attack with vg, if you get the check for zaharias legion skill, stand tidal column so tidal can attack two times more, one for 14k and the other for 21k lol that's pretty awesome if you ask me

This deck is focusing on Tetra-Break Ride more than Zaharias as backup though.
Plus isn't that sort of... really gambly?

The issue with Tidal assault is that if you swing it into the vg first. It HAS to restand itself so unless you're adamant of using that then that is how it works~

If your vanguard is Zaharias , I'd atk with something else at vg , then vg or u can atk with another column, and swing at a rg then atk with vg and if you get Zaharias's skill off , then tidal can stand with +5k and still atk vg 2x.

G3:
-3 Demitrius (AQF is all about speed and pressure, BR units just slow the deck down)
+4 Zaharias (Might replace this if there's a better option)
