Yes, I drew an actual world map. (The names are characters from Hamlet, except Gonzago, but the name was mentioned).
The story takes place about 150 years after the Link Joker Invasion, where the world had ended. The reverse has become a natural part of everyday life and for all that time, the Vanguard units have laid dormant within their respective cards. Many normal humans have risen above the rest by taking Link Joker as their ruler and working for the enemy. They eventually ended up becoming rulers of their own respective continents.
Center of the World:
The strongest leaders dwell within the Center of the World, a continent exclusive to those who have proven themselves to becoming ranked highly among the servants of Link Joker.
Due to its exclusive nature, further more is unknown.
Ophelia:
The center of entertainment. Home to actors and actresses, known across the world and featured in various media. Other than news coverage of other areas, it is as if the cameras only exist exclusively within this continent. The most popular genre in movies seems to be comedy, perhaps to lighten the sullen mood prevalent throughout the world... or maybe because the rule is an avatar of the Clown himself.
Horatio:
A small continent, separated far from the rest, but not too far from the world's center. A place where rituals are most prevalent and inhabitants practice a habitual and monastic life. The higher one is along the branch of authority, the more devout the believer. At the very top is the most recognizable among all of the world's leaders, a man who is said to be able to perform miracles.
Fortinbras:
A continent rich in oil and various metals, enabling itself to rise as a center of technology, often making trades back and forth with the Center of the World. Initially the home to many seeking to learn about the workings of technology before the invasion, the towns of this content are wholly responsible for the progression of the world as a whole. The face of the largest corporation's CEO unknown.
Gonzago
The place where the last battle of the Link Joker invasion had taken place. About 150 years ago, the cities of the continent were left in ruin, and about 150 years later, it remains the same. The ruins are used as makeshift homes, and the uninhabited soil is used for agriculture. Due to its distance from Fortinbras, it receives the littlest support when it comes to technology. With the largest contribution being the supple amount of agriculture that it produces, the continent has been left behind by its own ruler, who has locked themselves away in the northernmost town.
It is one fateful day that the units from the Vanguard Cards began awakening, attracting all sorts of people from around the world to see the sight. Walking on the land of the former battle ground, awakens the unit's souls within the cards, and begins a new adventure.
Was destroyed by Oliver Gonzago after the "Under Heaven" event.

Backstory:

The saint infamous for having the ability to Liberate the Lock, and a living miracle. Before the Link Joker Invasion, he lived as a benevolent prince, on the way to ascend to the throne of Valliere(now known as Horatio). During the Link Joker Invasion, Frederick vehemently opposed Link Joker to the extent of bringing about the miracle of shattering their spell. As punishment for his sin, his lover and princess was stolen from him and transformed into a mechanical monster to bring about the World's End. After failing to save the world, he offered up his allegiance to angelic beings, the "Messiah" which he believed to have come to save the planet. In the end, his soul was shattered, with his final wish being that of immortality, so that he may forever watch his lover reign over the world from afar.

The saint's closest comrade is rarely ever actually seen around the saint. Despite being directly under a Link Joker Leader, she herself is unaffected by the effects of the reverse. Rather, she renowned for her loyalty to Link Joker despite having never been reversed at all. She is the older sister of Princess Agatha, the lover of the King of Valliere during the Link Joker Invasion. When Frederick had wished for immortality, she had gained it too, for the Prince at the time saw her, as the last remaining family of his lover, as part of himself as well. She often goes on her own side missions, much to the Bishop's dismay as he worries that she may do something reckless. Her avatar, Liberator of Oath, Aglovale, is proof of a promise that she made to her younger sister long ago, one that she is now journeying to fulfill.

The brain of a once famous animator by the same name, placed inside a robotic body with a design based from their old shows. After passing at the age of 64, the animator's brain was conserved and frozen. After Link Joker invasion, the body was created by Chaos Breaker Dragon, perhaps as a comedic act full irony, and the brain after being altered, was placed inside. Nagisa now is the world's biggest TV Personality, with the most famous role being Star-Vader in the cult classic, "Star-Vader Wars." As the ruler of Ophelia, the mechanical being controls all forms of media, and is charge of Link Joker's propaganda on Earth.

Oliver is a prodigy raised by his grandfather, Kaito Gonzago. Upon reaching the age of 7, Kaito was contacted by Venom Dancer and asked to form a contract due to his grandfather's incompetence in keeping the citizens of Gonzago in check. On his 8th birthday, the Vanguard Units of Gonzago began to awaken, and his grandfather weakened. With villagers awaking their powers and starting much more rebellion, the weakness of the Link Joker guards became much more apparent, and Oliver was given direct orders. He now keeps his grandfather's locked soul behind him at all times, and is the current ruler of Gonzago.

Jinghua is a former engineer married to a certain Link Joker Guard. She lives happily in a home in Fortinbras with two children, one boy, and one girl. The girl is named Fang, she is 15 years old, and an aspiring veterinarian. Meanwhile, her male son is named Mikio, age 22, and he is an aspiring actor going to Ophelia's College of Cinematography. After her husband was passed up for promotion, she realized that she had to find a better job in order to pay for he children's tuition fees. So she decided to start a criminal syndicate which collects human souls so that one day she may overthrow Link Joker and give her husband that promotion that she thinks he deserves so much. Her criminal group, "E.V.I.L Ranunculus," is a world-class criminal organization which focuses on strengthening forces through mercenary work, assassination missions, and the trapping of innocent souls within trading cards through the use of Cardfighting. One day she wishes to unleash these souls in order to take the power of Link Joker for herself so that she may get her children through college and retire on an island with her husband. Her dream is to see her grandchildren grow up in a world where they can get all their essential nutrients as well as a Ph.d.

Prize fighting is a good way to make a quick buck in Gonzago since the entertainment was often few and in-between. The benefits were freedom from the menial labor, but for the price of a few bruises and scars. Despite still being relatively young in common terms, Claudius Eagle was reaching the end of his career. Due to the numerous bouts, he has ended up with punch drunkenness and often forgets short term details along with some lack of control of his own body at certain times.
When he isn't in the ring, he scavenges old toys hidden under the dirt of Gonzago's streets. The most popular being trading cards. A pile of cards lay neglected within his home next to different kinds of plastic and metal trinkets such toy cars, or baseball bats. He thought nothing much more of them outside of how many of them he finds. Other than his hobby, he sometimes helps out at the local farms. Nothing has changed since his boyhood, his life has been just like this practically every single day. His parents practically don't exist as he was raised by many farmers, being passed like a hot potato because of his hot-headed nature until they eventually threw him into a prize fighting ring in order to calm down his erratic nature.
With the awakening of the Vanguard cards in Gonzago, he takes note of the formerly useless pile, now glowing with radiance, and begins an adventure, discovering the secrets of the world beyond his homeland. With cards in hand, he discovers a new kind of fighting and enters the ring for his final bout. Retirement can wait.
A setback occurs when he comes to discover that none of the images of on his cards ever stay in place, leaving him with a completely randomized deck whenever he fights. "Gear Chronicle" exhibits strange behavior which makes his experience as a newbie to fighting even much more difficult. Though, through the events ranging from the destruction of his home village, to escalation of the amount of violence, he becomes resolved to improve. He has a particular fondness toward Chronojet Dragon because it looks more like boxer than a dragon in his eyes due to how it's an incoherent mess of metal with a human fist.

Due to suffering from Dementia Pugilistica, or Punch-Drunk Syndrome, Claudius is often stuttering over words or falling over when doing everyday tasks. In order to motivate himself, he considers them all to be training, obstacles that he must work hard to tread over. He suffers from steady mental decline, sometimes not speaking as if he is in the moment, but on other occasions becomes too invested. Memories go in and out, details that he forget are nearly random. While at first he internally felt that it was a curse, the state of his Gear Chronicle deck helped him understand that in order to becomes strong, he must turn his weaknesses into strengths. As humble villager, tries to find the best within others and cherishes every moment that he has left to live with his mind still in tact. While he initially disliked the foreigners which brought danger to his village, he quickly accepted them and the idea that he can learn from them.

Claudius enjoys thinking of every encounter as a way to train and improve. He cherishes all bonds formed as it helps him live through the everyday life in the cruel world. Due to often forgetting names and even experiences, he constantly repeats these statements and names in his head while knocking on an object a certain amount of times. Characters that have lost their "knocks," he deems as unforgettable.
[2 Knocks Wood] Shaun Jason "M.J" MacGarnet - He knows about me as a boxer?... What a strange foreigner. I haven't seen him fight, but he seems like a strong warrior. There is more to him than meets the eye, and I'm not just talking about his secret crush on a girl. When it comes to that, I told Sarah anyways.
Ernest Hemmingway - How much self-discipline does it take to only eat fish and live such a strict lifestyle? He doesn't like Vanguard, but he seems to be making lots of sacrifices. There's a deck he prefers and he even seems to be a quick learner. Thanks for training camp!

An evolution of Claudius' original Lolapalooza. It was improved by St. Frederick de la Valliere through numerous sessions of coaching and having Claudius learn how to read as well as write. It makes use of different top deck reveals through the use of the Lolapalooza skill. The Motherly Second skill was given by Sarah. Claudius will know what it means then the time comes.

It was eight years ago, on a chilly October morning, the clouds were bitter and hollow with rain. He was thirteen at the time. Phoenix had just been caught by a guard of Link Joker for possessing a vanguard card. Although the card's had no way to deal with Link Jokers reign, the guard wished to punish the child for even daring to touch one. The guard planned to punish him using violence before a stranger stepped into prevent him for striking the younger Kabuki. The stranger had spiky red-maroon hair and wore a bartender's attire, with his overcoat being navy dark blue. He made somewhat of a peculiar offer to the guard to allow him to spare the child the harm.... he offered him a free drink of any alcohol he desired. Afterwards when the guard left, the Bartender crouched down to the fallen Kabuki, who had been knocked over by the guard, and introduced him.
"Aye Lad you okay? The names Barramen, but most round deze parts call me Barman." The young Phoenix also introduced himself. "My.... Name is.... Kabuki. Kabuki Phoenix". Barman simply smiled at him and said how nice it was to know he was safe.

His name and appearance are currently unknown to everyone besides Kabuki. He knew Phoenix's identity and past and gave him his second most powerful deck that was in impound via Link Joker. He reveals himself later on inside the manor of the Oliver. Using the Link Joker and his Avatar that is unrivaled by all. Defeating Kabuki Phoenix, he captures him and takes him to Ophelia

Shaun Jason's parent are both celebrity actors in the content of Ophelia. His childhood could be described as typical, based on how kids are growing in Ophelia. (Lessons and activities all day including piano, guitar, vocal lessons, football, soccer, Taekwon-do etc, his parents were all day absent, he grew up with their butler Alfred and he was pretty spoiled by wealth, as the most parent in Ophelia believe Money equals Happiness.)
Even being spoiled to the world of the rich brats, he always thought it would be better to make his own money and spend it however he wanted. Soon after this decission his talent in Music kicked in and in a bink of an eye, Celebrity Agencies tried to scout him as a singer. Devoted to his parents he entered the same agency as they were, leading him to make the huge impact on world of music. His 1st hit become top in chart just in the age of 20s!
Although for an unknown reason his parents decided that would be better to leave Ophelia. So they bought a destroyed house in Gonzago, they rebuilt it and sent him and his butler to immigrate there. Shaun, as he believes that the parents decissions are always correct, agreed and left Ophelia to move to Gonzago even though he didnot like the decission...

A young boy from a line of fighters that stemmed from before the Link Joker Invasion. As a descendant to the power that his ancestors wields, a power that allowed vanguard units to come alive from they're card state. Until recently, the chosen deck of the clan of his ancestors of relentless energy which was one of the power that was once used to defeat the dark ones that tried to take over the planet, but now shattered to 5 soul fragments and some locked away in the hidden ruins of fortinbras while others will appear to you if they sence you worthy. In Tengoku high school he had met the Bishop's Defender, Sarah who he has vowed to overcome her. Hikaru also has death seeking tendencies and sacrificial complex, willing to die for his beliefs and would consider death has a blessing. Despite his quiet nature and since leaving his hometown he has become a bit more talkative and a bit more sarcastic. He has a sense of dry humor.

Hikaru who usually goes by his surname Aozora runs a small time shop in the Gonzaga continent. Selling what he could to the populace and trying to make some money in this cruel cold world. Has for the rest of his family? They're gone. His mother ran off a few days after giving birth to him and his father who loved him dearly got caught up in a series of deals that got him killed. Hikaru doesn't like to talk about them much. In his spare time he build and repair a motorcycle that he found a few months back, not wanting people to steal it. He didn't tell anyone about the bike. With the fragmented souls of the vanguard cards, Hikaru set off on a journey to travel around the world taking what he needed and closed off his shop.

Born in the aftermath of the fated last battle of Link Joker, Ernest has seen the people of Gonzago in their worst. While being born and raised by pirates, he himself hated everything about pirates. His personality didn't match and he mostly was looked down as the oddball of the crew. Even tho his parents loved what they were doing, they decided to drop the crew and just raise their kid normally since thats what he wished. What he didn't wish for, was their disappearance shortly after, Ernest lost everything related to them other than his Granblue deck and their ship. Ernest started hating the one thing he loved ever since it took his beloved ones away, and decided to just live the hermit life, living near the harbor where his ship is and hiding away from people.
In a world 150 years after the Link Joker Invasion, the form of fighting that was once called "Cardfight Vanguard" has become an art long lost as the souls within the cards have become dormant after their defeat in the hand of Link Joker. While recreational fighting was still very much possible, the power to wield units were reserved only to those whom sided with the invaders. Ordinary humans with no allegiance would live everyday life under constant supervision and order from higher up enforcers, and everyday would be the same repetitive process. The ruins of the world from the past remained the same and humanity was unable to rise up. With the whole world under the power of "reverse," the state itself had become irrelevant, and all humans were marked, united under giant black ring which occasionally would cover up all light on the planet. One day, the dormant units re-awakened, was this fate or something else entirely? Claudius and Sky were talking about Vanguard and how to fight against the guards as Claudius had lost to a group of them in the farmland earlier. Ryu Umbra joins in and talks about chocolate. This was around the time in which the sun was setting and curfew was about to be enforced on the villagers. The three fought against the guards, mainly Ryu Umbra, who defeated two guards. The three were victorious.

The ruins within the Skyscraper Graveyard, a part of the makeshift living quarters of the village contained a strange energy which was thought to be responsible for the awakening of the units. Upon inspecting, the four found a large stadium underground made for Cardfighting. This was where the final battle which determined the fate of the world is thought to have happened. The stadium seats were not made for humans, but for the invaders. In the end of the stadium was perhaps a remnant of the final battle, and an evidence of humanity's failures. It was the card "Liberator, Monarch Sanctuary Alfred," holding two special kinds of souls within. This was the group's first encounter with Rev. Sarah Linh Pham, who outside of Horatio and to strangers likes to fall under the name Sarah de la Ophelia. While Hagakure Shin was able to win his redemption match against the guard whom defeated him, Kabuki Phoenix and Claudus Eagle would lose to their respective opponents, taking much damage.

The strange flying objects ended up being dragons and the village was destroyed. Kaito Gonzago had attacked the village as his final shot of redemption in the eyes of Link Joker, but had been defeated by Kabuki Phoenix in a Cardfight, striking him out any more chances to redeem himself. He was betrayed by his own grandson, Oliver Gonzago who quickly reveled at the event, locking villagers and treating all as his plaything with the support of LJG0000. The fun time was cut short by St. Frederick de la Valliere who put an end to the chaotic event through his healing presence. Though Hagakure Shin tried to fight him with fires of vengeance, the benevolent general was satisfied by defeating him in a Cardfight and continuing his duty to help the villagers who were strong and lucky enough to survive. Many of those in the town traveled together, but some decided to bide their time, but eventually move forward. Among the injured villagers were Claudius Eagle, who was directly injured by Oliver, thinking that the child was one of the villagers in need of assistance in evacuating. He was carried to the next village, still unconscious. Notable figures seen in the event, but did not directly take part include: Ryan C. Beat, Ryu Umbra, Shaun Jason "S.J" MacGarnet. Sarah de la Ophelia was noted to be waiting for the Bishop outside of the village area.

On the harbor of the school Sky who was challenged and decimated by the insane Lucian St. Cloud, a religious man who praises the heaven's law, and opposes Link Joker. After the defeat, Sky was killed. Claudius, the villagers, as well as Kabuki arrived at the scene. Claudius set up a burial for Sky, while Kabuki confronted the maniac. Eventually there was a church established on the third floor where Lucian was unchallenged and enjoyed worship with fellow villagers until being defeated by Hikaru's Royal Paladins. After the defeat, the cult was disbanded, though Lucian decided to continue worship on his own.
Old Man and the Sea: Tengoku High School Ruins

Ernest Hemingway, an old hermit who lives inside a cabin and owns a boat along the harbor is introduced. Annoyed by a group of youngsters, and more pleased by the company of another, the hermit opens up and dishes out fishing experience as well as strong muscles. Hikaru then fought Hagakure Shin who had changed his deck into Narukami. After the victory, Hagakure Shin disappeared with his new found power. The Kagero deck which was currently in his possession burned away with the exception of Dragonic Overlord, The Rebirth now it possession of Kabuki Phoenix. Hikaru headed to the phantom card shop mysteriously afterwards. Ernest Hemmingway returned to his cabin. Claudius checked on the state of potentially injured villagers.

Rivalry between Sarah and Hikaru established. Hagakure Shin, Hikaru Aozora, Kabuki Phoenix recieve information on school's past. The gym of the school is explored. It is full of cards, scattered about and lacking any singular owner. Stepping on the decks feel like stepping on the lifeless owners themselves even though the physical bodies were not there. Sarah with the help of Shin re-activated the gym's generators. Videos from the school days are projected from the screen, revealing the first instances of reverse on Earth. They all linked to the one whom Sarah refers to as "The Witch." In the video was also footage of old school assemblies including Reiji Hagakure, Frederick de la Valliere, Mark Eagle, Agatha Linh Pham, and Sarah herself.
The Clown of Ophelia wanted to film the school getting nuked for fun and the Bishop was unable to establish contact since his communications ran out of electricity. He was luckily able to get assistants to fetch the generator in the gym which miraculously was still running and thus the Bishop was able to call off the threat. It was like as if Sarah knew he would need it.

Due to the rising problems due to the awakening of Vanguard units in the continent becoming much more and more work, Oliver Gonzago has announced that in a specified amount of time, the continent of Gonzago along with all of its inhabitants will be sunken into the ocean. According to the young boy, "all the dumdum peasants out there gotta just stay put and learn how to swim. because I'm learning too" The method being used to sink an entire continent is unknown, but there have been rumors of people starting to mysteriously go missing. The stance of other world leaders on the action is unknown.

The group decides to settle down in the outside areas and organize as well as become accommodated with the area before going for an attack.

Giant vacuum cleaner terrorizes the city strip. It sucks up enough people to shoot down a skyscraper. Ryan C. Beat holds onto a pole for dear life. Ryu Umbra gets caught by the vacuum. Shaun and Claudius watch people get sucked up. Typhon waits for a perfect chance to attack but the vacuum shoots lasers. Hikaru contemplates feeding the vacuum his motorcycle. Ryu is in danger for about half an hour. Hikaru and Oliver fight. Hikaru heals of 6th damage. Cardfight is interrupted when Ryan C. Beat tampers with the vacuum cleaner. A giant robot whale from the manor collects the energy that the vacuum received. The physical bodies within the vacuum are all gone. Oliver flies away with Imaginary Plane Dragon. No one still knows what happened to Ryu.

After doing a training regiment of push-ups, imaginary draws, and imaginary rides, the group was split to do cardfights. Claudius Eagle was able to get a redemption fight against Setsuna Sozui, the man that he had lost to weeks prior at the Tengoku High School Ruins. Shirogane Atsushi and Shaun MacGarent cardfight in a game where anyone may win. The favor of luck goes to Shirogane Atsushi. The training session ends with the fighters receiving an image on how to develop a technique which may help them liberate the lock through contact with the Messiah unit.

Claudius on the bridge meets Luke Crest who seems to be looking for a card shop. Claudius explains that there are not much of those in Gonzago as Vanguard is more of a weapon than a game played for recreation around the area. Though, he accepts to be Luke's opponent in order to introduce themselves to one another through Vanguard.
After the fight, Claudius invites Luke to an abandoned building which seems to be an old animation studio. They head to a certain floor and retrieve the Reverse Daiyusha card. Star-Vader Wars and its lead villan's actor are mentioned as something that is familiar from all the artwork of robots scattered about.
Ryan C. Beat followed them up the stairs, tired, but asks to join "The Last Ark" after Luke asks due to finding its mission to be something he agrees with. Ryan C. Beat is tested through a fight and is accepted as he seems to be pure of heart. He introduces himself as a mechanic of ancient manuscripts. The group disperses, and the day ends.

Hikaru Aozora and Sarah de la Ophelia meet over the bridge. Sarah was sent to assess Hikaru's resolution as a fighter and as one of the leaders of the Ark. Luke Crest attempts to encourage Hikaru and Sarah tells him that fighting half-heartedly and thinking that he can battle against Link Joker with the idea that he doesn't have to throw away everything will only set him up for failure. The power of Sarah's imagination transforms the bridge into one of her cherished memories, the moment where her little sister confessed her love to Prince Frederick. She challenges Hikaru to break the power of her imagination as it is now what dictates the reality of the world. Hikaru is unable to do so and she vows that she will be the one to kill him if he doesn't improve because more lives will be in danger if he continues to lead with such weakness. Hikaru's Pendragon transforms as a result.

As Shaun have told Setsuna in order to get his job he need to follow him around 24 Hrs. Shaun decides to go to city strip when he notices a 2 guys talking and 1 of em spitting blood. They stop by, have a discussion about Religion and Money, Atsushi comes in to listen to the convo, and that leads to the CF. Setsuna Vs Lucian. (Setsuna wins). That makes Shaun believe he is right and they leave together with Setsuna.

While fighters of the Ark were preparing for tomorrow's operation, they were pre-emptively struck by Oliver Gonzago as well as his army. Atsushi attempted to stop the boy, but was vastly overwhelmed. The destruction continued. Imaginary Plane Dragon destroyed the area of city strip as more guards came around the area. Shaun stood up to the plate, trying to play hero. Unfortunately, he was defeated as well. At that point Claudius could no longer bear to watch. He fought Oliver unlike the time that his village was destroyed, but was sadly defeated as well. Luke Crest was present early on in the event. Tania and Hikaru helped the Ark recover in the aftermath of the attack. St. Frederick de la Valliere stepped in to save the Ark members with the reasoning that Oliver's actions were going farther than necessary. The Ark's operations are destroyed.

Life in Gozango is rough and harsh no matter how you look at it, a land of ruin forsaken even by the one that was supposed to rule over it. It's natural that people would consider being born here as punishment for sins of the past or other things like that while they screamed their lungs off cursing their life. But not everyone was like that, Atsushi didn't mind this kind of life at all, he was the simpliest person, wearing the simpliest clothes and living the simpliest life possible in this hellhole and yet retained a bright smile no matter what happened, he became known in his hometown and called names such as delusional, crazy or just blind to realize the truth because while everyone was despairing over their life, he'd be the kind of person to look at the positives of every situation no matter what. He viewed his life in Gozango not as a curse but as a blessing, as one cannot become truly strong without knowing what true weakness is like, he'd be happy living in Gozango as it'd be an opportunity to help others in their hopelessness. Atsushi at all times did his best to provide for his family when they were unable to do and worked hard to make sure that even in his god forsaken place it'd be possible to smile. At some point he came across a discarded pile of cards he'd later come to known as Vanguard, normally he'd pay it no mind, afterall in land like this thrown away trash is a normal occurence but not this time, he felt something grabbing onto his heart followed by a feeling of extreme lonliness that pulled him closer towards the cards for reasons unknown to him, he simply wanted to have them. Turns out it was an entire deck ready to go, with cards all over the place, dirty with destroyed sleeves and it looked like the deck had little to no consistency, someone probably discarded it for simply being terrible. Atsushi took it for himself, cleaned the cards up and somehow got them brand new sleeves, the longer he had the deck and looked at the cards the more he was interested in the game as a whole and ended up learning it for himself, that's when he realized that his deck was indeed bad. But he didn't mind it because, again, to become strong one must know what true weakness is like. He'd play the deck over and over and manage to win at times, learning the true strategy behind the deck, a slow grind that rewarded those that had the determination to struggle on, something he'd always preach. Using this deck, he showed the kids around his town the game, teaching them how to play, somehow managing to find cards for others too.

Less than an hour after his birth, Luke's mother died. Without even living in his world for a day, his world changed. Luke lived with his father for about two years, but then he left him on the streets of Ophelia due to all of the painful memories he caused. The next few years of his life was a blur. Moving to foster homes within short periods of time mostly contributed to this loss of memory. Growing up around the streets of Ophelia, Luke became fascinated with concept of mass media. When he was 14 years old, he started to do something with his life and hopefully make his dream a reality. He started to perform covers of his favorite songs on the streets of the cities. After a couple of months, he was finally able to leave the foster system and start his on living even though his income was not the best. At the end of his fourth performance, he noticed a stack of cards next to his belongings with a note attached. "I have seen your performances, and I think this would be a perfect deck for you to help us rid this catastrophe." Each card was different, but they all stated one similarity, Pale Moon. In addition to his nightly performances, he goes to the local card shop to practice this new game. But there was something off to him about this. The cards were just pieces of paper, and nothing else really happened. The one night, he overheard a story about Link Joker. He heard about the sadness, the despair, it has brought to everyone. Due to his past, he could not let this standby. A year passes to make it to the present day. Luke has now gotten into video production and now internships for one of the local news stations. He may not have much to go by, but he knows that Link Joker cannot take away the happiness of others, as he knows what it is like to be stripped of a happy life.

Setsuna is a neutral, free and upbeat man, works for hire and refuses to allow anything to stand in the way of his tasks.
His childhood was spent in the advanced continent Fortinbras, with his extremely rich father and mother. As an only child all the expectations of his family and society placed on his shoulders, something that he was ok with at an early period of his life. He spent the majority of his time studying due to how antisocially he was raised at first, aside from the overwhelming expectations. When he started to get more involved with people during his teen years, he began to notice strange patterns and behaviors in the way people treated one another, and it confused him even further when he saw the "way" of communication among the businessmen in his parents' work circle, him being that young did not help either. This prompted him to study psychology.. as an elective since he still had to major in business for the family name.
As he became exposed to the world and study of psychology he began to understand the behaviour patterns he noticed at a young age, however, the more he dug into the subject the more fearful he became. He knew that there were special and uncontrollable cases of people that existed in this world, and without being able to predict their next move or find a perfect solution for them he would be reminded of how helpless he was.
At one point after graduation he began to view the world around him as "messed up" and full of "masks", along with the fact that his parents were beginning to be more more forceful. So he decided to, after securing himself perfectly, to leave his house travel the world in order to understand it on his own.
His travels brought him to Gonzago, after he had visited the other continents, the place where the Link Joker invasion was finalized leaving the continent in ruins as a result. There he got to see a different kind of 'people' a kind that he only found a few of along his travels, humility was in their actions, and there he remained practicing using something he had discovered in that continent.
Setsuna has run into a strange phenomenon that only became a bit more noticeable after he began his journey alone. A phenomenon where he suddenly sees an image or a blurry scene, almost as one would watch a spoiler scene from a movie, however in this case Setsuna's screen was too blurry to reveal much of anything. He would still however feel a very strange sense of "deja vu" when he would eventually see somewhat "familiar" things, even though to his knowledge this would be his first time seeing them. He would mostly disregard these scenes or images as nothing more than dreams, until his plane flight to Gonzago where for the first time the image was no longer blurry, he would see a torn down house and the sound of a wold howling from within the now feeble establishment. He knew the house though, aftervall it was his grandfather's and the only place he ever felt love from a family member.
Before Setsuna's grandfather had passed he used to live in Gonzago so that was Setsuna's destination after landing by a few days, tho when he arrived the image would be missing the sound of the howling wolf. After exploring the establishment he would find nothing, aside from an underground bunker that only he could unlock due to a gift from his grandfather, there, I'm a cupboard he would find a note next to a stack of cards that read, "My dear boy Setsuna, I hope you are doing well for yourself, I know that things have been hard for you if you've come to this place. Though seeing as you have I want to remind you that you're never alone, I may have been an unfair friend to you in my life but hopefully I can make it up to you when i'm gone, I leave to you my most prized possession, hopefully this one will keep you company longer than I could. I love you my boy. Your Grandfather, Sekai Sozui." With tears streaming down his face, Setsuna took the stack of cards, that was his first encounter with the "Mythic Beast, Fenrir" and the start of the next chapter in his life. He would now work for hire and use this opportunity to view the world from a different perspective, given how most of the issues in the world are solved through Vanguard he found himself very capable after his time in Gonzago. This was important to him because Setsuna had seen many different individuals and had the chance to understand who they were, but no matter what, he would long for the day when he can understand himself.

"The perfect mercenary." That would be the best way to describe James Laertes. He values efficiency over all and does not enjoy wasting time when on the job. Legends say that he is only ever seen when on missions. He works for each side, regardless of what the task at hand is or what he must do. He pays no attention to relationships nor holds any grudges. He may be trying to a man one day and be client on their next and act as if nothing had ever happened. At the end of the day, its all about the money, and its all about making sure that the customer gets the result that they desire whomever they may be. His childhood was nothing special. Its what you would actually expect from a care-free mercenary. He was picked off the streets of Horatio exiled as he wasn't much of a worshiper nor did he want to live the monastic life. He didn't want to choose between Link Joker or Humanity either, so he chose to work for both. Simple as that. He works with his partner Setsuna Sozui on a regular basis and only seems to respect him due to his toughness and their similarities at face level. Carter III got his name from his stepfather. His biological dad was from Gonzago and loved fighting. He and his brothers were all very ruthless. Carter III's mom moved from Gonzago to Ophelia with the help of Carter III uncle because she just couldn't take all the fighting anymore. Her new husband, Carter II, managed to turn Carter III into a wonderful actor with the help of his father. Carter III was still a problem child and loved beating other children. His mother ,Bianca, helped him become a master swordsman because she thought this was the most elegant way to go about fighting. Carter III became more gentleman like just like his stepfather. Carter II's father seen the talent that Carter III and took him away from his parents to live with him. Carter III is now a even more refined swordsman and actor. Carter I also enrolls him into little sword tournaments to showcase his skills. Carter III still lets off steam with by very secretly doing hand to hand combats with his uncle. Being with his "grandfather' since age 10, Carter III deeply wants to know more about his past but is too afraid to act on this feeling.
