So yeah, the NA Buddyfight group had some people working on updating BFA by themselves instead of waiting for the mods to do it. SO yeah, here's the rar file link in mediafire!

It's 0.94.5 instead of 0.95 because some cards are still missing, and the guy who coded this all said he'd post the new update tomorrow!
Also, I don't have the actual Facebook link because I am at school and they won't let me access Faceook to get the link. So sorry...
But also, be warry! Some people (including me) will have these new cards on BFA and if you either play or watch someone using the new cards you're program will crash.

you have to go into the files and change in the text folder no use file change the 93 to 94 i believe

yeah sorry, I forgot about that. Sometimes (most of the time aparentally if I remember correctlly, you have to go into the NoUse text file and change the 93 to a 94. I don't remember an explanation as to why this works but it does so...YAY!

Everytime I go to check the new cards in the unofficial I get a error in the card sprite

HunterSerge (The guy who does the unofficial updates) is almost just as bad when it comes to updating.
Despite the many requests to have him update again, he hasn't made a single response to anyone asking him to update the game again, almost as if he's ignoring it.
But he might also be busy with life
As for these guys, they take a while regardless, honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they were taking so long because they were trying to figure out how to implement the new Hyakugan Yamigedo (which is 2 cards in one spot) and if they did do that they'd have to do the same with Eisen Tiger and Blitz Tiger from Dungeon world.

In the early days, CFA wouldn't update because they were working on BFA. Now because they've shifted their focus back onto CFA, the people who play Buddyfight are now mad at the developers for not working on BFA. It's a never-ending cycle. The last two Buddyfight updates were not even made by the developers at all. HunterSerge updated those himself and then after some crash issues which ensued due to mismatched versions, the person working on the areas decided to distribute an "Update" which simply matched up the versions so no one would have a crash issue. After 0.96, I assume HunterSerge thought that because of the small amount of time it took for the developers to catch on to his update, that they would work on it themselves from now on. He was wrong.
The issue currently with TCO and Otakon7's Simulator is that TCO has an EXTREMELY annoying deck builder, which makes it very difficult to remember what's currently in your deck when adding cards, I even forget what deck I'm making at times or how many cards I've added. It's terrible
As for Otakon7's Simulator, he's managed to attach his database to run off the wikia, which is good and all but there are a LOT of cards missing due to the fact that the Wikia needs to release a big enough resolution card or the database on Otakon's Sim won't register the card and it will be missing. I completely gave up on it after trying numerous times to find certain Black Dragon cards I needed.
These issues would all be fixed if BFA had consistent updates but judging by the history of when it was just CFA and their slow updates. I doubt it will do so very soon. Patience is a virtue, good things come to those who wait.

I've heard news that HunterSerge is working on the next update. But I've also heard he's only going to distribute it when the next set reveals all of it's cards.. and that's in a month

really damn really hoped this would be as up to date as CFA or other sim someone needs to make a sim/area like Devpro or update it like CFA and yes i get he has a life we all have but damn at least that's a possible time frame which is something i guess lol thanks for the update

It appears the new set has been out in Japan for around 4 days. Doesn't seem like he's going to be the one to update it anytime soon.
Either that or there is an issue. But I've given up personally

Hyakugan Yamigedo may be a bit difficult purely because the game currently doesn't allow you to place 2 cards in the same zone

Well, I don't know the situation so I'm gonna have to maintain my silence on this but my personal thoughts just boil down to take responsibility for your own things and if you're unable, hand them down to someone who will.

They do, He's called HunterSerge. But he won't release updates until a set is released which are usually a couple months apart.

I guess. Just a fan of pre deck test and even when they drop there is hella delay just saying.But regardless update soon yay sucks cause this is the most used sim so not many good other alternatives welp

Problem is there is no community because they lost a community before they can gain one. I hope bushiroad can make a Buddyfight Online honestly, tired of waiting for updates.

Otakon7's been trying his absolute best in trying to work his Buddyfight Simulator with Automatic Updates.. The annoying part is how he's written it's updating system to not include any cards that aren't of a certain size which gives massive gaps.
And OdellBJR is right. Buddyfight Area has completely lost it's community due to lack of updates.

If he didn't make the statement about updating it around this time I wouldn't care
But he's obviously not kept his word, that is why it's so extremely infuriating. He gave us false hope and then just threw it out the window.

The people who do CFA could probably do BFA updates in an afternoon if not a day, I know this is kinda unfair to say since I don't know how to add images and text to BFA but surely that's easier than adding images, text and certain effects (mostly attack changes) to certain cards in CFA, just common sense ya know?

Someone raised this point in the main update page and a different topic here, the creator very clearly stated that opening the source code for us to update ourselves was a bad idea just incase cheaters find a way to modify some of the files in there, an example of what they could due included modifying the shuffle algorithm to suit their needs.
