- Royal Paladin, Shadow Paladin, Kagero, and Bermuda Triangle are all unplayable and have vanished.
- Only Yukino, Jellal, Haruka, and Hana have knowledge of the clans that vanished and no one else knows unless told by one of them or told by someone from Cray.
- Aqua Force has been revived by means that have not been revealed, and are playable.
- Season 2's beginning takes place two months after the events of Season 1's ending.
Season 2 goes up to: Booster Set 9, Extra Booster Set 5, and Trial Deck 7. Available Promos stop at 0112.
