Strategy:
The main idea is to make use of exculpate as a 12k body, using stride to punish the opponent turn after turn until I have enough set up for Exculpate's own skill, at which point I crush the opponent's field and force them to give up their last resources to survive. Then I'll either ride Altomile and stride or swing with his G.Break for the final push.
Dream Painter shoves BB in the soul in case I fail to draw him, Marron can add power while filling the soul, Shortputter is another power booster. Phelex is good for boosting exculpate and his 8k Base during turn one. Menprius searches grade 3's for stride or exculpate purposes. Cycirlz is stride bait and will give me altomile in case I failed to draw him over Exculpate. Twin Sword can call the other Blaster Blade or Menprius, and Blaster Blade's use should be obvious. Altomile is good back up as his G Break works well for a final push.
That's the basic idea.

+4 Black Mantle
This deck counterblasts too much for Twin Sword to be useful and Black Mantle is a ridiculously good unflipper. I'd also recommend Lien to cycle through your cards to hit Altomile in case you only draw Exculpate (unless you're 100% confident in G-Assist/Reveargal/Menprius).

Shhhhhh, You're right I did.
Also I was thinking of using Mantle, so I'll go for that.
Running 14 G1 isn't my cup of tea, but I'll try it out
As for Altomile, I plan to use the G1 searcher to get him if I draw excul, along with reavergal, or meniprus.

Fair enough with the searcher.
If it isn't your cup of tea, 3 Mantle is pretty okay. You only need the third if one dies anyway and only four against retire.
