Hello, hello, cardfighters! The Starfight Duo is back with another tournament! For those unfamiliar with us, please click the spoiler below for information on our special tournaments! We've decided for our second tournament to have a Double Elimination Team Tournament for everyone to come together and have even more fun with our crazy, amazing starfights! If for some reason we don't have enough participants by the intended date, we'll probably re-host on a different day, preferably before 2016 ends!What are the Starfight Tournaments?
StarFights
There will be SPECIAL RULES applied at the start of every TOURNAMENT ROUND, These rules will be hidden until the round has started for that Tournament. I'll give an example so people can have a general idea.

Tournament Round 1: Generation Break 1 is enabled from turn 1, but once you stride it's gone. (Meaning you can't do GB2 strides on first stride with this ruling unless you G-Guard).
So in Round 1 SuzugamoriRen, Demon King, XSoul EaterX, ReverseDeathX, Blood Katana, Lord of the Undead, Death_Dealer_420, UltimateReaper, I want to die, RulerofDarkness13. All of those players Cardfights will have the following rule enabled.
Then for Round 2 we could have: All Players will have 8 Damage instead of 6 Damage. (Meaning the fight is over when a player hits 8 instead of 6 damage).
Rules aren't carried over, Every round has their own rules to it and will be specified here on the forum when I inform new round has started.
**Special Note: Any card rulings/effects that may conflict with the special ruling of that round will be brought up in both chatango and posted on the "Round # may begin!" post! An example: http://prntscr.com/diriwq**
After being inspired from Trowa's mention of Asia Circuit special rule card fights, We've decided to make a special tournament series called the Star Fight tournament. I'll be referring to these Cardfights with special rulings as Starfights. So I hope you enjoy them!

- Clan Mixing is not allowed! (Exceptions including Blaster Dark in Majesty Lord Blaster and Reverse Units & Dragonic Overlord The Rebirth in Glendios.)
- 1 Mulligan Rule (You're allowed to mulligan ONLY ONCE at the start of the match).
- Match Types: Best of 1!
- The results of all matches should be posted on this thread by the winner like this: http://prntscr.com/dirahv.
- Disconnections and/or tardiness are treated as a game loss towards said player. Any further disconnections (provided with a replay), result in an instant match loss towards the disconnected player.
- Every player has 10 minutes before a match to congregate, if you are not ready to cardfight before the 10 minutes is over, it will count as a lose. You cannot be away during a match more then 5 minutes, and the time will stack. It will not restart if you come back and leave again.
- Announce the distribution of effects! (i.e. Any unit that obtains a critical effect or would via skills or critical triggers must be brought to the opponents knowledge.) 1st Offense is a warning, second offense is a game loss.
- No deck changing/editing under any circumstances whatsoever!
- In the case of Team Tournaments (unless stated otherwise): You may not have two or more players on the team using the same clan.
- In the case of Team Tournaments (unless stated otherwise): The Fight Order will be:

Player B vs Player B
Throughout the tournament. - In the case of Team Tournaments: The team to win 2/3 games advances to the next round.

Flashing Ripple, Odysseus is limited to 2.
Doctroid Lifros(Angel Feather Stand) is limited to 1 per deck.
Cosmos Fairy, Lizbeth(Neo Nectar Stand) is limited to 1 per deck.
Tick Tock(Gear Chronicle Grade 0) is limited to 1 per deck and cannot be used as a SVG.
Jewel Knight, Swordmy can only be ran in all Jewel Knight Grade 3 Deck.
**Steam Maiden, Melem is restricted to 0 and cannot be used in any decks.**
Any form of cheating will result in an immediate disqualification on the spot.

The tournament has been changed to a DOUBLE Elimination tournament. Meaning Losers brackets if your team loses a round once. Wanted to announce that and test out this Color Fader thingymabobber. Ooooo so shiny~
Oh right, forgot to mention. Those are unaware of the error in the 1.92 Update, I strongly advise you to UPDATE YOUR CFA CLIENT ONCE MORE VIA THIS LINK. (http://cardfight-wiki.ru/areafor/index.php/topic,3026.msg50460.html#msg50460) All of the newer sleeves were messed up, but have been repaired in the fixed download file. I am not holding anyone accountable for any crashing of their opponent because they (the opponent) did not update their CFA again to fix their current sleeves. Thank you very much~

Round 1 Starfight Rule: 3 Man Army!
At the start of each of turn, during you Stand Phase, you may only stand 3 of your rear guards. Your other rears may stand via effects of stand triggers or abilities during your turn. In addition, units previously stood at the start of your turn are not rested and remain standing (meaning they're able to attack).

Round 3 Starfight Rule: Generation Breaker!!
Generation Break 1 is enabled by turning one unit face up in your G-zone, however, when you stride/G-guard (for the first time), you turn it face down.
Additional Notes: Air Elemental Sibreeze cannot Stride using its effect due the face up card in your G-zone conflicting with Air Elemental, Sibreeze's conditions and requirements needed to Stride. You can however normal stride Air Elemental Sibreeze regularly (both players on grade 3 and discarding cards whose grade equals a sum total of 3 or more).

Round 4 Starfight Rule: Call Limiter!
You may only call up to 3 units a turn but you may only normal call or superior call up to 2 units respectively. (You may normal call 2 and superior call 1 or normal call 1 and superior call 2. You may not superior call or normal call 3.)
Additional Notes: Units called from the bind zone back to the field due to "Time Leap" abilities, during the end phase, is the only exception to this rule and may be called back at the end phase. for next ruling

Round 5 Starfight Rule: Golden Card and Yin/Yang Damage!
Rule for Golden Card:
At the beginning of the fight: after placing your starter and before you mulligan, take one card from your deck and RFG it. At any point throughout the game, at the beginning of your turn, you may add that card instead of conducting your draw.
Additional Notes: If you forget your "Golden Card" at the start of the game and if neither player began their first draw, you may put your entire hand back, RFG the card, then shuffle, redraw 5. Mulligan is also restored using this method. You may not use this method at any point beyond the turn player's draw.
Rule for Yin/Yang Damage:
At the end of your turn, if you have a G3 Vanguard, you may either Countercharge 1 or choose a face-up card from your opponents damage and flip it face-down. You may NOT do both at the same turn.

Final Losers Round Starfight Rule: Card Roulette! & Trigger Roulette!
At the beginning of your turn, during your draw phase, you may draw 2 cards and put any card from your hand to the bottom of your deck.
AND
Rule: When any player checks a trigger the trigger effect will be decided by two consecutive coin flips:
Heal: Heads/Heads
Draw: Heads/Tails
Stand: Tails/Heads
Critical Tails/Tails
This will only decide the effect of the trigger when you check it, for all other intents and purposes the trigger is what the card says, for instance only actual heal triggers may be used for G-Guarding regardless of the effect they had when you checked it.
