this deck wont help because using too much grade 3s and only 2 grade 2 and nova is not a clan to use many grade 3s

Nobody in their right mind will run this. But I played it a couple of times and Area does wonders, I don't get Blaupanzer but I get Blaukluger....seems fair :D

An idea similar to this actually can work, funnily enough. There are just way too many Grade 3's here for it. You need to remove about 6 Grade 3's and put them back in grade 2. This is the power of the BT04 Ride Chain, as with that ratio you'd actually have just as much ride consistency as any deck with standard ratios like 14-11-8. xD
Also, Kai, the heck are you talking about? Are you seriously trying to tell me that Nova Grapplers, the clan whose original boss card was a Grade 3 checker, doesn't like using an above average amount of Grade 3's? Lol.
