Title: (GS3) Field: Train Station

The train comes and goes along with its passengers.

Field Status
The amount of people around is fair.
It smells like grilled steak since there's a restaurant opening up nearby.

What is a field?
A field is an area where events between characters or even individual characters may happen. As replies to these posts, characters may chronicle events that transpire between each other which would often be as a result of or due to a Cardfight. Field events are great ways to develop characters as well as character relationships. Field events, for example, could include a Cardfight as part of a rivalry between two individuals. It can be something as simple as a simple outing or meeting that then leads to a game of Vanguard. Or something that would greatly move the plot, a fight between someone of the heroic affinity and someone of the villainous affinity.

Remember, Cray is looking for the best of the best to be a leader. This does not mean that the leader has to be filled with good intentions, its anyone who the cards seem to decide is fit. Heroes can do as much as they can, but without villains pushing the story forward with their schemes, there isn't much to save. So if you are on the villainous side, use these areas to move along with your plots and schemes. You may ask others to come and roleplay with you and anyone can post in these areas, there is no limit other than that of being logical and simply just being respectful to your fellow fighters.

There is a limit of FOUR field events per day.
Any character that you interact with during field events may get affinity +1 or -1 with you.
Certain fields may have special events and things happening there in order to start up some action.

Cero exited a train, on his way to his first stop since arriving in Japan the night before.  He had heard of a nearby cardshop where strong fighters gathered, and was on his way there to see the strength of Japan's fighters compared to Europe.  Pulling out a map, he searched for the right way to the shop, having difficult figuring out anything the map said.
"Why must Japanese be so difficult to read?" he pondered aloud, and began to wander around the train station looking for any sign that might be able to point him in the right direction.  Cero attempted asking several locals passing him, but was ignored by most due to his rude tone.  His response to the people ignoring him was usually shouting that he was Europe's "King of Vanguard," something that confused most of the people around him, getting him strange looks.

Hana hopped off the train on her way to Card Capital, she noticed an unusual looking man who kept shouting like a maniac and concluded that he was ill. She decided that she would approach him and lead him to the nearest hospital. She approached him from behind and lightly tapped his shoulder.

"The hospital is over there." she said with a soft tone as she pointed her index finger towards the hospital, which also happened to be around same direction as the card shop.

Cero turned around to face the first person to respond, glaring at them.  "I am not searching for a hospital, I am searching for Card Capital," he shouted, "for I am Cero Kirguis, Europe's King of Vanguard, here to challenge Japan's strongest Cardfighters!"  After shouting at this person, he realized she was a girl close to the same age as him, though this didn't have much of an impact upon his actions.  "If you know where it is, I demand you guide me there!"

Hana looked up to the man, kept yelling on and on.
Usually in unusual situations like these, Hana would go with her unusual protocol of, "what would my sister Yukinee do?"

The first thing that came to her mind was, to act strong, right, and kind... and shout at this guy like....
"Don't tell me what to do b-b-b-bbaka!" She shouted towards him louder than any of the screams he has done so far.

She then remembers that her sister would then take out her Vanguard deck and start arguing with Gordon or Akane, but since she had neither, she took out Rock Girls, Rio, and whispered, "psst psst hey argue with me because Yukinee usually argues with her cards after yelling at people."
"Nani?" Rio responded back, confused. "Isn't this what usually gets your sister into fights?"
"O." Hana uttered upon realization.

Cero stopped his shouting, staring dumbfounded at how the girl A) outshouted him, B) called him an idiot, and C) started talking to her deck.  After a moment or two, he regained his composure and shout back, even louder this time, "How dare you call me an idiot!!  Do you have any idea who I am!?"  Then he remembered she started talking to her deck, and continued his shouting, "And why are you talking to a deck of cards!?  They can't speak back, you insane buffoon!"

He was yelling so loudly that she couldn't really make out half of what he said.
People around the station were starting to stare and she feared that they may send her to the hospital like this guy too, or even worse, send her to prison along with him. She wasn't ready for that kind of laifu. This man was public hazard, disrupting the peace of the noisy trains station with his even noisier screaming. She nodded in determination, yet such frowning in public areas were unacceptable it her job as an idoru to turn his frown upside-down.

"I can feel that he's a Cardfighter too," Pacifica told her.
"I see then! I know what we can do!" Hana nodded.

Upon a second glace, she figured out who he was. The talk of Europe, card shops, being a king, strong fighters, and coming to Japan finally caught up with her. As she put the pieces together she realized exactly what and who he was. He was a tourist. A Cardfighting tourist. The best way to get anywhere with this guy is to probably challenge him to a game of Vanguard since she believed that it was one of the greatest ways to learn things about someone. A stunning performance that would make his heart doki doki may just be what he needs!

"Shhhhh. Screamo-kun, would you care for a game of Vanguard?" she asked.

"My name is not 'Screamo-kun!'  My name is Cero Kurgis, Europe's King of Vanguard!!  But fine, I accept your challenge!"  Cero stopped shouting at this point and took out his deck, prepared to Cardfight the mysterious girl.

As the fight progressed, the crowed which looked at them with strange glances eventually turned into a crowd which watched in amazement. Hana fought along with that guy, the fighter whom revealed himself to be a player of the Royal Paladin clan. His deck showed off a perfect example of what the Royal Paladin clan does, calling forth comrades and using such power to create strong lines. By his second turn, Cero was able to call out three Snogals in his back row, completing his formation. As Hana expected, Cero yelled a lot, and also got confused by how she performed in idoru mode during that Cardfight.

Eventually by Grade 3, it became a stand off between Pacifica and Soul Saver Dragon, with Hana in the lead due to the advantage of using Rock Girl's Rio's skill twice as well as hitting with the Pearl Sisters combo in her second turn. The Royal Paladin clan amazed Hana as always. She had a deep admiration for the clan as it always would remind her of her sister, and it was also due to this deep admiration that she knew that she had to be cautious. At the final stretch of the game, Hana's best bet was to check a stand trigger, Ressac, whom had been her trouble idol for so long. Ressac coming at the right time sealed the victory for Hana.

After the game they had a few exchange of words, Hana learned that he was Europe's "King of Vanguard," and in fact not from Australia like Pacifica said. Cero was his name, and they seemed to be heading for the same place, Card Capital, not the hospital. Hana pointed the direction of the hospital and went ahead of him, noting his name, the name of a new friend she had just met. Screamo-kun.

Cero (Screamo-kun) AP +1

The battle against the girl he had met had been intense, closer than any match he had had in Europe in years.  She was able to keep up with him for the first couple of turns, and even managed to take the lead from him and kept it.  Throughout the fight, she used terms that confused him due to his incomplete understanding of the language.

When they were both at Grade 3, Cero had to yet to draw his ace card, and was forced to pit Soul Saver against Hana's Pacifica.  Though the situation wasn't ideal, he fought against the myriad of combos his opponent's Bermuda Triangle deck threw at him, but was unable to defend himself when Hana pulled her Stand Trigger.  Though he would never admit it, he was genuinely impressed by the girl's strength and skill with her deck, and wondered if all of Japan's fighters were on her level.

After the "doki doki faito" and a brief conversation, Cero learned the girl's name was Hana, and that she was also on her way to Card Capital.  She pointed him in the right direction, which made him think the card shop was in a hospital at first, but she corrected his thoughts and ran on ahead of him.

Hana AP +1

Haruka stepped off the train onto the platform. He pulled the scarf from over his face and made his observations. "Over there.. huh?" The Card Capital seemed more packed than usual. He scratched the back of his head as he took a seat on a nearby bench. His eyes floated up towards the clouds. People were whispering around him. Haruka's decently-tuned hearing caught a discussion about Cardfight.

"Did you hear about the fight a bit ago?", a man in a suit had said.
"Some King of Europe or something. Oh, and that one girl. What was her name?"

Haruka's spacey eyes flickered with passion. "Cardfighters, huh?", he whispered to himself. A thin smile appeared on his face, as his eyes fell closed.

Meanwhile, Itou leaves Card Capital and heads to the Train Station, when he gets there he suddenly hears that his train was late, so he decides to wait in a bench while drinking juice. Minutes pass and nothing seem to happen, until a moment where all the energy was cut from the station. Confused, Itou decides to look around and sees a shady figure who seemed to be coming out from the power room, he decides to follow it to see if there's a connection between this incident and the late train.

"What the hell..." Haruka notices the power outage as everyone starts to move about rampantly, some in a panic. Haruka stands up, noticing somebody recently dashing after another figure. Before he can open his mouth, Haruka feels a twinge in his chest.

Go after him.

It's the voice again. His inner subconscious.

Go after him, now.

Haruka's feet began dashing towards the two people. No time to think, must do.

As Itou ran after the mysterious person, without realizing his deck fell out of his pocket, but he was too focused on the person ahead to notice. He suddenly felt an empty space inside his soul, as if a part of his being suddenly went missing. The runner heads towards the Shopping District, hoping he/she could blend in the crowd, but Itou does not give up, keeps his eyes aimed at the person and continues the pursuit.

Trying his best to keep up with the man, Haruka picks up speed until he notices something slide across the platform. A Cardfight deck? It must be the man's I was chasing. With a sudden feeling of guilt, Haruka cranks it up to 11 and starts to speed over towards the people in front of him, trying his best to avoid people who are also moving around amidst the panic.

Waiting for the next train to appear, I think to myself, "Wow, its so amazing how a simple card game can bring people together. Tsubasa, Jellal, what wonderful people they are. I hope I will get the chance to play against them one day, as the results..."

The sound of the express train surprise me and sweep my thoughts right out of my mind. "Commence boarding for the express train."

"Maybe I'm not a lone wolf anymore."

The doors shut and the train takes off for home.

The pursuit continues, after going through the Shopping District the runner starts to slow down, and in the middle of all of Itou feels something urging him to look at his left, it looked like a shop but hidden in a really weird place, but he could not care about that, he needed to solve the current situation. Before he knew it, he found himself in some slump, surrounded by people who said:

Welcome to the Underground Slums, if you step foot here you're obliged to fight. Now where is your deck?

Itou in a hurry checks his pockets, but didn't get anything, and noticed that his deck was gone. On the other hand the runner also stopped due to their rules, so we reached a staleamte, but without his deck he was in a dangerous situation...

Hana sat down on a bench with her bag of eggs, her bag of good deals, her bag of happiness. A train began to move in front of her and she sat mesmerized by it's slow movement. The spell was eventually broken when the train quickly accelerated and vanished into a tunnel.

"I.. forgot to buy rice..."

Shiki stood at entrance to the Train Station, looking around in confusion with the bag full of adult content magazines still in his hand. After a few minutes of just standing there and doing nothing, the man shrugged and walked into the Station, exploring it slowly untill reaching the main area with all the trains and stuff, which made him even more confused. He started walking in circles while scratching his head in confusion, clearly lost.

"I'll just put something else inside the omelette I guess," Hana had decided. Suddenly a glimmer appeared in her eyes.
"I can make my sister eat cherries by hiding them inside the eggs! So smart wow!" She jumped happily off the bench and stood up.

She made her way to the ticket booth, intense eggs in hand, walking slowly. She noticed a man with a rather heavy looking back. Judging by the shape and few pages of paper peeking out, she quickly deduced that he was a very educated man whom reads many kinds of very esteemed literature. He did certainly look lost, but even the greatest minds lose their way. Hana approached the scholar with every intention to help him as she did with Cero a few days ago.

"I know this place very well since I always use this train station to reach home!" she said enthusiastically, in order to get his attention.

The man, upon hearing a female voice, stopped circling around and stared in the direction of the female which appeared slighty shorter than him, an unusual sight as he doesn't usually mingle with people younger than him.

"Oh! Yes hello! I don't know the Train Station at all but..", he stopped, placing his hand on his chin and tilting his head.
"I think I got lost, I've been walking forward for a veeeeeeeeeeeery long time and this place doesn't look anywhere close to my home.."

Shiki placed his hands on his waist and started circling nervously once again, clearly not caring about hiding the adult magazines from someone not old enough to view them.

"Oh man, oh man what if I get kidnapped and robbed.. by a bunch of scary tall men in some dark alley and I never get to see the light of day every again.."

Hana didn't understand why he was asking such a silly question, but then she remembered how the smart nerds would always get bullied by the jocks in the high school life type of movies. Putting these two ideas together, she came up again with another stunning conclusion, this man, no, this intellectual being was also a nerd and was bullied in school! How unfortunate!

"Do not worry sir for I, Hana Isabella Espoir, shall lead you back to your home!" She said so with a reassuring smile, but then realized that she had completely ignored his first question.

"Oh I apologize for ignoring your first..." she though for a moment for a smarter sounding word than "question" in order to impress this nerd, "....query." Impressed by her clever and quick thinking she proceeded to say the answer to his first question, the one which asked what would happen if he were to be robbed.

She said this with a smile. "Well... you would either be hospitalized or die!"

Wait that didn't sound right.

Shiki wasn't paying much attention to the female infront of him, untill he heard that she was going to escort him home upon which his face turned into a gigantic smile. He placed his hands on her shoulders and looked at her.

"Man! That's great! It usually works when I just walk forward.. after a day or two.. but it works!" He exclaimed happily.. and then stopped.

"Wait.. you could be a robber in disguise after my precious magazines.. hm.." he whispered to himself, quietly enough so that the girl wouldn't hear him unless she had really good ears. "But then again.. if its true I'd probably deserve being fooled.. hmhmhmhm.." he added, this time out loud.

"Alright then, let's go!" Shiki grabbed her hand and started marching forward, stopping after a few steps "Wait.. how do you know where my house is? Because I sure don't remember.."

Hana was even more confused. "Maybe he amnesia?" She thought, as she looked down to notice he had grabbed her hand. She then came up with a quick solution in her mind. If he has amnesia, then she can most likely get the police to help, and the police can identify who he is by going through his bag of books and from there, they can most likely figure out what his identity is and lead him back to his home.

"Sir! I have a solution. Let's call the police and turn in your bag of books, maybe they'll know where to put you!"

Shiki hugged his bag tightly and looked at the girl, "No! I'm not giving those to anyone, that's out of question completely! I paid money for those you know!" he slowly moved backwards, away from the female which clearly plotted to take his magazines away. When he reached a safe distance, he pointed at her all dramatic like.
"I knew it! You were following me and knew that I'd come here, you're just plotting to get my magazines!" He once again hugged the bag tightly, turning his back to the girl-theif and looking back at her, protecting the bag as if it was his own son or something.

Haruka, still in full sprint down the road, finds himself panting and out of breath at train station. He leans against a wall before promptly dropping onto his butt. "Ahh, owwww!" Haruka runs his fingers through his hair and moving the scarf from his neck a little to make the air move around. "Gotta... cool off..."

You didn't have to sprint all the way from the Construction Site to here. Nobody was going to hurt you. Are you an idiot?

"Save it, dude. I am so beat."

Haruka continues to fan himself whilst taking off his cardigan. Underneath he is dressed in a white tank-top with an orange eye plastered across it. Despite removing his cardigan, Haruka chose to keep his scarf wrapped around his neck to some degree.

"It's so hot out here."

It is your fault, idiot.

Haruka snarls at the voice and once again continues his fanning sessions, despite the few onlookers. Haruka assumes that they think he's crazy and just talking to himself.

Despite Haruka's weird disposition and his self-awareness, Haruka's attention switches over to a girl and a pervert.

"Oh, that guy again."

Is that Pervert-kun?

"I don't think that's his name. Nice try though."

Haruka stands up and starts to walk over to the duo across the platform.

"Hey guy. Good to see you again! Err, do you remember me?" Haruka suddenly becomes really self-conscious about whether or not he would be easily forgotten or not.

"A-Are you hiding your books?" Haruka says, somewhat embarrassed.

Hana noticed some guy that ran in, breathing deeply, exclaim something. Something about this nerd hiding his books was what he said. First off, she questioned herself why exactly he would want to hide books, secondly, she questioned why the other man was panting.... and the third thing was... eggs were getting warm.

She figured out the part with the books. He obviously had top secret research in there, that's why he was hugging it as if it were his own child. She walked towards him, with an assuring smile that send a message which communicated something along the lines of, "I understand you, let's go out for some pancakes."

But as she walked towards him, she noticed a bunch of train station officials walking towards him as well.

Shiki looked around, noticing both the guy that saved him before whom he ignored right after he did so, and the officials rushing to his location, he was well aware that this is one tough situation to get out of, he had no hand to hand skills and no weaponry of any sort so fighting was out of question.

"I see that your other teammates have come out of hiding to ambush me, all of this was a trap and I knew it!" he shouted, and got ready to run forward as far as it was possible before having a revelation.. he reached into his pocket and and pulled out a few Vanguard cards, arming himself with atleast three in both hands.

"You see those cards? I bet they give some really good cuts so don't come close and nobody will be hurt!"

Hikari stepped out of a train to quite the scene-

Wait a minute, that's Hana.

Who is this neanderthal aiming cards at her like they're some sort of weapons?! He didn't plan on harming her precious, did he? No, of course not, she's going to make this all stop before then. With her big sister fury peaking, the vanguard of light charged through the authorities and station employees, knocking them over, to attack this man herself!

Never mind the fact that it was the rude Granblue guy.

Haruka takes a small step backwards. "D-Dude, chill out for a second!" Haruka puts his hands up as if he were under arrest. "Don't get hasty here. I am not here to steal your books. Promise. Look."

Haruka pulls out his own Vanguard deck. "See? No harm here. I have no intention of stealing your, uh. Po-"

Don't embarrass the guy here. You're better than that.

"Visual content." Haruka corrects himself with a nod and a sigh of relief.

Before he puts his hand out any further, he notices the girl from the construction site. "Oh dear." As if Haruka wasn't tired enough as it is, a whole new wave of exhaustion has come over him. "Look, put the cards away or more hell than any security guard can do will be rained upon us by that woman over there." Haruka nudges towards the woman coming off the train just now staring at them.

I walk down to the station to see a commotion of people around this one guy. "Doesn't look like it's going to well I say to myself." I avoid trying to get in the middle of the situation. I look down and admire Blade Wing Reiji while walking toward the train.

The next thing I know, I bump into this girl hugging what looks to be her sister. Reiji leaves my hands onto the ground.

"Oh my gosh I am so sorry," I say to the two girls while picking up my new card.

PROTECT THE PRECIOUS.

Hikari didn't even notice Isabella speaking or trying to hug her, she just ran past her baby sister in a mad crazed charge to safeguard her from this lunatic. Leaping forward to bring this hooligan down to the floor, the queen lunged at him.

Shiki eyed every person carefuly, ignoring what the guy from before said completely as he was too focused on protecting his precious magazines. His cards ready to cut more than one person up if it came down to it. Then he saw yet another person storm in and he pointed at her instantly.

"You! The arrogant girl that's crazy enough to talk to cards in some cardgame! I see that you too are onto this plot to rob me of my earned magazines!" he yelled at her, slowly backing away from the bunch. But when she actually charged at him, a man with no experience in combat whatsoever, he dropped his cards out of pure panic and got pinned down to the ground by the girl, hitting his head against the floor rather hard. His bag flied out of his hand and completely scattered all the magazines all over the floor again.

"How dare you threaten my sister you undisciplined heathen?! And how dare you insult me soon after?! Do you know who I am? I am the Chosen Sword of Cray, and more importantly, the eldest child of the Espoir! It is my duty to beat the ever-living daylights out of you for your insolence! Beg me for mercy, for this will be as painful! As! Possible!"

What the hell was Hikari even on about?!

The snow woman just kept shaking the boy by his shoulders, repeatedly beating him into the floor. Officials should stop this but... some were... honestly more terrified of her over the average, everyday criminal.

Hana looked at the magazines and what they were.

"So he was deeply studying human anatomy...." She said so in surprise.

After that she was silent, she didn't move, probably because she was just in disbelief of what this guy was hiding in there.

"POOOOORRRRRRNNNN!" Pacifica yelled, "You're naive as ever Hana! Baka baka baka!""

"W-wait is that me." Pacifica too, then became silent.

Haruka's face was filled with intense horror. "Holy..." Haruka's mouth hung open, hand still outstretched looking vacantly into the air. Then down at the man currently being planted into the platform by the Cardfighter from earlier. Who is apparently good friends with the girl who ran to her.

"U-Uh-"

For once, I have nothing to say. You're on your own, Haru.

"Don't call me Haru. Sounds weird." Haruka said under his breath. He drooped his arms and head and walked over to the pervert-princess combo on the ground and knelt to them. "H-Hey guys. People are showing up. He wasn't going to hurt her, please just get off of him. Please?" Haruka tried to mend the situation but felt as though his words were simply falling on deaf ears.

As Haruka turned to the girl, he noticed what she had uncovered from the bag. "Uh oh."

Shiki grabbed the girl by her arms in attempts to stop her from shaking him. His head was hitting the floor repeatedly as she did it, sure he was used to pain by this point but it still hurt as all hell.
"Sto-" "Stop-" "S-" "Stop! Not only are you crazy but also a chuuni?! Who gives themselves titles like that!" His head hit the floor one more time and this time it hurt more than before.
"God! Stop!"

He'd try to actually push the girl off him, but with little to no success at all.

Haruka feels the knee go right in his nose as he goes at least a yard backwards, blood spurting from his nostrils. "You've gotta be kidding- ow ow ow ow ow!" Haruka grabs ahold of his nose and starts to apply pressure.

"Provoke her? What in the hell?" Haruka starts to seemingly argue with himself.

A blackened aura surrounded the queen, her pupils morphing into blades forged with the death and despair of all victims who dared to threaten Hana's well being. They gleamed crimson, filled to the brim and over with psychopathic and murderous intent. "So you dare make the same mistake...", she made sure to drive her heel into the porn-hoarder.

Haruka stood up, holding his nose in one hand and looking over at the crazy girl one last time. Then the man being crushed under her. Then the one who had the same fate as him just mere seconds ago.

"I think it's time to call it quits." Haruka sighs, and looks at the girl still standing by as this whole fiasco happens. He takes a small step towards her, as to not invoke more wrath upon him.

"Take good care of her, alright? She's nuts."

Haruka hobbles off in the other direction, blood streaming down his face. He waves off the guards, alerting them that, "It'll figure itself out. Don't worry."

Before Yukino could make another move, the authorities finally got some backbone and grabbed her. They yanked her away from the offending targets, trying to quell the queen's anger while also making sure she doesn't whack some of the workers in the face. Unfortunately, they were failing miserably at both. Though, a glance at Hana finally brought some calm, realizing she was okay. ... Isabella looked sort of dumbfounded - traumatized even, however. For what reason? Following the line of sight, the queen's gaze met the open... magazines... on the floor...

Oh my god, she panicked. Letting out a scream, the big sister broke free to save her.

"Hana, cover your eyes! You must remain pure! Saintly! Unsoiled by the evils of this Earth!". Protesting, Yukino scooped up the girl in her arms, carrying her princess-style onto the train to escape the villainy of Pacifica's lewds.

Having just arrived to the train station, Tsubasa ponders about the events that occurred today.

"That was by far the best cardfight i've been a part of, Hazama is one amazing fighter and...a good friend" he said within his thoughts. "But i wonder...Hazama fights for his family from what I can understand, so then...why do I fight?" he thought. " I only started this game a few days ago, I had built a deck but I never got the chance to try it against others until recently, and yet i don't know why i play this game..."

The doors of the train open as Tsubasa enters the vehicle, "For the longest time in my life I would only fight....for him....this is different...."

The doors close and the train heads off into the sunset.

Hana was on her way to an animal shelter to go adopt a pet. Recently, she's been wanting a pet dog for strange reasons. Well, not so much, strange... it was no surprise that she would want a pet, but if she were to tell this reason to other people, they would look at her weird. Basically, Hana wants a dog because every time she would go check on Cero's deck, the cards would speak to her, in very calming words, and pleasant greetings.

"Woof."

Hana really wants a dog.

Haruka woke up in the park, exactly where he fell asleep. Despite sleeping out in the open in the sun, he felt extremely cooled off compared to the night before. Pushing himself up and dusting off, he makes his way home, changes and gets headed out to the train station. The original idea was to take the train to the Espoir House and see how Hana and Yukino were holding up after that fight. Then the goal changed to buying candy at the shopping district first to make them feel better. Women love candy, right?

"Haru... I don't think it works that way." Haruka was too giddy about seeing them to listen. For whatever reason, this felt like a special occasion, despite seeing them a couple of days ago under nearly the same circumstances. He sprints down the street of his apartment complex, and arrives at the train station to the other side of town to the shopping district.

Upon arriving there, Haruka makes note of something. Someone familiar. A lively Hana is bouncing her way over to the animal shelter across the street.

"H-Hana? Hey! What's up! Wait for me!!" Haruka starts walking over, attempting to get her attention.

Extremelly bored and with no plans for the day, Makuto decided to go to the train station. He arrived there and the first thing he noticed was the smell of grilled steak.

"Great, i am hungry now." mumbled Makuto.

He couldn't help but notice a girl nearby and a guy calling her out. He turned his head and he then realised that little girl was Bella the super Vanguard Idol he saw at the Summer Festival. He tried to approach her hoping he could get the chance for an autograph or even a cardfight if he was lucky.

"Hello. Are you Bella the Vanguard Idol?"

She heard a really raspy voice. No, the voice wasn't raspy, more like dry. Right, it was thirsty.

"Hi Overlord-kun." She knew this based on how he sounded very dehydrated.
"I'm heading to go adopt a dog, dad-san says that if I want one that mom and him would help me take care of it."

Hana really wanted a dog, the company of one seemed very great to her. The dog would be her little friend, or not so-little friend. Either way, she finds them very cute, especially when they stick their tongues out and wag their tails, walking around. She remembers when her dad used to have a dog and how happy the pet made him. Mom simply approved of her getting a dog, but dad-san was overjoyed. The moment that she told him that she wanted one, he quickly ran to the backyard along with some workers. He then tackled a tree, causing it to shatter into multiple pieces of wood. They are now making a dog house.

"How are you toda-" Hana greeted as she walked to the animal shelter.

Immediately she noticed that someone else had come up, asking her a question.
"Hai hai, I am BELLA." She smiled in surprise, a fan?....

*screams internally*

Haruka was rather happy about how Hana responded so quickly. He expected her to completely ignore him, for whatever reason. She explains that she wants a dog. Haruka scratches his head in thought.

What kind of dog would she want? A rottweiler maybe? Probably not. Maybe a bulldog? Eh, probably not "cute" enough. Hmmm....

"A Labrador...?" Haruka thinks out loud.

At the same time, another man comes up asking for a girl named "BELLA."

Who?

Oh right. That was Hana's stage name at the beach festival. Haruka finds himself stepping aside, as to not get in the way of the transaction. Most likely an autograph signing or something of the sort. He smiles at the man, as to make a decent expression.

About 3 days after I lost Blaster Dark in the "Underground Slums" I decided that maybe I can get 'Blaster Dark' from Card Capital, I picked up my piggy bank full of pennies and ran to the "Train Station"...

After getting there right before the doors closed, someone put there hand in front of the door and let me in. "Thanks" Shin'en said as he walked in. As I walked in I saw his Deck in hand, I thought to ask but without Blaster Dark I knew I was gonna loose...but I asked anyways.."Do you play Vanguard" Shin'en said nervously.

Makuto smiled as Bella responed. He wasn't expecting someone like her to respond to a stranger so he was really excited.

"Bella-chan, this is a silly question but can i get an autograph? I really liked your performance the other day and how you played Bermuda Triangle. And about that, could i please have a cardfight with your Bermuda Triangles, i want to test my deck versus that matchup. I know you might be busy but i felt like asking."

Completelly forgetting about the other guy, he looked at him and he tilted his head.

Kurai looked at the stranger's face, intensified his gaze. Upon a closer inspection he deduced that this person lacked confidence in their card-fighting ability, but was unable to determine why. Kurai's composure dropped upon hearing the male's question... "Do you play Vanguard?"

The expression on Kurai's face became his alternated personality, his competitive side appeared before this person. He uttered the words
"Challenge... ACCEPTED"

With this, Kurai challenged the person to a cardfight.

Hana took a pen and paper out of her bag and quickly began scribbling as if it were second nature.

She was ready.

He was asking about Bermuda Triangle though, which made her feel a little uneasy as they'd miss a chance to perform. She would have to politely decline this offer sadly, at least until she figures out a way to get them to return.

"Gomen but I seem to have left the Bermuda Triangle at home, I'm just going on a quick outing right now!" She finished her scribbling, a full paper with her autograph and everything, some stuff about how happy she is to be an idol, and how she appreciates those who support her. She signed her name on the bottom with a star.

"BELLA ★彡"

Haruka nods in response to the fan. "Yeah, a friend." Haruka looks at Hana, worried the question about Bermuda Triangle might make her a bit restless. Fortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. Instead, she seems rather calm about, as she signs out her Idol signature and hands it back to the man.

Then he realized it. She had pen and paper ready for this exact moment. Or rather, just for fans in general. Why did Haruka think any differently? This is Hana we're talking about.

He sighs for a moment, thinking about his own deck.

Bermuda Triangle is gone right now... What would happen if he lost Overlord? All of Kagero?

Haruka was having trouble baring the thought. He simply let it slip to the back of his mind, ditching the topic altogether.

"Yeah, i forgot to itroduce myself, My name is Makuto Akuyaku. Nice to meet you Bella." he said while still trying to smile.

He then looked at the guy and gave him a glare. He didn't want to leave this place without a cardfight atleast so he decided that he would be his opponent instead.

"Well now that you know my name, how about you fight me young man, you see I don't want to leave this place without having a cardfight. I'd be glad if you accepted this challenge." he said while still glaring and smirking slightly at him.

The smile that had sat on his face turned into a look of confusion at first.

"Me?" He pointed to himself. A bit puzzled, Haruka quickly realizes he was just now challenged to a Cardfight. Despite loving the game so much, he was worried about having a meltdown after the fight, just like against Yukino.

"Maybe if I take it easy..." he mumbles to himself. He takes a quick deep breath and looks back at the man glaring at him. "Okay, a fight sounds good to me. Just do me a favor and lose the stare. It freaks me out dude." Haruka smiles back though, trying to be as sincere as possible.

"Are you sure Haru?" Haruka nods, presumptuously at Makuto. "I'm Haruka Nakahara. Let's do this, yeah?"

All the while, on a bench, Satoshi was sitting in a trenchcoat and sunglasses. With some of his remaining money, he had bought clothes to go incognito with. Ironically, he decided to hide himself, not because he felt ruined or ashamed or anything anymore. Actually, it was a different problem.

He couldn't feel anything. Nothing about his situation, his family, his friends...it was all gone, locked away as though it was never there to begin with.

That wasn't the only thing he had walked away either. He had bought a safety deposit box in a post office to place his deck and other valuables in. He did so, because he just couldn't be bothered right now. He wanted peace in his head after yesterday, and he got it by putting his deck away. He couldn't be a champion of Cray when he let emotions get in the way. He had to take a break and remove those emotions for good.

He stared at Haruka and Hana through a side glance of his sunglasses. He wanted to say something to them, but words couldn't form in a way he liked. Yukino was right to tell him to shut up yesterday, he wasn't thinking of what to say at all; only what he was feeling at the time. Idiot.

---

Seph also thought Satoshi was an idiot. Not because he was stuck in a safety deposit box, though.

Actually, he was right behind him, invisible to the world but still watching over the boy. Putting the deck away wasn't going to get rid of him, they already had a bond. But he was playing along mostly out of interest in what the rest of the Triad of Hope would do now that one of their Royal Guard was essentially no more. Would things be the same? Would the other Guard notice his incredibly obvious aura, another reason Seph considered him an idiot?

Hell, anyone with a brain and familiarity with him would know his trademark messy brown hair. But...at the same time, the spirit knew there was another half to the disguise. Satoshi ignored people on the street, and as such, they ignored him. What would make this situation different? He silently pleaded that Haruka, or even better, the princess of Cray, Hana, would feel something familiar about this cloaked fellow, weary as Cray's affairs had made them over the past 48 hours...

Makuto was really happy to face a Kagero player as they were not really that common. Completelly forgetting about his desire to fight Bermuda Triangle he gave his opponent all he got. With doreen's high boosts and Death Anchor's extreme soul charging and power boosting he almost got the win. He wasn't really expecting his opponent to pull out a new card he didn't even know, that about card was called Dragonic Overlord, The End. That card decided the game. With his skill that made him restand he won the game.

"Well, I wasn't really expecting to lose hehe. But i still enjoyed this game, I'd definetelly like to fight you again Haruka. As for Bella-chan, I hope we meet again so i can have that cardfight i wanted so badly." Makuto said as he smiled. He then stretched out his hands expecting a handshake from both of them.

Hana gave the man a handshake, "Dark Irregulars... and Makuto huh..." Hana thought to herself. She was thankful to him for being a fan. She then bowed to him and walked into the animal shelter, very quickly, because she could not hold back her excitement over dogs.

There were many dogs!
"Woof!"
"Woof."
"Woof!!"
"W00F."
"..woof"
"WooF!"

Hana had entered her happy place. From her back, Cero's deck resonated with the dogs.

"Woof."

!!!!! She didn't know which dog to get, maybe, she should just adopt all of them!!!!
Then she saw it, a really small puppy, with white fur that shone as if a stage's spotlight was focused on it. It was glittering and glamorous. That is the dog that she will befriend. She walked up to it and sat down, criss-cross. She extended her arms out and the dog began to sniff it, it then hopped onto her legs and started licking her cheek. It tickled her and she giggled a little.

"Mmmm.. kawaii!!..." She started petting the fur, getting lost in its softness of the little puppy.
"So you're a Labrador huh?"

With an adamant finish, Haruka smiles, satisfied with the win at 3 - 6. He hadn't exactly mastered The End yet, considering it was still burning to the touch. However he didn't suddenly lose almost all of his senses upon Crossriding which was definite plus in his own book. This game went much smoother than the one against Yukino. He even managed to Persona Blast for more trigger checks and backed his opponent into a corner. After two turns of perfect guarding and well placed triggers as guards, the game was over.

"Death Anchor... huh." Haruka was genuinely interested in the card. "Nice pickup! Looks crazy good, especially without a Perfect Guard in hand." Haruka praises his own deck for perfect draws all game.

After which he shakes Makuto's hand and smiles. "Yeah, let's fight again someday, okay?" Haruka salutes him off. He turns around, to see Hana had already vanished into the pet store. While he at first was going to follow suit, he remembered his candy trip. "Oh no, I need to go get ice cream and wafers!" He starts dashing towards the shopping district before something from the corner of his eye catches his attention.

"Eh-Ehhhhh..." Haruka stops, and takes a couple of steps back. A man in a longcoat and sunglasses is sitting on the bench. As if it wasn't suspicious enough, he could easily tell it was Satoshi. Haruka wasn't whether or not to tell him off for wearing such a ridiculous disguise or to get on his ass for what he did last night in his fight. Either way, he walked up fire in his eyes.

"You there. Satoshi." He pointed directly at him, point blank. "What are you doing?" he asks, eyebrow raised.

Satoshi stared at him, saying nothing. Of course Haruka would be able to tell who he was. Smart guy who knew his friends, he guessed. Even so, he didn't really have much to say to him. He could go on and on about how he messed up, how his feelings got in the way, how he failed, and so on...even though Hana and Haruka obviously succeeded. She seemed better than ever, actually. Did something happen? Did Hana learn how to let go? He somewhat wondered what this meant for Yukino...and yet...

He kept staring emptily at Haruka and said the only word that could come to mind of one with such a loss of heart.

"Nothing."

The fight had ended, his opponent had pulled a critical trigger, thus ending the game. As the male gathered up his cards. Kurai began to speak without thought...

"Why didn't you use it?"

The person looked at Kurai with a strange look. He continued

"Phantom Blaster Dragon. A unit with a powerful skill which you refused to use. You... are too busy looking at the past. Those who look only to the past are certain to miss the future. It is true that you are missing this "Blaster Dark" however look not to what you don't have but what you do have, cherish that...evolve...then fight me once more again at your true self."

Haruka would normally give off some sort of smug ass grin at this point, had the circumstances 12 hours ago been different.

He stared at him, ready to assault him with some sort of mortar attack of penalties and mistakes he made the night before. However, none of that came. Haruka took a deep breath, and sighed, and sat next to him.

Too out of steam. That fight took a bit out of him still, The End was not exactly 100% in sync with him just yet. But they were super close. He could feel it.

There was no point in yelling at him. In the end, what did he intend to accomplish? Venting was never Haruka's strong-suit.

"No really. What are you doing? Isn't it your job to protect the Princess and Queen, Royal Guard?" Haruka asked, jokingly. Well, it may have come off a bit more condescending, but he believes his point got across from the message in general. "So why are you sitting here staring at me and Hana from afar in a trench coat. This is... sort of pathetic." Haruka messes up Satoshi's hair for playful effect.

Satoshi sighed and took off his sunglasses, staring down at his lap. Who was he kidding? Haruka would see right through him. In fact, it was amazing he had the tolerance to not bust him a new one after last night, given the fact that he ran off like that.

'I let my feelings get in the way," he finally said, shaking his head. "If I let my emotions get in the way of work, then I shouldn't have that job in the first place. Even if it's important, there will always be someone more capable to replace." He looked up at Haruka, eyes still a bit cold. "Like you for instance. You're much more capable than me, and hell, you've managed to push yourself further down your path of being a champion. You and Hana both...you're more than enough for Yukino." He closed his eyes and gave a weak smile.

Hana walked out of the shelter, having just signed off on the papers, she hugged her puppy in her arms. She named the dog Pr❤ism... so Pr❤ism the female white Labrador puppy! They wouldn't let her add the heart into the name as they said that symbols weren't allowed. It was easy for her to convince them to make an exception. All she had to do was call dad-san and his persuasion skills made quick work.

"Geodude?" She noticed the guy who has just removed his sunglasses, but still in his trenchcoat.

"Um... hello are ... you ok?.." She asked, hesitantly as she walked closer to the bench where he was sitting. The hesitation came from the fact that she thought that he was rejected by Yukinee just last night, and it seems that its had such a big effect on him. Hana feared that the rejection had turned him into something like a pervert, using the trench coat to flash people... and the sunglasses to hide his shameful face."You haven't... done anything you'd regret since... last night have you??" She asked furthermore, worried.

Haruka's mouth gaped a little, attempting to put words out but the only thing escaping was air. "Satoshi...I.." C'mon, say something dammit!

"Satoshi, I could never replace you. We are, two, very different people, you know this, yeah?" Haruka peered into Satoshi's eyes for a moment. "You are the Royal Guard to the Espoir. I'm just a sideshow. You've been here since the very beginning, by Yukino and Hana's side. I just wanted some answers and I ended up here by accident. There is no way I could ever replace you." Haruka wanted to praise Satoshi for the good he's done, aside from last night. However that wasn't what he wanted to hear. He wanted to hear he was needed.

He needed to know, he was needed.

"Satoshi, you know just as well as I do why I can't be the guard or the Champion. I'm just, not the person cut out for it. I'm only a champion by directive, I never asked for it. I never even wanted it at first..." Haruka's point had been made.

"I won't ever be able to be what you are. Noble, and doing things for the intention of the heart. That's a good thing, no?" Haruka smiled, with his most comforting voice backing him.

"You just need to apologize. Talk to Yukino. Fix this before it can't be anymore."

Soon after his little bit to Satoshi, he notices Hana running out of the store with a white puppy. "Oh, he's cute... A Labrador?"

CALLED IT!

Haruka assumes her notion about regret is referring to what he had said to her last night and spitting in her face.

Wait, was Hana there for that part?

Hana's concern...Haruka's consolation...they both meant a lot. Satoshi felt a little warmth enter his body again, knowing that these two did care. But that didn't change that he had messed up. Even if Yukino was better...what good could he even do? He hurt her last night. Her own Royal Guard hurt her. How was he supposed to live with that? No apology could ever affect that.

"I...don't know if I can talk to her," he finally said, biting his lip. He looked up at Hana. "What I regret is that I couldn't understand how to really help her. I let my own thoughts get in the way of that, and I can't have that happen. I can't face her again if I'm only going to get in her way because I don't understand." He sighed and shook his head. "It's times like these I really am a simple farmboy---"

"Oh, shut up."

Seph flicked him on the back of the head. "Sure, you're a farm boy. Sure, Cray picking you to do stuff was weird. I honestly should've probably thought things through when I connected with you and whatnot. Sure, you completely failed. Heck, this is probably one of the first times you've had real failure in your life, considering how much you adapted to farm life. But is this any way to look at it? Didn't your parents prepare you for something like this, even if it's dire?"

Satoshi's mouth opened slightly in surprise, but his thoughts instantly raced to his mother, the night before he left.

~Flashback~

Kurisu Kurosaki stood at the sink, washing dishes in a long apron. Her son was leaving tomorrow to become a man. This was truly a proud moment for her and her husband, Tetsuo. After so many years of working and teaching, he was ready to be on his own.

But he was scared. He sat at the table, picking at his food, something very unlike him. She sat down for a moment next to him, placing a hand on his arm.

"Ah know yer mighty worried, Satoshi. But don' let that keep yeh down." She gave him a warm smile. "Ah believe in you, and yer pa does, too."

"But Ma...ah...ah'm worried that ah'll let y'all down...city ain't nothin' like the farm..." The boy was clearly troubled by his thoughts and couldn't exactly get it together, even with his favorite veggies on his plate.

Kurisu shook her head. "Darlin', this may surprise yeh, but we ain't expectin' yeh to be some sorta prodigy or expert. That ain't how life works." She pat his arm a bit. "Nah, see, in a way...we kinda want yeh to disappoint us."

Satoshi looked up at her, confused. "Ma, ain't that crazy talk, though? Y'don' want me back here bein' a burden 'n' all."

She shook her head again, and this time, didn't lace any of her words with natural dialect.

"If you disappoint someone, that isn't the end of the world, Satoshi. You've learned a lot, but the most important thing to learn from is that failure. You may let some people down, but at the same time, if you learn from it, then there's nothing wrong with it happening. Forgiveness comes through demonstrating that you've learned."

She pat his arm once more, and stood up. "Now, finish yer peas 'n' carrots so I can clean yer plate, y'hear? Need you ready bright 'n' early tomorrow for yer sendoff."

---

<...What I've learned...>

Satoshi had learned a lot. He learned that he loved having real friends. He learned that cardfighting was serious business, but also a ton of fun, no matter who he was against. He learned that there are those worth listening to, those worth supporting through troubled times. He learned he fought for what was right in his heart.

But most importantly, he had learned he was important, and that nothing stood in the way of that.

His passion, the fire in his heart, resurged, forcing him to stand up suddenly, throwing the trenchcoat away into the air. Underneath was the real Satoshi Kurosaki, a well-built farm boy now dressed in a tank top and shorts. How the hell was he going to reach his potential hindered by a huge cloak over how he really felt?

He flopped back down in his seat, looking between Hana and Haruka, half-smirk on his face. "Well, if you're looking to give me hell for yesterday, feel free to."

Hana really wasn't there for any of what Satoshi did so she really doesn't understand what's going on. More or less, she's most likely mis-interpreting everything. She held her little puppy and looked towards Haruka and gave out a peace sign, "Female Labrador, her name is Pr❤ism!" After that she noticed that Satoshi still sat troubled, contemplating.

With the words that Satoshi said, Hana didn't blame him for anything. Looking back at Yukinee's state the past night, she didn't seem to be in the mood for any type of confession of love or any romance at all. Maybe what Satoshi did wrong was let his own thirst get in the way of him actually seeing that Yukinee wasn't in the mood for it? Or...

She thought for a bit.

The way Yukinee was now is the old Yukinee who would probably blush over the sight of nice pecs and well toned abs. Satoshi wouldn't have a hard time apologizing and getting into good terms with her again. It would be awkward, sure, but from her efforts yesterday Hana is confident that Yukinee now appreciates all of her friends. Any and anyone who is willing to stay by her side and help her, Yukinee would appreciate, because that was also the same philosophy of her clan, the Royal Paladin.

Hana nodded, Satoshi will really be alright... All he has to do is talk to Yukinee and all will be fi-

At that moment, Satoshi threw off his trench coat.

Hana screamed, all the while covering Pr❤ism's eyes. She called the police.

Haruka smiled, as Satoshi went to show off his true self. Smiling. Then slightly less so. Finally, Haruka stood there, just stunned.

Hana was calling the police. Haruka just clicked his tongue and smacked Satoshi in the back of the head. "Don't flash in public, you dunce." Haruka put his hands behind his head and laid back on the bench, as onlookers got their fill of the situation. "You might wanna run. Hana just dialed 911 and you might be in cuffs soon." Haruka starts to whistle, leaning forward and putting his hand out hoping that Pr❤ism will put their paw back out, like a trick. He didn't expect it to work, but it'd be cute if it did.

Well. I still need to get candy. But I can do that later I guess.

"H-Hana! I'm not naked!"

Satoshi was freaked out by the call for the police, but it did sort of occur to him that the trenchcoat really didn't help the image much. Idiot. He turned to Haruka and nodded.

"Yeah...I'm gonna grab my deck. Tell Yukino to meet me at..." He whispered a destination in his ear, then winked as he dashed off to grab his deck out of the safe. He needed to be ready for tonight.

Hana put down the phone as soon as he dashed away. She placed it back into her back and decided that she needed to go home and introduce the dog to her dad so that. It would be nice if they could build a little dog house in her room for Pr❤ism to play in. She walked back towards the train station area to take her route home.

"Woof."

Knowing she would see Haruka soon, "I'll see you later," was her goodbye greeting.

She waved at him and gave off her idoru-type smile along with a peace sign and headed off.

Given the departures from separate parties, Haruka found himself sitting on the park bench without a cause.

I feel like I'm forgetting something...

Haruka strains himself just trying to remember what it is he had forgotten during that conversation.

Hmm.....

Hmmmm.........

Hmmmmmm- Candyyyy!!!!

Upon the rediscovery that Haruka has still yet to go get what he wanted from earlier today, Haruka finally heads to the shopping district to attain his grab-bag of sweets and get on his way.

Not exactly picking up on Satoshi's message fully, or Hana's all too much either, Haruka finds himself once again in a rush to buy sea-salt ice cream and strawberry soda.

After many long months of training with Sydney and becoming one with the justice of the Dimension Police, Haruki was finally returning home to visit his brother, Hiroki. While Haruki was out in the cardfighting world, Hiroki stayed at home breaking the world record for longest time spent at home. His brother was famous now, and while coming back, Haruki wanted to congratulate him for such a great accomplishment.

The train stopped and Haruki got off, ready to see his brother once more after all their time apart. As he searched through the crowd, he spotted his brother in the corner right away from the teddy bear still hooked around his neck. Once Hiroki saw his brother however, he immediately took out his deck, set for a cardfight. Haruki brought out his deck as well, ready to spread his justice to the world, starting with his good brother.

The battle was fierce, neither player backing down in the fight. Suddenly, Hiroki used a unit Haruki had never seen before, the Demonic Lord, Dudley Emperor. It's skill was one he'd never seen before: "Limit Break." The power that came from Hiroki's vanguard was unbelievable, not even Haruki could command that much power when he used the Spike brothers clan before. Calling two powerful Juggernaut Maximums every turn was incredible.

Even so, Haruki continued to fight with a great strength of his own. With his Enigman Storm, Haruki was fighting back with justice. Gaining a critical each turn from the power he gave to his vanguard, the young man of justice prepared to deal his final attack. As he went in for the victory, however, Haruki was stopped in his tracks by his brothers strong guarding.

The score was 5-5, but Haruki knew he couldn't block the next strike from Hiroki. A critical trigger from Dudley Emperor finished the boy off, as he couldn't check the heals he needed.

"You've gotten stronger," Hiroki said as he acknowledged his brother's ability with his new clan.

"I lost this battle, but it's only another chance to increase my strength!" Haruki said with great determination. "I'll continue to get even more powerful than before, because my strength is my justice!"

The two parted ways, as Hiroki boarded a train of his own after their fight.

Limit Break... if I could gain that ability, my justice would grow even greater for sure!

Haruki continued home while thinking about this unheard of skill.

After finally being given greater power than before, Hiroki finally decided it was time to leave the house and go avenge his younger brother, Hideki. With this in mind, he left the house for the first time in months, which he was apparently famous for, and walked to the train station. He intended to fight his way to the top, and eradicate everyone who did him wrong, no matter who it was.

When he arrived at the train station, Hiroki waited in the corner of the station, and clutched the teddy bear around his neck thinking to himself "I WILL avenge you". As these thoughts flooded his head, Haruki appeared at the station, and almost instinctively, Hiroki reached into his pocket to pull out his cardfight deck. After all, Haruki wouldn't take no for an answer.

As the fight progressed, Haruki's Enigman Justice deck faired very well against Hiroki's new deck, although he wasn't surprised by this.
The fight was a back and forth brawl and it was tied at 5 to 5 until the very end. A critical trigger ended up powering up Demonic Lord, Dudley Emperor, bringing Hiroki victory in the match.

After Praising Haruki for how strong He's become, Hiroki said his fairwells, and boarded a train. Little did Haruki know that this encounter would be the last one they would have on friendly terms...

So Neo decided to buy a train ticket just in case he had to ride the train to go somewhere. But for now, Neo sat at the train station bench. Waiting for the showdown with Hazama!

Hazama has been on the train for fifteen minutes, then hears the train's automated voice for the exit he wanted to take. "Please exit the train now," the voice said. Hazama was the last person out of the five in line to exit the train. Once he stepped off, the doors shut behind him and the train sped off to its next stop. The wind from the sudden high speeds made Hazama's hair wave to the left.

Hazama then made his way to the exit of the station, not knowing where he wanted to be at tonight.

Cero walked off the train, just like he had two months before.  The last time he was here, he proved himself to be one of the greatest cardfighters in the world, losing only to the Espoir family.  After returning to Europe, he found himself extremely bored with those he fought back home, having changed to a new clan.  He believed he had been using Gold Paladins based on Great Silver Wolf Garmore before, and had now taken up the flag of Narukami with Dragonic Kaiser Vermillion at the head.  Now understanding the local language significantly better, he set off in search of his rival, Hikari.

<<ATTENTION! ATTENTION! DOOR'S OPENING>>

The doors of the train opened and a figure stepped out onto the platform. A pair of dark boots stood on the platform outside of the train door, they began walking away. The figure had a dull shaded leather trench-coat in his hand. This person had a jet black long sleeved shirt with white lining around the neck which was covered by a red scarf. The figure was male. One of his eyes was crimson, whilst the other was just red. The man's hair was chocolate brown. One of the man's hand's were in his pocket, whilst the other was holding his jacket. He stopped walking, landing in-front of a vending machine. The man purchased a drink and walked out of the train station, heading towards his next location.

The man's name is Kurai. He had travelled to Kyoto a week prior to train himself to become stronger. Attaining strength that could surpass the American National Champion was difficult... but two heads are always better than one. During this week in Kyoto, Amon revealed himself to Kurai and they became one of the same mind. However, each of them still share separate personality and different control over Kurai's body... Amon had explained the fear he had of the National champion to Kurai, informing him to be wary, but kept other information a secret from him. They had still a separate memory bank as well as concious. Yet Amon could still take control during a fight.

This leaves Kurai as he was before his trip to Kyoto, minus the knowledge of Amon's existence and his warning

Tsubasa and Fei make their way across town arriving at the Train station, where Tsubasa intends to part ways with him as he desires to go home, for the day. However, being the childhood friend that he is Fei begins to do his usual thing.

"I recommend that you check up on those friends you were dealing with at the construction site, after you left I heard some commotion happening but I was preoccupied with catching up to u. So this is how you go home now Tsubasa.."
" ...Yea, and sure I will, that all you have to say?.." said Tsubasa
"-sigh-I guess you can't change much about your attitude can you"
"....Why did you come here..."
"I only came here to check up on you, but I had no idea that you were doubting yourself..then again I can see why"
"...I'm not doubting myself.."
"I've known for long enough now Tsubasa... it does not take me much for me to see what you're thinking"
".........sure"
"..Thought I am kind of surprised....I would think that you would know your answer by now"

Tsubasa had been talking to Fei with his back turned to him this entire time, but upon hearing Fei's comment he turns around and gives him a questioning look.

"..How about we cardfight and i'll show you what I mean.." he said, as he began to take out his deck.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________

As the cardfight ensued with Blond Ezel facing off against Azure Dragon, both fighters unleashed their skills clashing against each other, both seeking to show the other just how strong the other has gotten after around 2 years.

"...You still can't see it?"
"....I don't get what you're trying so hard to show me...Limit Break Blond Ezel!"
"..Why do you use the gold paladins?"
".........Idk....they felt right?"

Tsubasa was confused for a bit at Fei's question he never considered why he chose a clan he just let his instincts guide him, he never thought he had a reason.

"....What are you trying to say?"
"...My clan the Nova Grapplers I chose them becuase they represent me..they represent my desire to reach my goal no matter what it takes, it shows how I will keep rising to achieve what I desire....this is my Vanguard Tsubasa...now tell me what is yours?"
".........."
"...You still follow the same ideals that you used to follow before, always taking on all of the pressure by yourself, you offer help to others but you never stop to ask for help from someone...for a person who uses the Gold Paladin Clan I have to say I am surprised."
"............", Tsubasa had never really considered all of these things before, he always followed the ideal that no matter what happens he will overcome whatever it is he has to deal with, but in order for him to do it this time he had to discover what his vanguard is.

"..Until you see what you're missing you'll never learn to evolve or find the Vanguard style that you wish to follow, and for that reason you will lose to someone like me, Roar now Azure Dragon!!"
"...-gasp- No guard.."
"..Twin Drive...Double stand trigger, and my persona blast!!...I won't stop until you know that you're not as alone as you may think!"

The sixth damage lands on Tsubasa's damage zone.

"...I won....YES! I beat you after so long man! I told you Dragons are the best haha"
A smile forms on Tsubasa's face,"...As if" Uncontrollably the two start laughing, after letting their emotions loose within their game.

"In this game we project ourselves in our Vanguard I learned that after our last fight before you left we were both such beginners back then, i'm sure you'll understand your Vanguard soon enough my friend."
"I'll try...thanks." he said, as the two begin to walk off in seperate directions.

"Oh..by the way, Haruto sends you a message "Do your best, Aniki!"
A tear begins to form on Tsubasa's eye but he brushes it off instantly, "...I appreciate it Fei."

The two part ways and Tsubasa boards the train home. "I will find my own Vanguard, together with the Gold Paladins."

The clitter-clatter of the train swiftly moving over the rails echoed into Noah's ears as he held on tightly to one of the handles suspended from the ceiling. A piercing pain shot through Noah's head forcing him to close his eyes and wince in pain. When he opened them, he was no longer in the train, but now underwater. He was surrounded by ruins similar to those of Greece, which he studied in History. Noah slowly began to run out of air, but as soon as he thought he was done, a massive gale of win parted the water around Noah, creating a sort of bubble surrounding the boy. Noah quickly looked around only to find a giant dragon, with what looked to be cannons attached to it, then it hit Noah, he was staring at Blue Storm Dragon, Maelstrom, and was now on the planet cray.

"I have summoned you." the words of Maelstrom, echoed in Noah's head.

"Wait, why would you summon me?" Noah responded.

"As you know, Aqua Force is once again a clan, for the price of an entity sealing away four others." Maelstrom's words echoed.

Wasn't Aqua Force just a new clan, and four clans being sealed away? Questions swirled around in Noah's mind, despite being transferred from a train station to what seemed to be another planet, Noah was more concerned with the clans being sealed away.

"This entity is known as the rift. It sealed away Bermuda Triangle, Kagero, Royal Paladin, and Shadow Paladin as they are repsonsible for the turmoil Cray is currently in. They are responsible for the Civil War Cray had, instead of defeating the Rift. So naturally they were sealed away, and in return, the mighty Aqua Force has returned. Now, I have selected you, to lead Aqua Force to defeat the Rift, after the Rift is destroyed, those four clans can be unsealed. However if they are unsealed before then, Cray will fall into turmoil once more. Many people will be working against you to unseal the clans before then, but I have faith you will prevail." Maelstrom's words echoed.

"Wait, why would you choose me for such an important task, I'm weak, and I have no friends...." Noah said.

"Yes but you have a huge amount of potential, your existence here is proof of that."

Noah looked up as in the distance there were pirate ships.

"Look, I think Granblue is coming!" Noah exclaimed in awe.

A battle is about to take place, I should send you back.

Maelstrom then turned around and fired an attack towards the oncoming ships. Noah quickly covered his ears and closed his eyes to shield himself from the debris, when he opened his eyes he was back on the train, still holding onto the handle coming from the ceiling.

"We have arrived at Rijuku station" the intercom announced.

The doors opened and people flooded in and out of the train as Noah got off.

It was early morning as a new train from out of town glided into the station, stopping with a soft hiss sound. The intercom inside and outside the train dinged once... twice, then the announcer's voice came through the speakers, almost as a deafening echo. As the voice announced the arrival of the train the doors slid open, painfully slow, and the passengers disembarked in a rather disorganized manner. In the depths of the crowd, a brown haired male did his best to worm his way out of the pushing and shoving that was ensuing and walk his way off the platform, and at least to some place that had a bit more room.

'I really need to find a better mode of transport if I'm going to visit other places...' the boy sighed softly to himself, sliding a few coins into a nearby vending machine for a drink. Popping it open, Seifer leaned his head back shutting his eyes and drank several long swallows before tilting his head and the drink back forward, sighing out happily and refreshed before sitting down. He wasn't entirely sure where he could go to visit, like an amusement park or such, but at the very least he did bring a map with him... this time. Taking the time to shift the backpack he had slung over his shoulders onto the bench next to him, he unzipped it, taking out first a map, and then a black and red deck box. Before even looking at the map however, he fastened the deck box to his hip using a belt clip that had been built into it. After getting settled, he finally opened the map he'd brought, looking it over quietly, almost like one would look over a newspaper.

At the approach of Neo, the map didn't move much, save for a slight rise and fall and rustle of the shoddy paper the map was made out of. It probably became readily apparently that the person was sleeping behind the map, but it was confirmed as soon as the upper edge of the map folded over to reveal the sleeping face of the male. His glasses where sideways on his face and his mouth opening and closing in silent snores. After a few short moments however, Seifer began to sway to the side, falling over and snapping awake, sitting up with a slight yelp. That's when he noticed the person now standing in front of him, probably staring at the way he looked. "Uh... Hi... sorry. Do... you work here? Sorry, I didn't mean to fall asleep here. Just this map is really confusing and I couldn't figure out where I should go first." he sighed, standing and bowing in an apology. He obviously had no idea about anything in this area, let alone Neo.

The male stood fully, picking up his back pack and slinging back over one of his shoulders shrugging slightly. "I really don't know. Figured it'd be better to get someone to show me around honestly, but I'm just a tad bit... Uh, I don't like talking to people sometimes." he laughed sheepishly scratching the back of his head, folding up the map he'd put down and stowing it away. "So if you were willing, I'd like to have you show me some places... if that would be ok?" Seifer asked, extending his right hand to the other boy in offer of a handshake, fixing his glasses with his left.

Neo shaked the strangers hand, although he didnt answer Neo's question about his name right away but Neo didnt worry.

So there are a whole bunch a places to go to. A Park, a beach, cardshops, and the list goes on. So where do you want to go first?" Neo asked the stranger.

Nice to meet you Neo." he laughed out of embarassment before pulling the back pack he had onto both shoulders. "But yeah, I'd like to see the card shops first if that's ok."

And lets go! The first stop on the tour will be Card Capital!" Neo said to Seifer

Neo then walked with Seifer to Card Capital to show him the cardshop but he was wondering what kind of person Seifer was. And if he knew anything about the recent turn of events..

The sign flashed green as the sirens blared indicating that the train had finally reached its destination. Hikaru puts his hood down and stepped out of the train. He was planning on heading to a card shop to settle an issue of his. He has everything he needs to make this work. He then went to the exit heading towards the direction of card Capital.

Satoshi readied himself to catch a train to the airport. Everything he needed to do in his home country of Japan, at least for now, was taken care of. He needed some time away, and while he hadn't exactly been informed of what was going on with the Espoirs, he had gathered his things from Haruka's relatives to make this trip.

As he stepped onto the train, he forwarded a message to everyone in his contacts list: Yukino, Haruka, Neu, Hana and the Espoir residence.

I want to thank all of you for everything you've done. I wish I could send this to everyone else, too, that was in New York. Great things happened. I'm sorry I couldn't be there for the concert, I'm sure it was one of the best things the world has ever seen.

I'm going on a trip to another part of America today, a set of islands called Hawaii. I need to clear my head of a lot of things that have been bothering me. Even if Cray and you all still consider me a champion, I need to believe I'm that champion too. I'm hoping good comes of this. I've been told there's an island circuit, so I guess I can get things going with Genesis, right?

I'll miss you all. I'll try to keep in touch, but honestly, I'm going to try to not speak to anyone as well. While I'm supposed to officially be on my own, I've never really been...well, on my own. So this is a challenge to myself to ready myself for the future.

I love you guys.

He then sent a quick second blurb to the Espoir residence:

Pa wants to do business with the man of the house, by the way. Sounds like you guys are going to have fresh local produce without a hitch. :P

He gave a small smile and pocketed his phone. Despite his emotional state being fractured, that felt genuinely good to do.

The sun rose on the town of Rijuku, now that a full year has passed ever since the events of the War of Liberation, most of the fighters who fought for their futures in New York have returned to the place that started it all. As the train pulled over at the Train Station of Rijuku, a young man steps out of the Train as he makes his return to Rijuku.

His Phone Rings

"...Seifer...oh..he's really done a lot for himself." he said, as he began reading the message he received. "...I guess I should make that place my first stop....it sure has been a while Rijuku...wonder if everyone arrived or not."

As the young man began walking out of the station his phone caught a ray of sunlight revealing a name tag on the phone, Tsubasa Hayato.

"Now arriving at Rijuku station"

The intercom announced. Noel was going, more like ordered, to go to one of the most prestigious schools found in Rijuku. However, that wasn't part of her to do list. Using her wits, she managed to persuade her parents that she wants to investigate how the "normal life" is so that she can use what she sees as a way to cater to more potential customers for the family business. Of course that too, was a lie. Noel really wanted to run away from everything and start new, to have her own voice heard. Her very existence being dictated by strict living expectations was something she never really liked since it made her feel more like a robot being programmed to do business than to be a human being.

"It's time to go, Ashlei." Noel said quietly while holding a deck box that held her first vanguard deck that she built all on her own. A Jewel Knight deck, one unique since it wasn't dictated on how to build it but to how she wanted it to be built. Pure Heart Jewel Knight, Ashlei, the Vanguard unit given to her by Noel's half-brother, Seifer, many years ago. The driving force to search for an identity that she can be confident about began when Noel received the card. Noel hopes that one day she can meet with her half-brother once more, who is not seen highly among her family nor talked about, so that she can thank him and have their first Cardfight using the very same card he has given to her.

With the train stopping at the station, the doors open and Noel walks out the train and begins her journey

The final train made its stop as the doors slowly opened. The train was a late runner, not many would be taking it. However, there was one taking it even at a time like this. Half asleep, the boy heard the announcement that it had arrived at his destination. As if an alarm, he awoke from his half asleep stupor and made him rise from his seat. He let out a yawn before he grabbed his large bag as well as his backpack. It was all the luggage he had to his name, at least for now.

The boy stepped off the train, a step outside and the doors closed behind him. He let out a small sigh and thought to himself, This is the place, right? They said something about me being here. I had an address but I did just wake up. He rubbed his eye lightly as he started to look for a map of some kind. He needed something if he was going to try and find his way.

Sly thinks to himself... ''This is some really disgusting air''...
After deciding this air isn't worth savoring, he lights a cig and tilts it into his mouth and proceeds to walk.
''Err... I'm lost... great...'' he mutters to himself and then thinks about Vanguard! hmph He wonders if someone who plays Vangaurd can show him the way. Then he runs to the top platform and yells

Seifer had ran quite a ways from the park, somehow making his way here and crawling into a hidden space away from prying eyes before slumping against the wall, and passing out. His head was slumped to the side... However, around his body was an aura of a weak flame, the edges a dark ominous red. Down the right side of his face as well was something that looked almost like a red fang, coming out from the bottom right corner of his eye and extending out just a little bit toward the side of his head. The brunette was in a ton of pain, but unconscious, he thankfully couldn't feel a thing. How long would it take for someone to stumble across this bizarre and alarming scene?

Tsubasa had used the train less often lately ever since he began living with Neu for some time, though now that she is away he tries not to rely on the same schedule as much and go back to the usual, one thing that continued to bother him is where all of his friends were lately, he'd heard tht not many ppl are showing up at school for some reason.

The train had just arrived and he had just stepped out of it, until he noticed that something felt odd..
"..Why do I feel so strange..I can hear something buy I can't tell..." he thought.

He began to look around the station trying to pinpoint what felt strange until he noticed a red glow hidden below some stairs, the glow was familiar if not for the slight black outlines on it...

He approaches the glow and is immediately surprised by the person he sees, it was Seifer, he had to get him out but he was not sure what the aura would do...it felt as if it was protecting him..

He decides to try and carry him out of the situation and to his surprise the aura does nothing to him, and surprisingly Seifer is not so...heavy, "What is going on here...the aura change is one thing...but why Is he so light..." he thought.

He places Seifer on the ground in front of him as he tries to re-awaken him,"Seifer..Seifer..hey you ok man?" he said, as he started yapping his shoulder."What on earth....What's with that mark on his face....no it can't be..."he thought as a look of concern and fear filled his expression .

Seifer's face contorted in pain as he lay there, still completely unconscious. He didn't move and it almost didn't seem like he was breathing. The one single reverse marking glowed brightly for a few moments before dulling to a dark crimson color. The aura died down as well even though the mark continued to linger, as if it was now a permanent tattoo. The brunette continued to seem like he was in immense pain though, even if he wasn't presently awake. He didn't respond at all to any of Tsubasa's attempts to wake him either.

Xateramusa walked off the train and looked around. 'so this is what the city looks like.' she said to her self as she walks down the platform to the entrance of the train station. Once she was there she sat down on a bench and looked through her deck smiling a little bit when she reached her main card. From the Training Area, Darren walked through the city, looking out for any Reversed Fighters. He was prepared to fight if need be but he was more observing the area, trying to know what places were safe and which ones were heavily infested. Black Rings in the sky were the first clue, but in many places, the fighters walked around like zombies wandering for food. All the more reason to be cautious.

When he arrived at the Train Station, he noticed that someone was walking off. He turned and saw a girl, blinking lightly as she had a deck in hand. Was this a Reverse Fighter? No, it was a lot more peaceful of a person for that. He decided to walk up to her.

"Hey there, he called out to her as he walked to the bench she was on. "Its kind of dangerous to be around here alone. Did you just come here?"

Xat turned and looked at the person who talked putting her mask back on as she faced the boy. "I can handle myself, but thank you for your concern. " She said as she put her deck away and stood up and looked to the sky. "it seems the rings are more here then anywere else. Why is that?" she asked the guy.

Darren blinked at what she said. The rings were in more places than here? That already sounded bad. He crossed his arms and said, "Better question, why are you out here by yourself? Especially holding a deck like that. If you aren't careful, someone could try to..." he really couldn't think of a way to explain it... at all. Even he barely understood. "Anyway, who are you?" Normally he would be more friendly but a lot had happened in a short time. If she was Reversed and entering from another area, he wanted to deal with the problem right away.

She let out a little smirk she had to admit the boy had guts. "Shouldn't you introduce yourself first before asking for a name?" She asks him not wanting to give out her name till she had his. "If you must know i just arrived and was waiting till my map was pulled up." She said as she showed him her phone that was slowly loading the map.

Darren sighed lightly as it sounded legitimate enough. "I guess you're right about that. I'm Darren. Darren Shurensei." He offered his hand out to hers in order to shake it. Daikaiser within him was able to confirm that there was no sign of Reverse energy within him. Then again, the same could be said about Seifer. "You know, if you are trying to find your way around, I can help you with that." If she really wasn't Reversed, then her going off on her own would be bad. Better not to have another enemy to deal with.

Xat took his hand and gave it a quick shake. "Mine is Xateramusa Okiaku." She said as she let go of his hand and putted her phone away before thinking of his offer for a few. "Give me one reason why I should trust you, for all I know you can be luring me into a false securty and into a trap." she told him while thinking of the odd looking people she had seen.

It seemed that she was like him, not trusting as to all the people around. "Okay Xatero... Xata... Okay Xat," Darren said as he was having a hard time with her name. More of him within his own mind and not hearing enough of it. "I had to fight those kinds of things off myself. I guess me saying that doesn't mean much but..." He took out he deck, the Dimensional Robos, and handed it to her. "Those kinds of people have weird kinds of units with black rings. You can see my deck and you won't find any there."

A figure entered the Train Stationn, enshrouded in what appeared to be pure energy that distorted the air around It making it impossible to pick out any features, except the fact that the figure wielded an enormous scythe with a glowing red blade, the unknown persona was accompanied by a hazy, enormous figure that seemed to be a humanoid with a tail.

As It walked forth, it was natural for the figure to draw huge attention of well.. basically everyone around It. The figure slowly reached the main station, and went towards a large group of people who slowly backed away in fear.

"Reap." the figure responded, It's voice distorted beyond recognition. And as It did, both It and the figure behind It swung the scythe at the group of people, inflicting a slash wound on every single one of them, however oddly enough there was no blood. Neither on the scythe nor the wound or the floor once those people all collapsed.

"Rise." It whispered, and all the "knocked out" people stood up, red markings and dead eyes on their face as a sign of every single one of them being reversed.

They went completely wild, as if they were animals and started attacking other people in the Train Station.

Darren held out his hand for her as he smiled and said, "I won't try anything. We'll just..." He stopped as he looked around. Suddenly everything around them was rising up as a part of the Reverse, the same power that once took him. He grabbed her hand immediately as he noticed a red blade. That was the one, the person that Reversed him before.

"We need to go now!" he said as he grabbed onto her hand. "The ones we were talking about are here right now. I know a safe place, but you have to follow me."

He started to lead her back to the Training Area while sending a text to Yugure, Rosalia, and Seifer.

A text was sent out to all the people that Neu ... well  ... knew.
"Hello! I am back! Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! The U.S Front is looking good! o u o - Neu Neu Neu"

Even if they had never given Neu their number, she still managed to send them a message. Even if they barley even know her, they still received the message. Even her apartment landlord received the message. Even Obama received the text message. Thanks Obama.

The wind blew across the station as the woman in a black dress and blue necklace walked across and inspected the area. The energy of Link Joker was definitely looming, and she was able to sense it by using her own, though her type was much different. Less controlling, less sinister, and all around something that she churned on through her own efforts. Slowly, fighters of all types emerged from the buildings as the woman let out her signature sigh and a shrug of her shoulders, wearing her usual bored expression.

They would ask:

"Are you stro-.."

...And she would interrupt.

"Ezel! Attack!"

...And that would be the end of it.

Diablo had pratcically covered around 5 different areas aside from the 3 he had visited earlier, he was now completely sure that the general had arrived at his next location, since it had been an hour already. He had just stopped near the train station now, he wanted to get a good look at it, but something had stopped him, as he noticed the hordes of reverse fighters taking on one very familiar face, it was Neu, just seeing her froze Diablo in his tracks, for his other persona had longed for the moment to be re-united with her...nevertheless he swallowed his troubles and began investigating the area, taking out any reverse fighter that came in his way.

"...I don't understand, usually threats like this are to the letter but this person just continues to delay his move by a few minutes...what was even more strange was that he was inside the building when it caught fire...something does not add up."  he said, as he took out the closest reverse fighter that just attacked him.

"..What are these idiots doing on rooftops, then again, i'm not one to talk I guess..."

Just then a passenger train was on it's way to the station, simply attempting to pass it by as it continued towards it's destination, unaware about what could happen...

Neu finished the last batch of fighters in the train station and rallied a few to go on ahead on start a sort of retaliation group against the reverse fighters just as she did back in New York. After giving a few instructions to potential leaders of the group, she left them with her phone number and went on her way.

A train came by right on time and she decided to board. She didn't pay much attention to anything or anyone else on board. Days without sleep even for a Messiah tend to have a numbing effect. After locating an open seat, she got on her phone and started fiddling with her Vanguard app.

Tomoda had looked to his right to see the unconscious train conductor on the floor clearly knockout. The reverse fighters spreading gasoline in the various parts of the train station as they lit it ablaze. The flames had already started to spread.

He may be a thug and an Arsonist, but he was no murderer. From what he could see the fires had began to spread about. Not wanting to stay any longer. He forced the train into maxed speed and zoomed off. This..should keep that guy busy." (http://This..should keep that guy busy.")

Hearing footsteps and screams running about the train, Neu looked around to notice smoke as well as a company of men spreading gasoline. It became apparent to her that they were about to start a fire. The smell of smoke was rising in her senses as if it were from some sort of future sight that she had, or maybe it was just the dying anticipation that cause her sense of smell to react in such a way. Her body was telling her, "warning, a fire is about to start, it's time to hop off the train."

A fire was nothing to her as a living and walking Messiah.

FAQ:

Neu is a Messiah?

Yes, as in a literal walking demi-god due to her training in The Rift, a force beyond space-time. Think of a hyperbolic time chamber, except also convenient with providing images and multiple situations. The Rift was the perfect simulator, giving Neu practice in reacting to multiple situations as well as tapping into her power.

How does Neu's power work?

Initially it was power that used the Rift as a way of transport and a way to make things appear and re-appear. Eventually. parts of Rift's energy were sucked into her body. In addition, her training allowed her to unlocked parts of her mind that for other humans are usually unreachable, giving her powers that are superhuman.

Where did her Void Energy come from?

During the War of Liberation, she merged and quite literally became Harmonics Messiah. Upon her defeat, she reverted back to an immobile state along with Neon Messiah. As Neon Messiah evolved, she was naturally able to churn up void energy, evolving with it. She had a bit of Void Energy within her left behind by Schwarzschild Dragon. This enabled her to quickly recover and as she fought the reverse fighters in New York, she also sucked up the void energy from them as part of her Messiah card's evolution.

---- Refer to Awaking Messiah's Lore for more.

So she can put out the fire and end this whole situation?

Yes, considering this is a role play, and her role and goal is to save other fighters and citizens, she would naturally react by helping here, even using some of her powers to put out the fire. Despite this, she will not use her power here nor help.

This FAQ was done in a rush, if clarification is needed or if there is any confusion regarding this post, PM me on here. Thanks.

The other passengers frantically ran out of the train. There really was no need, she could help them here. Somehow she wasn't allowed for some strange reason. She felt other forces tugging at her.

A voice in her head even told her:
"No, you cannot use that powers that you worked for a whole season to develop."

She sighed and shrugged once more, putting on a bored expression. Of course she could stand up, leave the train and escape the fire, but she wouldn't have to do that if she could just do something in this situation in the first place. This was quite dandy. No powers even though she has it, and she can't take action even if she could use the powers.

"Alright then..." She put on her earphones and listened to some relaxing music, closing her eyes as she waited for everything to set on fire.

Alex was at the train station when the fire happened, having gone out for some light shopping though he had a few fights with some zombie like people. He was a bit unaware of the situation at hand or why they challenged him in droves though the powers of ethics buster would nab him some swift victories. He had been a bit tired by the hectic day of the eerie collective of odd fighters but he brushed it off as some hip new vanguard cult. This existed right?

Either way, it seemed to not be his day. More of the weirdo types he had seen earlier today and the night before were now performing arson of all things, the young man simply blinked. Panic and a mix of confusion settled in though he only sighed as rage began to ferment within him. He set his groceries down as he charged at one of the random reverse fighters that were setting fire to the station, the words.

"What in the world do you jerks think you're doooooooooooiiiiiing" could be heard as he attempted to drop kick one of them. A limit had been reached. Weird destruction of the city he had been in mixed with no sign of anyone he knew and only one person having replied to his text had sent the young man into a frenzy. Though Alexander was a bit unsure what to do about the fire, wanting to flip his phone to call the fire department once he dealed with the hooligans that would harm city property.

The group that the general had sent at the train station were a surprise to see but they were also something to be expected since the place had started to burn in front of his eyes...he was late again...

"..Not again!" he said, as he jumped to the ground, and drew his card, sending the reverse fighters and the general's group flying away with the shockwave of the draw.

The next few minutes involve punching, drawing and extinguishing the flames with the extinguisher, thankfully the police, ambulances and fire fighters arrived in good time to help speed up the process. Diablo now focused on taking out all the fighters with quick speed, until he saw a terrifying sight, the train had sped off, with some passengers still on board, one of which was Neu. Just that sight sent Diablo's nerves to an extensive rage, he knew that the general was behind the sudden increase in speed, so with one single enraged draw he sent everyone around him flying, making sure that civilians were not harmed and reversed fighters were sent away, to be handled by those who supported Neu.

After seeing the train speed off, it looked like Neu had fallen asleep as it took off, that could explain her not acting in this situation, which made him pick up his speed and jump on board the train, with a quick movement he bust into the train through a window, looking around he saw horrified faces and people in fear, his appearance did not help but he planned to make his actions do something, without a moment to waste he sped off in the direction of the driver seat.

He passed by Neu on his way, stopping for a minute as he looked at her, something in him was screaming for him to take her into an embrace but he chose to not do too much aside from the necessary, in his mind he had to save her now. In no less than a few seconds he arrived at the driver seat and bust the door down, only to find that the driver was unconscious and beyond awakening no matter how hard he tried.

"...Tch, I have to stop this thing somehow, but calling a unit could cause a bad impact...alright then.." he said, as he opened the lower compartment of the driver seat that had the emergency brakes, since it had come to this, then this was his only way of solving the problem.

"..What the.." Diablo was surprised, it was clear that the brakes had been jammed, and if he tried harder he might accidentally break it...

Just then a voice call, chimed from the area in front of the driver seat "Driver, you're going at a very fast speed, if you pass this coming point you'll be heading off course!"

"..Better turn this off......This is Diablo, we have a situation here the driver is unconscious and the train's brakes are jammed." he said, as he turned off the voice changer.

"WHAT...OH NO IT'S OVER WHAT DO WE DO??!!" exclaimed the voice. (Train Control station)

"..Quiet! instead of freaking out tell me what I need to know something I can do to stop this!" he shouted, trying to make the voice calm down.

"...I'm looking at the map if you maintain your course...in about 8 stops you'll crash into a buffer stopper!! It can't handle that speed!!" exclaimed the voice.

"..Tch..no choice..It's now or never!" he said, as he took the brake handle and began pulling on it. "Attention passengers! Seat yourselves well and hang on i'll try to stop this thing." he announced with the mic next to the driver seat, not realizing that he was not wearing the voice changer, he had no time to consider such a fact at this point.

"...Aaaahhh!" shouted Diablo, as he finally got the brake to slowly unwind.

"..-click-...Yess!!" he exclaimed as the brake began working.

"..It's slowing down...come on!!!" he said, as the train was slowing down gradually but the buffer stopper was clearly in sight ahead, only a few more meters and they would impact.

"..-screech-........-pant--pant-...great...we're safe.." he said, breathing a sigh of relief, as he sat on the floor to get some air, looking back it was clear no one was hurt, thankfully they had listened to his announcement and hung on well.

"...OH THANK GOD, is everyone okay there? I'm sending a driver to that location right away." said the voice, through the call.

Diablo got off his seat and waited for the driver to enter, announcing once again to the passengers that the situation had passed.

When the driver arrived Diablo jumped off the bus without the driver noticing and made his way back to make sure that the station was safe, running into several reverse fighters and unreversing them along the way. As he passed by he saw Neu, he wanted to stop be he could not, he just made sure that he was visible if she would only open her eyes and look through the glass to the outside, as he continued his way back to the station.

After her song had ended, she opened her eyes. Neu wasn't asleep, just ignoring what was happening even though it was totally out of character. The train had stopped.  It didn't really matter if this was her stop or not, she just felt like getting off the train now. The door was still shut for some reason so she broke it open by kicking it multiple times and not using her powers at all and walked off to wherever, probably Shop Handsome since no one really goes there.

Alexander was in the midst of challenging the reversed thugs, somehow taking them all down. In a vanguard fight of course, he can't pull out drop kicks out of nowhere like their nothing anyway. Just like previous occurrences, the fighters would wake up and come to their senses right after his victory. Sure this intrigued him, but he was kind of busy at this point and didn't have much time to care.

During the endless fights he'd spot a rather different figure from the rest of the normal NPC thugs and see what could only be labelled as a boss NPC, the figure of Tomoda as some would know. He personally had no flipping idea who he was, but considering the air the man carried himself with it lay most evident that he was the leader of the nearby zombie folk. Alexander dashed nearby him, holding his vanguard deck out with the fierce visage of Ethics Buster at its forefront. "I challenge you, leader guy. If I win I bet you're lackeys are going to stop, right?" He'd ask, though not caring about the answer. Winning this fight would at least do something to the eerily unresponsive and dispassionate fighters. Finding their lack of emotions creepy at best.

"it seems you weren't able to handle it. such a shame to." Alex laid on the ground as he succumbed to the effects of the reverse. He went to him and crouched close to the boy. "Now you are to reverse all those that you attacked, our we clear." With no response he left. Heading to his next location.

Returning to the station, Diablo searched the area for the general, attempting to make sure that nothing else out of control will happen, the time was ticking though. Even though the fire fighters and ambulances had fixed the situation, it was still no time to rest he had to find the next location to be targetted, if he left things as they were he would not be able stop another disaster from happening, considering he's been late every time.

"..The reverse fighters are already taken care of...guess some people took care of it..I need to hurry, I have only one hour to anticipate his next move." he said, as he leaped from area to area making his way out of the train station and starting his course to the other areas he would investigate. He was in such a hurry that even his keen eyes could not spot what happened to Alex from so far, his focus fixated on the task at hand.

He continued leaping from building to building, now that he was out of the Train Station. He took this chance to think every time he landed on a rooftop or the side of a building.

"..This time, I have some extra time..I can't risk him doing something out of control...but I have to think of a way to find him...think Tsubasa think! The general has been able to stay one step ahead of me throughout this whole ordeal, now it's my turn." he said, as he leapt from a building to another.

"...This time was like the last, he was investigating the Train station..before setting it on fire...there is no doubt he's searching for Aoi as well, I guess the reverse is not strong enough to stop some morals, alright that's one step in the right direction...now those cards..." he thought, as he leapt from the side of a building to another.

"...If we assume that the cards were arranged in order...the tower card must have signified the hotel...then the fire card must have signified the Train Station -who comes up with this stuff-...that leaves the King card where could you associate someone or somewhere here as a King....The Espoir Mansion?...No...The Underground Slums...already checked and verified the generals leaving the area...I even left Fei to guard the place and let me know....hmmm...wait.." he thought, as he stopped in his tracks.

"...Looking back his moves were so logical, he went to the park for a general crowd questioning, then went to the hotel to see if Aoi was staying there after some searching and then went to the train Station to check the records or to see if Aoi had travelled using it....eliminating the possibility of hiding place and escape that leaves....recovery...The Hospital! he exclaimed, turning his head to the side to face the Hospital ahead.

"..Looking back I did drop off the 'King' at the hospital...that has to be it...could the reverse do so much to a person...?...even make them lose their morals this much...?" he said, as he made his way to the Hospital.

The one thought that governed Diablo's mind was whether or not these cards even signified anything because of the ridiculous notion of the first two, but one thing was for sure, the pattern the general was following was easy enough to understand, with that The Falcon arrives at the Hospital and awaits the arrival of the General.

Alex lay battered at the feet of the NPC boss. Screaming in agony as he attempted to fight the power that began to overtake his mind reversing both him and ethics buster. Their very cores being encroached upon by the red dye as it tainted their very being and twisting them as mirror images of their personas, built only to serve some eerie hive mind. Soon, the deed was done. He had falllen, the righteous fighter that seeked power having been turned into a foul berserker who would only show off his strength the only way he knew.

"Just what I was going to do anyway." He responded with a joyful tone accompanying his words, a small smirk sat on his face as he rose to his feet and glared at the prey before him. Eyeing them with the eyes of a hungry beast, eager to show the power he held. "You wretches, prepare to face the deadliest fighter!" He roared as he grabbed his new deck and charged into the fray, reversing the poor souls, the ones that had tasted freedom only to be shackled once more.

Time only passed in a cruel manner at the train station, the legion of reverse fighters rebuilt by the handy work of the young man now ensared by the terrifying and toxic power. His will having been nearly broken by link joker, now just another pawn influenced  by void no matter how hard he struggled within.
