The most popular branch of shops.

Field Status
A world after the Great Invasion War.
Psy Shop is the most popular branch of shops.
Neo Nectar is the most popular clan of all.
Despite the Great Invasion War having ended, Reverse seems to
be afflicting a few among the area.

Cero entered the gateway, into the emptiness of the rift...  He floated through it for the second time and emerged in, presumably, was an alternate dimension.  When he opened his eyes, he found himself in some strange cardshop with holographic cards, almost all of them being Neo Nectar.  Cero was extremely confused by this, but simply stood up, figuring he'd question it later.  For now, his goal was to find the seed and destroy it, and possibly this entire world along with it.  He looked around at his surroundings to see if there was anyone else around.

In a flash of blue light Hikaru landed on his feet in some kind of store. All the floating cards were of the Neo Nectar clan. Their primarary goal was to investigate and locate on what they call a seed. He turned around to find Cero.

"Oh good you made it. Hopefully the other two make it safely."

It seems that it was successful, the shop was nearly destroyed, but Hana was able to control their fall... thankfully.

It was PSY Shop, which was strange. How could it be? Looking outside the door... PSY Shop has a door? The experience itself was strange, and this shop had the look of the one she knew yet it didn't have that supernatural feel or that mystique.

It wasn't between Earth or Cray, it was just a regular shop on Earth.

"Welcome to PSY Shop! How can I help you!" A woman from behind the counter greeted them with a smile. A long and sparkling purple-pinkish haired clerk, dressed in a black gothic style dress overlayed with a white apron. "I mean usually customers come from the front door... ah you guys sure are weird." The clerk turned and fixed a few of the tables that they had tilted and crashed upon their semi-rough entrance. She looked like she was having fun and enjoying herself. Hana felt that she was familiar... just someone she knew, but a little older.

The worker walked to the front of the shop, unlocking the door and letting customers inside. "I'm kind of freaked out with how you guys got in, but then again I usually just don't care." Upon opening the glass door, children came in and street to go about their own business, looking around and enjoying themselves. A few played some games, but it was strange how they were all using Neo Nectar.

"S-sorry!" Hana's face was red realizing that they had basically broken and entered the closed shop. It wasn't that bad considering that the shop was about to open anyways, but still. "Pardon my manners, but my name is Hana!" She introduced herself out of good manners.

Then the idea clicked in her mind.
If this is a parallel dimension.. then.

"Man, I swear that name seems familiar. Same one as of a friend of mine who I lost during the Great Invasion War. Looking at you, you guys look a lot alike." The lady scratched the back of her head.

"Oh right, pardon my manners too... yeah I'm not good at these either. My name is Neu Edelweiss. I'm the shop manager here!"

"Neu!?" He shouted in his mind as he looked at the Neu look a like. He may have been told that they were going to a parallel universe but it was just so surreal. Neu looked the same and may act the same but yet she's not their Neu. She had also state that someone that looked like Hana was lost in the war. Could it be Hana's parallel self? Was it possible that his counterpart had...he didn't even want to think about it. Maybe he did or maybe he didn't. Did his parallel self go through what he originally planned?

Her.  Of course.  There were plenty of people they could've encountered first, but it just had to be her.  Sighing, Cero began to turn away...  Until she mentioned that in this universe, Hana was dead.  Turning back, he stared at her in shock.  Hana had died!?  HANA!?  "Who else was lost during the Great Invasion War..?"
Title: Re: (GS3) EVENT FIELD: The First Dimension

Upon entry to the new dimension, it was rather entrancing and surreal to find that they ended up in a place similar to Psy Shop, nevertheless they knew it was a different dimension so it was to be expected that some thing will be different.

"..Interesting.." he said.

A young lady stepped and introduced herself to them, though the interesting matter about this one was that this person was someone they all knew....it was Neu.

"............."

Tsubasa's dazed look only worsened when she mentioned something about Hana counterpart in this dimension.... it could not possibly be...

"...Excuse me? Do we by any chance look like any other people you've seen?" he asked, directing his question to Neu, he did not want to arouse suspicion about dimension travel just yet.

"Other than "Hana," you look like one of the guys I fought. Uhhh, the name passes my mind. It was so long ago." She turned back over to the counter, as a few customers came and bought packs. "Lost during the Great Invasion War? Man do you guys live under a rock?"

Meanwhile Hana was in disbelief. "I died here?..." She walked over to the counter, following this dimension's version of Neu who spoke of the war as if it were a great distance away in terms of time. The amount of questions they were asking wasn't helping them at the moment and they only seemed more suspicious.

"Of course a lot was lost during the Great Invasion War, though I'm not even that sure on specifics cause for one, it was ten years ago, and secondly I only spent time as a PSY Shop worker at the time and we weren't all that big either so I was only connected to like two to five people."

Hana turned as reversed fighters slowly made their way for the shop. She ran over and prepared herself, but the clerk was already ahead of her, shrugging and sighing an uncountable amount of times like the one they all knew.

"It seems like it's happening again..." Neu muttered.

Sera wasted little to no time getting comfortable, sitting on the shop counter. He wasn't usually so rude, but if it isn't his dimension then no harm done right? Well, "his" dimension was...-

Sera... what's going on here? Did you come from some different dimension altogether? Did WE come from a different place? Please, I need to know-

Yes. I.. I'll explain in due time, alright? Just relax for now. The show is starting. Stick to your part for now, will you?

Haruka silently grumbled, staring down at his feet as the swung back and forth like pendulums, parallel to the counter. He watched as a seemingly growing number of reversed zombies began to rush towards the door. Or perhaps "crawl" is the better term here, but regardless, they were well on their way.

10 years have past? Hikaru thought that they would be in the same time wave length and would landed in the same year of their universe. He was wrong, in fact they had jumped 10 years forward in this parallel universe. Then they came. Reverse fighters were approaching the shop doors any second. How are they still here? Didn't the reverse fighters vanish in this universe after the great invasion war. He'll ask later as he reaches for his deck. Until Neu went up to the front to deal with them.

"Dang woman trying to off my game today."

Ten years, huh...  So in this universe, the war happened ten years earlier.  And there were still Reverse fighters.  Great.  Cero turned to the collection of fighters on their way, and stepped forward, in front of Neu.  Taking out his deck, he stared down the Reverse fighters and gave his challenge:  "I, Cero Kirguis, The Kaiser, will take all of you on, right now!"  He realized too late that he had given his last name, which probably made him extremely suspicious.  Luckily, he hadn't said his title.  Now that would've given them completely away.  Shaking his head, he readied himself for the incoming horde.

A second invasion..?
Hana looked around at the customers who were beginning to look afraid of the incoming reversed fighters, showing that they really had experienced the same thing years ago or at least knew what this was all about.

"Where's the Captain !" They would scream, curling their heads down and covering their eyes as the clerk fought to protect them.

The Captain?...

Hana alongside the manager, panels appearing around her and her decks being placed on each one. "I'll help out!" The Princess declared. Cero was already ahead of her.

"Huh..? You mean you guys aren't scared? What a weird bunch. Usually whenever any threat comes along, they just hide behind the Captain and cry for her help!" Neu said as she continued fighting as well.

Despite the madness that he was seeing in front of him Tsubasa tried to keep a leveled head, trying to come to terms that whatever happened here was not directly correlated to what would happen in his dimension. However, something did plague his mind at the information displayed in front of him, if these dimensions are actually parallel universes and have different events.....can he possibly change his....Ten years was quite a lo to think about though it could mean somethings that are referenced in his life.

Still he could understand how much it would bother Hana, he just hung on to the idea that whatever happens here is not connected to their dimension unless they crossover, "...You doing okay?" he said, placing his hand on Hana's shoulder.

His thoughts were interrupted by the horde of reverse fighters that just assaulted the shop all at once, looking at Neu who decided to step in and stop them he could still remember his Neu from his dimension, he wanted to stand next to her and help but for now...she's not the same one, he took out his deck and muttered to himself, "..Be careful...we've got your back."

Sure enough Cero walked in right away in front of Neu, as usual trying to show that he is the strongest or that no one can stand in his way...the last thing they wanna deal with is an enraged and reversed Cero in a totally different dimension.

"Well can't be helped.." he said, as he stepped in with Hana and Cero.

Neu and Hana fought side by side, and along with everyone, made quick work of the reverse army, but not before a crash and a resulting rain of debris fell fron a nearby skyscraper.

Once Hana got a look outside, she was able to quickly able to figure out that they were in a bit more developed version of Gotem City. Neu started tending to the fallen fighters, taking them all into the shop which was seemingly a safe haven for fighters.

The explosion was worrying.

In the distance stood two silhouettes across the smoke, standing confidently as a black ring began to form above the area. The gate...

They must be the right leaders.

Upon the clearing smoke, Hana charged forward to take them on, and as they emerged she stopped in her tracks, two large behemoths of men, heavily armored with masks covering their faces. The bizarre get up and lack of fashion sense was what scared Hana above all else. Nonetheless, they were still the main threat here.

"This is a weird favor considering we just met, but hey! Get those two away from the shop, I gotta handle these other guys here and get them safe. Also don't wanna get this shop destroyed.. The Captain would kill me..." Neu exclaimed.

The Princess nodded as she punched one of them in the face, running off along with the two following her back. She gestured the others to follow her too.

"Thanks!" The manager waved.

With the first wave of Reverse fighters dealt with, Cero almost relaxed.  However, the rain of debris halted any thoughts of that happening.  Stepping outside with Hana into Neu Gotem City, Cero looked in the direction of the explosion.  The black ring formed and two figures made their way out of the dust.  Whatever they were wearing left Cero in a state of confusion, just standing there while Hana ran up and punched one of them in the face.  Shrugging, Cero charged after the two pursuing an escaping Hana, ready to tackle one to the ground as soon as they were far enough away from the shop.

"Well that was... interesting." Sera actually chose not to participate in the fight at all, and instead watched the interaction between fighters and reversed people. It wasn't that Haruka didn't want to help, but due to Sera having any affect at all on his body made him nervous about Cardfighting right now, and Sera simply wanted to watch people of his own kindred do work.

Unfortunately, they did nothing of the sort. Weird when a main villain is actually walking around with the heroes. Maybe its because Haruka gives a slight diplomatic immunity to the host body, so he was given a bit more freedom among them. At Hana's signal, he followed behind the group, hopping off of the counter.

He yawned a bit, standing behind Hana as he she waved for them to go. Sera was of the first few to get on his feet, wanting to see more of the area himself.

The events that transpired truly did go by quickly, if anything the fights were basic, Neo Nectar all over the place. Now the issue came with the two fighters who were chasing after Hana, theoretically Tsubasa could easily tackle one if not both of them and take them out, but he chose to trust in Hana's plan and followed along, decreasing his speed to match everyone else's pace.

"Take care of yourself..." he said, those being the last words he gave to the Neu of this dimension.

"...What's Hana thinking..." he thought, as he continued running.

He gave chase to the two reverse fighters as they went after Hana. Man these two are faster than I thought. The reverse must be giving them some steroids and look like they were to. Probably unlikely.

She was able to map out this version of the city with her powers and find a wide open area where they could do the kind of fighting that happened in Hoshiko if it came to it. The town was largely empty, with multiple PSY Shops acting as refuge centers for those who were escaping the reversed. The one they were in was just one among many, and they ran through a lot on the way here. There were no cars, and no pedestrians, but they had reached a large intersection, about 7 lanes big on each side.

Hana stood stopped running and showed the two her deck. That was the kind of fighting that they were after anyways. Reversing was their primary motive as she guessed. One was more heavily armored, wearing a black mask. The other had a shaved head. Other than those features, they looked just about the same in terms of body size and everything.

"Do you know who we are?..." the one with the black mask questioned them, having a red panel appear before him.
"Kings of the Underground. I'm the King of Hoshiko, while he is the King of Umano..." The bald one spoke.

Kings of the... Underground? Wait.. Hoshiko? Right, it could have been destroyed here too and...
If I passed in this dimension then the restoration project for Umano...

"We saw you guys fighting there and decided, hey. Why not deal with 'em ourselves? Hahah!" The one with black mask was prepared to fight, he readied himself to take his first challenger.

"Well do you know who we are!?... Well probably not.. but UGH! You guys are just acting like cliche thugs! Let's end this!" Hana shook her head and teased them.

Coer ran after Hana through the city, paying little attention to how barren and empty it was.  Reverse had scared almost everyone into hiding, barely ever coming out, while they were running passed buildings and through alleys.

After reaching Hana and the thugs in the square, Cero prepared his deck.  He overheard them saying they were 'Kings of the Underground.'  Feeling rather insulted people like this would dare call themselves kings, he shouted at them, "I'll take both of you on, right here, right now!  Prepare to face the power of a true King, for I am Europe's King of Vanguard!!!"  And he said it.  His ego got the better of him and he said it.  Hopefully it was actually him that still held that title in this world.

"You call yourselves Kings!?" Hikaru caught up to them while over hearing the two announcing their ranks as a sign of authority. His ice cold aura flared up as the warm orange light erupted around his body. They weren't melding or even over lapping. The auras are in sync, one on each side of Hikaru. "As if I let someone as despicable as you two reign as king!"

He stood by Cero as his tranquil fury took over. They're not going to survive.

After reaching intersection where the running halted, Tsubasa leaped above both of the fighters' heads and landed next to Hana, taking out his deck just in case and standing ready.

"It does not matter who you guys are....let's just get this over with." he said, as a sort of signal to Cero and Hikaru, clearly these opponents were theirs for the taking.

"Good Luck you two...we'll be ready if you need us." he thought.

"Hoh, tough guys." Sera was unbelievably ballsy, but only because he sort of had the right too. With the knowledge base and ability to maneuver in combat with units on Cray, people really weren't much. However Haruka was currently the one with bodily control and had less than no knowledge on combat mechanics as of now. He was more or less interested in seeing what these guys had to offer in terms of fight skills.

He grinned, arching his eyebrows, standing in the back of the crowd. Despite Rebirth being a worthy adversary in a fight, Haruka was completely objecting the idea and therefore was out of the running for fighters. He despised using a unit, despite it being his own avatar, but with control of Reverse energy. Sort of sick or twisted in a sense. He wasn't about that.

The king of Umano took Cero's challenge.  When they heard Cero say who he was, they laughed.  At him.  Apparently, in this universe, Cero had fallen into a ten-year long coma during the events that destroyed Hoshiko.  The false king took the first turn, and when Cero took his turn, claimed that Cero's attacks were nothing.  In response to this, Cero's aura flared up, beginning to cause damage to the surrounding area.  The other King responded to Cero's rage by attempting to pummel him into the ground with rush after rush, but Cero was able to take each one and fight back just as hard.

When it finally came time for the Grade Threes to clash, it was Dark Band against Dragonic Descendant.  Although Descendant's booster was Locked away repeatedly, the two units clashed with extreme ferocity.  Blows were repeatedly exchanged, Cero even being forced to use his Limit Break more than once, something that should've devastated his defenses.  As Dark Band's sword clashed with Descendant's, the shockwaves produced threatened to tear apart the very ground beneath the fighters.

The false king pushed Cero to the very edge, on 5 damage with barely anything left in hand and only a single rear-guard.  Cero's aura exploded as he went all in, using Descendant's Especial Counterblast in combo with his limit break.  Although his Vanguard had been unable to break through, Cero managed to pull a double critical which was given to his Rear-guard, and Cero charged at the fighter as his Rear-guard Descendant charged at Dark Band one final time.  Gathering energy, Cero punched the masked king in the face as Descendant's sword ripped through Dark Band, slamming it into a nearby building as it faded away.  The mask of the man shattered as the Reverse energy left him and he also was sent flying into the same building, just underneath the vanishing Dark Band.

"You dishonor the very word King, your weakness insults me!"  Cero's rage built up as his aura exploded.  He raised his hand towards the false king, and was just about ready to eradicate him from existence.

King against King, who would win?

Well the answer was obvious. A King.

Sadly enough for the crew, the bigger and much more burly King one over their dimension's Underground King. Despite Hikaru's attempts to come back and stand again, his deck wasn't working with him and in the end, Leopald's fangs tore through Asura Kaiser. The punishment had come upon him as the reverse energy began to approach him in large numbers, taking aim to surround Hikaru and return him to the side of the void once more.

The bald man laughed.

"I guess you should use it here," Meer said.
"You did work hard to make it!" Nociel added.

The Princess hopped up in front of the King and took the reverse energy head on. The function of her "reevasu" school uniform as well as her Void-fileld bracelet kicked in, enabling her to redirect the reverse away, but she would have to defeat the controller in time before her hold on it wears off.

"Grovel! Pay! That's the punishment for resisting m-..." The bald man paused.
"N O P E !" Hana directly approached him with her own panel and deck. The fight began.

"Minette!" Hana commanded as an egg of light cracked open and its yolk exploded on Leopald. The big man's nature may be great, but Hana's Great Nature was greater.
"HOW!? HOW COULD YOU DEFEAT MY REVERSE GREAT NATURE!?" He averted his eyes from the brilliant light show.
"Glory to the egg sage!"

The Princess charged a quick beam of light and shot it from her fingers, piercing through the man and extracting the reverse energy from him. With that, the two thugs were left flying into the same building and comically bumping into each other within a puff of smoke. Poof.

After the simultaneous fights, Hana and Cero were victorious. Hikaru was safe and they only caused minimal damage.

Minimal.

"Is everyone alright?" Hana's hair blew with the wind of the barren land, as she adjusted her hat and checked on everyone's condition.

Post by: Jello on October 11, 2015, 09:39:44 PM
He coughed a bit, laying on his back. Minimal was only a way to start explaining it. Some of that wind actually nearly blew Haruka off his feet and off to some far away land. Luckily Sera knew the basics of laying down and keeping his body tightly packed onto the Earth. He arose, dust all in his hair and covering his face.

"Good stuff guys. Glad we aren't dead or worse, Reversed." Sera made a cat face. What a troll.

"But seriously, is anyone hurt? I think I saw a few animals go flying by..."

He stood up, dusting himself off and adjusting his jacket. He also did a dog shake to get the dust out of his hair. With a deep breath, he made a quick survey of the area to make sure nobody else was particularly injured. Safety of others was trivial to Sera, but Haruka was a worrywart so this was mostly his doing.

The cardfights were beyond interesting, Cero let the clouds shout and Hikaru put up a very strong offense even though his deck was going against him. Nevertheless, Hana stopped Hikaru from suffering to the reverse once again, thankfully she had the power of....magic eggs? Minette was something to watch out for.

"...Well at least that was resolved well..hmm? what's this." he said, leaning down to pick a up a newspaper.

-gasp-

"................No......" he muttered, as he let go of the paper and let it to fly off within the destruction that was caused by the fights.

"Even in another dimension...." he thought.

He shook his head and started walking towards Hana, still sort of traumatized by what he saw, but he did not want to stray from the mission at hand, "...What's our next move?"

Hana looked over at the building, the two men knocked out but looking better without the troublesome reverse about them.

"Let's go report to Neu. At least we've landed a connection here. Now we just gotta find where to go!" She raised her fist. Strong. Enthusiastic.

Also noticing Tsubasa's face. Not that he made any expression in particular that alarmed her. Maybe he did. Idol life makes someone good at reading the crowd and she sure read him like a book. Now may not be the right time to ask, but she took note of his feelings as she walked back towards the direction of the shop in which they came from. This is important to say as they ran into as many PSY Shops here as Hana ran into NcVonalds in New York.

"The seed here is the source of the power yet I don't expect it to be easy to find, but we got to! It's the one that the Rift is trying to use against us!..."

That is if her speculations are right. Her head was starting to hurt.

Back at the PSY-Shop alongside Neu was Shiki, rocking his signature school uniform as he fought off the Reverse away from the shop, and behind him was standing Cosmo Lord, leader of the Death Army aiding him fight after fight. And eventually they stopped coming causing Cosmo Lord to disappear.

Shiki clapped his hands together and dusted himself off from imaginary dust, dude probably just wanted to look cool or something.

"Well there's that, this sure was hell on my knees. Well not realyl but it looked like a cool thing to say."

Cero lowered his hand.  These two weren't worth the energy.  Hana suggested reported returning to Neu.  "Alright, let's go.  We don't have time to waste," Cero said as he looked at his hand, still sparking with electricity from the battle.  Although he had won his battle, it wasn't enough.  He had nearly lost his battle, he couldn't let something like that happen again.  Turning back, he followed Hana towards whatever PSYShop they had come from.

"I think we should start by looking for wielders of major units from our own universe.  It may not help in the end, but it should be a start.  The seed would choose a strong host, correct?"  He posed the question to Hana on their return trip, wondering who could be the host of the seed here.

"Of course a strong host..." Nudge, nudge, "Right Sera?"

Now that Hana thought about it, she actually hasn't figured out how exactly someone is chosen to be the seed. Is it by random or as Cero says, the strongest. The Princess stayed within the radius of the thought as they made their way back. "It's weird though that Neo Nectar has such a big influence here while in our world well... Itaintthatgreat. Obviously that's the best place to start."

When they made their way back to the shop, it seems that the rest of reverse fighters were taken care of. Hana spotted an awfully familiar man who was wearing a school uniform despite the fact that he shouldn't even be in school anymore. Neu was inside tending those who had just been freed from the reverse so Hana decided to approach her.

"We were able to deal with them." Hana reported.
"Oh hey you guys are alive! .. Er- I mean I knew you could do it haha!" Neu laughed nervously, turning her head away a little. "Seriously though, you guys are strong. I should recommend you guys to the Captain! She'll be impressed. Ah, a great honor isn't it?" The shop manager gave an honest smile. She truly believed that they would be honored about it.

"I'm like 99% sure that won't be necessary. But thanks for the offer." Sera was a bit too concise on that point. He seemed to be completely uninterested with what was going on, but took Hana's comment with all its glory as a compliment. Haruka was also pleased. Technically Haruka had to be the strong one for Sera to have chosen him, right? So was it Sera or Haruka that was strong.... Hmm.

"Don't tell me the next plan of action is to go kill five of whatever things you have planned like some MMORPG Questline, we're sort of on a deadline here." Sera didn't want Haruka spreading too much information about all that was going on in the primeverse, but it seemed he was a bit anxious of whether or not the invasion would start anytime soon. Hint hint. It won't. Sera sort of has to be there for it to proceed regardless.

"What do you guys think, Hana? Cero? Tsubaka? Hikaru?" He addressed each one individually, somewhat looking for an opinion from each. It was probably better they decide as a group where to proceed before things got out of hand.

"To proceed?... I guess we should ask to go meet with the Captain they're talking about. They would know something about the seed here seeing as how they seem to rule this place and all."

Hana walked outside and onto the street. This place was sure empty, like the population wasn't even close to how it was in their dimension. It also was beside the point that this place was a whole other dimension overall. Still very unsettling.

"Seems weird, but unlike our dimension, this one has like some heroic super strong fighter. I kind of want to get a chance to meet the! Kya~!" Fangirling.

"Still the same Neu as always...." he thought.

Now that the group was back at the shop it was a matter of figuring out our next move, if anything the problem was that they still have not found the main seed of this zone nor did they have an idea how to locate it. It almost seemed like things were going smoothly but then again....not everything was alright. For the rest of the walk Tsubasa was silent and did not speak as much because of what he saw....

"....I guess...we have to help this place any way we can before it causes us issues..." he said, as he began to walk out of the shop into the open, the streets were semi-deserted so it was not something that odd, at least he would not let his friends see him like this.

"....It's no wonder..., how can one survive or live through such a disaster...." he thought.

-flashback-

"....hmm? what's this...." he said, leaning down to pick a up a newspaper.

"The Hayato family along with two civilians, Fei Kimiya and Ray Kumoya, bravely risking their lives to help the family escape the fire only to have the whole family including them perish within the flames, the only survivor was Tsurugi Hayato. Today is the day his far relatives visited him to aid him, his blindness after the event really did affect him tremendously."

"......Dad...." he thought, as he picked up a pebble from the ground.

"...How could you possibly survive the pain of it all....I need to see him....but what can I say....I still can't face him!" he thought, as he threw the rock with all his might shattering the door and front counter of the abandoned shop across the street where the pebble struck.

"....I can't just leave him like this....but how can I face him...what should I say....." he thought, as some tears began to fall from his face. "....I won't get a chance like this ever again...I have to find him..." he thought, as he went to Hana and asked if he could have a moment alone.

Now that the two were alone in the deserted streets, he gave her an idea of what he wants to do, "...Listen..I know it's sudden but...I need to go see someone...it's urgent...it may be my last chance.." he said, though he could not wait for a reply so he started to run off, tears still falling from his face. "...I'm sorry Hana...but if you understood the situation then...you would know how I feel."

As this happened another copy of the newspaper landed near Hana's feet, now it was a race against the clock, Tsubasa had to at least see his father before it's too late and return to help his friends before things get out of hand in this zone.

"Ehh!?" She hopped in surprise, reaching for Tsubaka as he ran off.

"Star Rain, take care of him onegai." She commanded.
"Sure!" Best girl ran off.

Hana took the newspaper from her feet and went back inside the shop. It was large with the tables now set aside and all sorts of sleeping bag scattered all over the floor. It seems that this world had it's own protocol against a reverse apocalypse, something which they didn't have in their own world. Though, looking at these conditions, it didn't seem like it was any better. Neu provided for everyone, giving them space and the food that they needed. It was weird actually seeing her work. Really.

After reading the newspaper, she sighed. Sighing in realization more than anything that the possibility of different worlds would let you meet who you always wanted to meet. Hana herself couldn't think of anyone specifically who she really did idolize enough to chase after in a different dimension had she been given the chance. Maybe Drake, but prime dimension Drake was already enough of a ride.

Spending a night in a completely different world. What an interesting thought.

"Weird how we had to initiate the protocol... strange to think that I just opened up shop this morning, and now here we are, a temporary for those who got hurt and against the reverse. It really is a big disaster..." Neu walked to The Princess, wiping some sweat off of her forehead.
"Y-You're a hard worker... We appreciate what you're doing." The Princess questioned what she was saying. Never in any point in her life would she imagine ever appreciating Neu's existence.
"Well, it's all to make up for it all I guess. My failure during the First Great Invasion War. I mean it's why the Captain ended up having to become who she was in the first place." The Manager turned, sliding a piece of paper towards Hana. "I told The Captain about your guy's exploits and she's invited you all to her quarters over at Kiokuzu. For tonight though, I think you guys need some rest. Been a long day."

Hana looked the paper, grasping it into her hand as she slowly drifted into a sleep.

Head for the Capital.
Meet with the Guild Leader!
Defeat 3 Reversed Soliders.
Defeat 1 Link Joker General.

Curled up in the corner of the shop was Hikaru. He couldn't really sleep to be honest. Replaying the fight in his mind over and over again. He nearly succumbed to the reverse again in this dimension if it weren't for Hana. He owes her his life. What the hell happened in that fight? Guess he and Asura weren't as in sync as they thought they were. Sitting up properly as he skims through his deck.

"It seems we were to tight bruh, cause I kept goin into da damage zone yo." Maybe he's just gotten to soft. Hikaru thought about his time as king, before he met any of the others. He was ruthless in his pursuits, he didn't get soft or go easy on anyone. He even punished those that dared to use the slums rules against him. But now rarely anyone uses the slums cardfighting rules as everyone had gotten stronger on their own. Wonder how the elements are doing. In this dimension and ours.

He saw Tsubasa run off earlier, hopefully he doesn't draw to much attention to himself.

The Princess woke up early in the morning to help out with the cooking of the eggs so that all the fighters may have it for breakfast. This was the results of her training. She cooked eggs, all kinds of eggs, so quickly and perfectly that The Manager had to make a video of it as it was breaking all kinds of world records. After breakfast was done and ready to be served, Hana walked out of the shop with a map of the area and went to her squad.

"Rise and shine!" she announced to them.

The atmosphere was cold, and it was like the whole world was empty and in hiding. So many people were inside the shop, sheltering themselves from the invaders. The Princess really didn't know ho to feel about it. Sad maybe?

They just have to take the train to Captain's Quarters.

Rising from his slumber and putting his back on the wall as he rubs his eyes out. He puts his glasses back on adjusts it. Hikaru started backing the sleeping bag he was borrowing and placed in the storage.

"*Yawn* Morning Hana. Were heading to the 'Captain's quarters after this I presume."

Tsubasa spent the night at a different shop as he was still gathering some information about the hospital where his father was being treated, it bothered him to know that he had gone blind, Tsurugi Hayato was known for his keen eyesight...so what happened...
__________________________________________________________________
He got some breakfast in the morning and immediately left, the shop, though he could feel someone walking with him but it took him some time to realize that it was best girl trumpeter.

"You don't have to follow me..." he said.
"I know, but at the same time I want to watch out for you." she said, winking.

After some questioning and some exploration the duo finally made it to the hospital where Tsurugi Hayato was being held.

"......Excuse me, may I visit Tsurugi Hayato.." he said, directing his question to the front desk.
"Most visitors are welcome, may I have your name?" she replied back.
".....Tsubasa..Sakaki...." he said.
"Alright then right this way please."

She led Tsubasa through the hallways towards Tsurygi's hospital room, it was so strange since Tsubasa had no idea how he would start a conversation.

"Mr. Hayato, you have a visitor." she said, as she opened the door to his room slightly.
"...Oh, please let them in, I'm happy to have visitors." said the blind Tsurugi.
"...H...Hello there." said Tsubasa as he seated himself next to the blind man's bed.

"Its my duty to make sure that it doesn't. Whoever the Captain here is was tasked with that as well. Usually people die for something they love, but imagine, I have two worlds that I'm willing to risk my life for. Then Mi-hime at home..." The Princess looked at her hand, the one that a year ago was that of a normal girl. All the things she's done and will do lay along the spectrum of time. It was all unknown, but with the thought of this dimension banging on her mind, there was one thing that she wanted for sure.

I don't wanna die. I'm too scared to...

If the fate of two worlds attached their strings to her, she gladly would. The Espoir prophecies never spoke of her anyways so no need to worry about that.

"We're going to help the people of this world too. The Captain here must be feeling a lot of burden since everyone relies on them. We need to help 'em outto."

A strange moment it was indeed, a father and son sitting next to each other but unable to hug each other or speak freely with one another, loss truly is such a torture. Now it was Tsubasa's turn, for him he wanted to hug his father, talk to him understand him better than he did when he was a child, all of these conflicted and terrified feelings welding up in his body almost causing him to burst in tears. Thankfully he was calmed down by a gentle tap on his shoulder by the best girl, gratitude was given to her with a smile.

"..So young man, what can I do for you?" said his father.
"..I just wanted to hear your story....if that's okay...i'm sure it bothers you to talk about it...but you see....I..."
"Hm? speak your mind no need to be afraid."
"..You see I have a friend who lost his family in almost similar circumstances....he's been depressed since that incident even though he puts up a strong front in the eyes of everyone....I want to hear your story and understand how you overcame those trials."

Beyond all of the awkwardness and emotions Tsubasa also wanted to know how his father came to be blind, it made no sense at first but it could have happened the newspaper did not specify how Tsurugi survived anyway.

"..I see, give my condolences to your friend, but in the meantime, sure, I will tell you my story...That dreadful night is something that does not part my vision sadly, I can still see the house burning from the inside...my family....you see me and my eldest son got into a arguement that night, his mother tried to calm us down but my son was so distressed so he decided to leave the house to get some fresh air...from what the nurse tells me you and him have the same first name"

"I'm sorry...I'm sorry..father." he thought, as Star rain gripped his hands tightly to keep him from making a sound.

"..Unfortunately we took that argument quite seriously, my wife was helping me calm down in our room but...we could not have known that half the house was already being slowly burned from where we were...we immediately ran out of the room to fetch our youngest son...but by the time we got him out large burnt wooden logs fell over our heads as we were trying to leave....I was unconscious for most of the time after that with my wife...by the time I woke up the house was still burning and my wife was dying in front of me...and I could not do anything...my arms were damaged from that scene back then...I thought that Tsubasa and his friends would be able to get out of the house alive with Haruto his younger brother but....I was wrong."

-Tears streaming down Tsubasa's face-

"...My wife gave me the determination to try and live for everyone as her last words, she still had hope that they all survived...as did I...but when I managed to leave the house...it was already too late...the ambulances came to my rescue that night as I lay on the ground outside the house charred and in pain....I asked them about my sons but...all they gave me was looks of sadness and regret...I knew then that I was the only survivor....and I hated myself for it...I would cry for long periods of time whenever I saw the light of day becuase I knew that it would be so long until...I see my family again...that led to my current condition...I was so angry and depressed that my eyes lost their light...." said the blind man, as tears began streaming down his face.

"..........I'm sorry to hear about all this..." he said, taking out a tissue from his pocket and handing it to Tsurugi. "My father told me to always have tissues in my pocket...."

"....hehe that's clever...I used to tell my sons the same thing....quite the clever Idea I would say.."

Even after such an emotional conversation the two spent the rest of the day laughing and talking, Tsubasa had to try and cheer his father up so he told him his stories and other jokes and incidents, at the same time with Tsurugi it looked like a father-son bonding scene, as the nurse would drop by and leave immediately smiling as she noticed how much Tsurugi's mood was better with this visitor.

Under that mask of hers he could tell something was a miss. He's seen that mask a thousand times. As he often hides a storm under his calm exposure. He then pats the princesses on the head as he comforts her.

Protect people's smiles...

Egao?

Haruka pocketed his hands, silently keeping with everybody, somewhat going on a mental tangent that he actually is on an MMORPG questline and life is just not going the way he wanted it. Then again, just having Sera at all was somewhat an issue as well. Sera felt guilty about that, but he still had no remorse for his plans. Eradicate the human race? Sure. As long as he can keep Haruka alive too, maybe leave him on Cray during the conquering. Then pick him later. Make him an honorary invader, in name only of course.

"Death isn't something to be feared, you know?" Sera was being edgy again.

Hours were spent between father and son, laughing, talking, and understanding one another, for Tsubasa it felt like the first 8 years of his life aside from the conversation  being more genuine and mature.

"Mind if I ask you something? Would you say that you moved on from what happened a long time ago?" asked Tsubasa.
"..I don't know to be honest...as you can see I was somewhat suffering from the events but I think...over-the-counter I will come to more to terms with it...though from what you're telling me you're friend is a lot stronger than I am.."
"He does put on a strong front but it takes time of course, you're strong for being able to push yourself until now Fa-..Mr.Hayato.."
"......How did he move on may I ask?"

Tsubasa thought about this for a moment, aside from his friends the other reason he was able to move on was...Vanguard. He took out a card from his pocket, the same card that started it all for him, the original Blaster Blade the card that gave him courage.

"Here, I know it's hard but this card game is what helped us get over most of our issues it helped us create better versions of ourselves and to grow as individuals...this game is bound by your imagination, take this card, I'm sure you'll be able to find your path if you're given the chance." he said, even though the idea sounded strange and difficult for a blind man but he wanted to do something for his father.
"I see thank you...I appreciate the help, I will treasure this card."

"Tsubasa-chan, the group needs you, they need your strength before they can leave this area." said best girl, of course making Tsubasa the only person capable of hearing her.
"...I understand.....I wish I could spend more time with him but....I suppose...the best thing I can do is help keep the future of this area bright for him and everyone..." he thought.

"Thank you for the enjoyable visit Mr.Hayato" he said, as leaned down next to him and gave him a hug, his eyes tearing up as he did.
"Thank you young man, for taking the time to help me feel better, I won't forget your kindness."

Leaving the hospital Tsubasa stood outside the hospital doors, best girl was still tearing up from the sorrowful goodbyes but they both knew that the time to fight for the future has come and with that they ran towards the area where everyone was, Best girl led the way as she locked on to Hana's location.

"..I won't fail you father..." he thought.

Cero stepped onto the train, rather surprised there weren't even any Reverse fighters here, considering the black rings above.  He couldn't help but think this might be a trap.  "This could just be my imagination, but what if the Captain is the seed of this world?"  Putting the question out there, it seemed unlikely, but it seemed like it might be possible.  Wouldn't be the first time someone posed themselves as a hero only to be the grand villain at the end.  They could be sacrifices being lead to their demise, or seen as threats that the villain decided they had to remove personally.  Either way, Cero planned to test his strength against this "Captain" to see if they were as strong as this universe's Neu had said.

"Hi Neo, you've been awfully quiet."

Neo was with them the whole time. He was just awfully... awfully... quiet.

The train chugged and chugged through the landscape of the world. Outside of Gotem, things were normal. It seems that the effects of the reverse gave it that strange and empty feel. Other towns were lively and seemed a bit more advanced in technology than theirs. Plus, the plants were all beautiful and there were often full fields of green. As expected of a Neo Nectar world.

Apparently, the train leads to Captain's Quarters. All that's needed is a special ticket to pass through which Neu gave her along with the piece of paper from yesterday.

"The Captain as the seed is possible. Judging by the effect of the Great Invasion War here and everyone going woop woop for the Captain, that's probably who the hero was during the War, the one who defeated the invaders." Hana said aloud.
Title: Re: (GS3) EVENT FIELD: The First Dimension
Post by: OverDrive on October 12, 2015, 11:47:07 PM
"...The run was not the fun part, but rather what I did." said Tsubasa, towards Hikaru.

Now that the train began it's journey it was a matter of expectation and preparation, Cero assumed that this champion could possibly be the reversed general or seed that they are looking for, valid point, yet very interesting. Hana of course clarified by her assumption that the Captain was the one who ended the War here, which would make sense, but now it was a matter of what they should do upon arrival.

"We need a plan for all cases, it is likely that the Champion is the one we are after so if he is we need to be sure to have a smooth plan of entering, handling the situation then leaving, we're already taking a lot of risks as it is." he said, his arms crossed as he leaned on the nearest steel bar inside the train.

His main concern is cutting it close like yesterday, that time when Cero collapsed, and when Hikaru was in trouble yesterday, he did not want to witness such a thing again.

Nodding at the princess of cray as he turns to look out the window from his seat. The captain being the seed huh..that seems to be quite a possibility. No point in keeping this bottled up.

"Tsubasa's right were really cutting it close here. We have to be prepared before meeting the captain. This dimension's hero may already suspect we aren't around here and attempt to get rid of us if he or she is reversed. We can't just rely on Hana to suck the reverse out of us every time we lose." Waiting at the end of the captain's quarters were 3 of the 4 members of the Elements. All three work directly under the current general and were ordered to stop any fighters getting near the captain's quarters from getting any more reinforcements from the captain.

The train was filled as they reached other towns with passengers coming in and out of the vehicle. The Princess mostly looked silently in awe and wonder how this world was so similar yet so different. Suddenly they passed by an empty town and the train stopped coupled with screaming civilians in fear of what the emptiness meant, there were reversed. Sadly enough for them, it was the last stop before the Captain's Quarters and they were forced out of the train since they didn't have the ticket. Hana on the other hand showed the verification, looking at the faces of despair, realizing that their destination this whole time had been struck by the awful affliction.

Why wasn't the Captain letting them proceed? Isn't safer to be near The Captain than be dropped off in an affected town?

With their stop, it didn't seem much different. The Captain's Quarters was a group of buildings surrounding a central tower. It was somethin similar to how manors were during the middle ages, it's own closed-off and self-sufficient town. It looked like it should be lively, but it was as dead and desolate as Gotem and the town that they just passed by. Suddenly, three suspicious individuals approached them.

"You'd think that this place would have the hero fighting these guys off... Just where is The Captain?..." She said to the group.

On the way to the Champion's location the train seemed just like a normal train, it only got worse when they arrived one stop before the Champion's location. Apparently the Reverse had done it's work in this area, by reversing three individuals who forced the group to step in and stop them since this so-called hero was nowhere to be found.

"I was just thinking the same thing." replied Tsubasa.

"...Could whoever this captain be actually turn out to be the seed we are after...at this point it hardly matters..all that matters to me is making sure everyone is safe." he thought.

"If you're going to stand in our way then let's get this over with, I don't have the patience to deal with pawns." he said, taking out his deck.

"Some Hero..." Offhandedly stated by the underground king as he waited on his seat as the passengers got out of the train screaming in panic. He decided to look over his deck for any additional changes.

"They're approaching fast." The tall one stated as he received a call from one of the scouts who spotted fighters coming to the quarters. Turning to the other two. He motioned them to get ready.

When Cero saw the reactions of the people that had joined them on the train, his suspicions grew.  Especially when he saw them getting forced off at the last stop before the Captain's Quarters.  What kind of "hero" would do something this terrible?  When they finally reached their destination, it was like a scene from his homeland hundreds of years ago, except totally empty.  As they approached, three people began approaching them.  Probably people who were Reversed, which basically confirmed Cero's suspicions.

"I don't think this 'Captain' is the hero they tried to lead us to believe," Cero said as he stepped towards the three figures.  He wouldn't let this so-called hero get away with this deceit.  As he approached, Cero flared up his aura in an attempt to scare away the fools that dared get in his way.

Now that the three had stepped up to take the challenge of the three Reverse fighters, it was time to clear their path so that they may hopefully face the seed and not only save this dimension but save their own world. Tsubasa was first, racing off against the Neo Nectar clan, the same clan he almost lost to when he faced KOGA at PSY Shop a long while ago, except this time was different. Tsubasa stared his opponent down with an intent to end this madness, it was as if Diablo was standing there but this time without the mask, of course no one would realize this except for Tsubasa.

"...I'm not taking any chances...this won't take very long." he said, as he set his starting vanguard.

He was right, he opted to ride into Zenith instead of regular Gancelot and finished his opponent off before he even got the chance to breakride into his reversed unit.

"...We won't lose here..." he said, as the final damage was dealt, and the reverse left the opposing fighter.

The three reverse fighters fell on their knees one by one as the reverse engulfs their being. Purged from the powers of the void as their masks shatter once the process was finished. The hoods of their cloaks were blown away from the force of the card fights they were in but the masks fully covered their entire head. Hikaru eyes widened in shock as he looks at their faces one by one. Each of they're faces had at least two or more scars but that was'nt what surprised him it's who they were that did the job.

"..They...they couldn't be.." Those three weren't just some random mooks. No they were far from it they were the Elements of the underground. Hikaru's personal generals. The element trio just stared at Hikaru trying to comprehend on what they're seeing here. Despite his changed appearance they can just tell that it was their former king by the way his eyes move and the pressure they can feel from his aura. But they didn't want to believe at what their seeing right now.

"King..where have you been..You've been gone for ten years." Tomoda smiled while still in a lot of pain from the reverse being purged from his body and having it in him for so long. Hikaru's face darken from the current state of his counterpart's status. He's been gone for 10 years. He can't give them false hope, he can't tell them that their king as come home.

"I'm not this "King" you speak of." He had to be careful with saying his name just in case he has a different name in this dimension. His voice was filled with nonchalant as he stood as the trio didn't looked convinced. Kaori then looked at him in the eye.

"Don't play games with us! Your Hikaru aren't you?" Her eyes were filled with sadness and hope at the thought of their king finally returning after many years. They may of lost Aoi in the war but like hell their going to lose their king again. "I'm not Hikaru, my name is Azuma Isshana."

"I won't give them false hope, I won't give them false hope. I won't give them false hope, I won't give them false hope."
As he echos the mantra frantically in his mind. He then boarded the train along with the others as they headed to the captain's quarters.

Eventually they found themselves inside the main building, heading up to the Captain's room as an invitation. It was a long elevator ride up.

After they had disposed of the reversed in the area, many came out of hiding, speaking of things that The Captain did for them before, how she was victorious during the Great Invasion War and helped design all the modern systems being used in the world of Vanguard today. Everyone relied on The Captain for protection, and the Captain always delivered, treating all fighters as if they were her pupils and children, protecting them from harm and teaching them of her ways. It was now only during this second wave of an invasion that The Captain had seemingly shut themselves out and disappeared from the world, only giving out orders and protocols to avoid the invasion. It came as a surprise to everyone when the Captain had sent and invite for a group of strangers to come see her personally.

A lot of things in general was just off.

"Something definitely seems off, but that means we are headed in the right direction then..?" Hana asked to the group as the elevator moved up. Light would pass through, and then darkness. The main building was dead, lights were all turned off and things were just barley operational. Apparently, only the Captain had inhabited it since the second wave of the invasion began and had not allowed anyone else to enter since.

Once the three Reverse fighters were dealt with, they headed off to the main building to answer the Captain's invitation.  A rather alrge number of people came out of hiding, informing them of the way the Captain had been before all of this.  Apparently this was the second wave of invaders, and based on what they had said, Cero's beliefs were even more confirmed.  She may have been the hero during the first war, but she could've been possessed by the Seed during this second set.

"We have to be.  There's no way we'd get this type of reactions if we weren't," Cero said as the elevator continued to ascend.  You'd think someone who created so much technology would have a faster elevator than this, but apparently not.  Though this could be caused by the distinct abandonment the entire place felt.  The elevator was likely not in very good condition.  If Cero wanted to, he probably could accelerate the elevator to a more reasonable speed but decided against it.  For now.

"All the signs that we've seen so far has all pointed to the Hero being the seed of this dimension. I'm quite surprised that people haven't figured it out before."As he leaned on the elevator.

Information about the 'Captain' was rather valuable, the group learned about how the War went and how the Captain sealed or secluded themselves during the second wave of the war. It would have made sense all in all for the Captain to be consumed or infected during the second wave of attacks but.....it was unclear how it happened and this greatly bothered Tsubasa, the elevator ride was a chance for them to discuss the situation.

"....We definitely are moving in the right direction...but...." he said, he crossed his arms and leaned at the elevator corner.

"....Something does not feel right about this....." he said, he did not want to assume the simple conclusion right away until he had more proof.

The elevator stopped, opening up to the Captain's office.

"Taking me away along with the seed to another dimension and saving everyone?..." A woman's voice spoke from the darkness.

The office was dark, but design in and old medieval style, donning shielding and swords across the walls with mirrors and tables of wood, gilded with golden trim. The only light came from the stars in the sky as well as the moon, a whole wall of the room being composed of windows. The main desk had a large office chair behind it, that's where the voice came from.

A twisting portal of light dimly shone near it, as well as the silhouette of the woman behind the desk, the Captain.

"By sending myself away elsewhere... I can save all of my children?..."

The elevator door opened...  And the timing was rather perfect.  Just as they arrived, the Captain seemed to be making a deal with the Rift.  "And destroy someone else's in the process!"  Cero shouted as soon as he heard what was happening.  "You'll just be a tool used for destroying a world just like this one.  Is that really any different?"  Cero walked out of the elevator, his aura pulsing in rage.  This 'Captain' had no care for anyone else, did she?  That was Cero's impression, at least.  "If you're OK with doing that, you'll have to go through me first!"  Cero was less interested in actually stopping her and more interested in testing the power of this universe's seed, and threw his challenge at the Captain without even knowing her identity.

As the elevator door opened the group overheard the statements made by the Captain,  they were rather vague but the message was clear enough to be understood. Cero immediately stood out of the elevator and challenged both the idea that the Captain was posing and the Captain himself. Aggressive as always.

Stepping next to Cero Tsubasa simply uttered the following words, "I'm afraid these plans of yours won't be fulfilled, not as long as we stand against them." he said, crossing his arms and standing next to Cero.

A panel appeared before the challenger, the Captain turning around, her desk lighting up. Her face was still covered by the darkness, making her identity difficult to figure out.

"Go through who?... I only invited the look apparent look alike of the one whom I killed. What a bother. Neu set me up didn't she? There's just more of you now. Just more to rid of... out of the way."

"She's the one who killed me?... Huh?" The Princess nearly face palmed at the challenge. It was like Cero to go in blindly, but against a person like this? It would be better to work together, but it's not like she could stop him anyways. Well other people might, but she wasn't particularly one to interfere in this kind of thing.

"Good Luck.." Was all she said.

A strike of thunder broke through the glass, as Cecelia and Dragonic Descendant battled outside. The glass windows of the buildings slowly shattered, as flashes of lightning shown upon the features of the Captain. Eyes of guilt, a deep remorse, and loss as a fallen hero. Her green hair extended through her back, and she wore a black gown, dressed in a lolita-style outfit. Her bangs were side-swept, but long and she had a beautiful face.

F CHOPPER KOGA, a former worker at PSY shop and now this world's savior.

Despite the strikes of thunder wearing down her rearguard, the Captain was easily able to replenish them with her Vanguard, Cecelia. Eventually pushed to the endgame, the Captain released her true power.

Why she was given the title of Captain.

Her ace unit, White Lily Musketeer Captain, Cecelia replenished her lost rearguards and replaced ones that she didn't necessarily need. The arrival and power of the unit caused the windows to shatter entirely as the room began to light up along with the rest of the area.

"Out of the way you dumb loser!" She shouted as the energy of the void gathered behind her and surrounded her.

There it was....  The power Cero had been after for so long, right in front of him.  Stride.  Seeing someone like this, someone reduced to nothing but a puppet of the Rift being able to call forth her own future...  It disgusted Cero.  It enraged him in a way he hadn't been enraged before.  He fought with double, no, triple the force he had been fighting with before in the face of the power he had yearned for so.  The storm began to grow fiercer, damaging the structure itself.

"I'm...  GOING TO WIPE YOU OUT...!"  Cero roared with all his might, ready to face the challenge of Stride head on....  But it wasn't enough.  He had lost.  To Stride.  Again.  Just like a year ago....  But this was different.  This defeat made Cero feel helpless...  He fell to his knees, despairing at how...  Easily....  he had seemed to be defeated....  Staring at the ground, he became oblivious to the world around him.

Stride? Her power, a dimension where KOGA, they youngest among the workers was the hero of the war? Watching Cero fall, was discouraging wholly. She ran up beside him and called out to her.

"KOGA!" The Princess cried out, "What's going o-"
"Why the hell do you look like that loser?!" The Captain interrupted."The one who accused my sister TOMO of being a villain! No way! Why are you back?" She shivered, her voice was breaking, "Returned to haunt me like the invaders are?!.. Hahaha.. I took you all down once.. I can do it again. But why?! Why am I the host now?" She clutched her head tightly, shaking a little as the void energy moved with her.

Stride. The power to draw forth endless possibilities to the present point of the summoner. From what he's seeing of course. The power had overwhelmed Europe's king of vanguard with her triple draw and mass return of her units to the deck. It was an endless cycle as the captain just kept on recycling her units with Cecelia's power.

"Cero!" He rushed over to his fellow king and crouching beside him. Hikaru began to shake the man from his disbelief, this wasn't exactly the time to mourn about. The man still wasn't responding to the underground king and just kept on staring at the ground in cold defeat. Hikaru then stood up and looked at the 'Hero'. Hikaru's dual auras ignited as he takes out his deck from his pocket. Staring at her empty cold eyes with his cobalt blue.

"I'll stop you before you hurt anyone else!" He keeps his anger intact, not wanting to make the same mistake in his last fight.

Tsubasa was in disbelief at what he saw....not only was it KOGA but she was also capable of performing the miraculous Stride, a technique that either Neu knew or two planets were needed to activate it. The situation took a turn for the worst when she brought out that unit against Cero, unfortunately he could not handle it's overwhelming power and fell to it, staring ta the ground in disbelief.

"...Such incredible power..." he thought.

Before Tsubasa could do anything, Hikaru rushed in to care for his fallen comrade and at the same time challenged KOGA to a fight. Clearly the young King wanted to avenge his comrade and test his strength, as his dual-colored aura flared up as he stood against the 'Hero'.

"...Good Luck..." he said, as he clenched his deck.

The fight was over just like that, he never expected the double critical to come at him like that. He now had an understanding with the power of stride. The cost of sending units that equal to grade three to summon a being from any future. Nani? thats all he had to say he was shocked by the sudden double critical but that's life for ya. He fell to his knees as the reverse began to take over once again but Hikaru is resisting the effect of the reverse. Having been a reverse general he has a higher resistance to the effects of the reverse then most people as well as the large amounts. He looked at the captain in the eye. Staring at her cold eyes.

"hghh..You think running away is the best for your world? Your just going to endanger more lives with your selfishness. Running away won't fix the problem!...hgghhh..It'll make things worse!"

The ground that they stood on shook as the Stride Unit unleashed it's devastating power against Hikaru, unfortunately the King was unable to survive it's impact, he gave it his best but in the end it was not enough. The double critical was surprising but considering the checking force of the stride cards, it made sense that this could potentially happen.

Rushing to aid his friend, Tsubasa knelt down next to Hikaru and tried to make sure that he was ok, "Hikaru! hold on it'll be ok...Tch.." he said, as the reverse began trying to harm Hikaru as well.

"...KOGA, this path you're taking is wrong, whether you have that power or not, I will defeat you, for the sake of everyone here you i'll make you see that this path is wrong!" he said, as he he raised his deck towards her.

"...Dad...My friends...I won't let you down!"

It was a blur. Thinks went by too quickly.

Gancelot was knocked aside.
Reit and Iori couldn't pull through.

The Captain had won. A free passage to another world it was.

"We won't give up!" So the usual speheal.

Asura Kaiser struck down again, but Meer and Gacelot were still standing.

There was a memorial held throughout this world speaking of a legendary hero whom they called "The Captain." Tears were shed and the world had stopped. The empty streets filled with many of her children, dressed in black and weeping silently. The invasion had been prevented before it became too widespread and two timelines were saved at the cost of one life. The strange outsiders who were invited for a personal audience with The Captain were apparently the only witnesses to The Captain's sacrifice, or rather... assassination.

Whichever the case may be, the world turns a blind eye to the latter speculation. Keep it as a sacrifice to maintain the heroic legacy and make a legend of their fallen hero.

Hana and the crew were able to use the Rift that opened within the Captain's office to return back to their world.

There were things that they learned.
The one who defeats the seed bearer in a fight where all is given becomes the new seed host.
If the seed is influenced by the Rift's space-time power, it becomes unstable during the transfer and is insyead destroyed.

When the seed is influenced by the Rift and removed from the host, the host is destroyed along with the seed.
