So lets say its a link joker mirror match, then a player uses Lacus Carina(the G guardian that locks your own cards to lock opponent's backrow). If the player that is attacking has sacrifice messiah in his backrow, can he trigger his skill off on the locks made by Lacus instead of being locked by it ?

Lacus Carina would have to resolve fully before the opponent has the option to use their Sacrifice Messiah.
So let's say for example you Lacus Carina while the opponent's backrow is two random cards + one Sacrifice Messiah and they have a Sacrifice Messiah in the frontrow. You lock three of your own units with Carina, so they must lock the random cards and the one Sacrifice Messiah. Since it's already locked once Carina has finished, that Sacrifice Messiah does not have the chance to activate and resolve its ability. The one in the front row is free to react and lock itself.
tl;dr - Sacrifice Messiah cannot lock itself instead of being locked by Lacus Carina, as you resolve Carina in her entirety before doing anything else.
