Title: [Gold Paladin]Pellinore
Post by: Tipy67 on July 15, 2014, 06:24:44 PM
Starting Vanguard-Spring Breeze Messenger
4-Elixir Somiler
4-Falcon Knight of Azure
2-Speeder Hound
4-Flame of Victory
2-Dantagal

Grade 1
4-Nimue
4-PG
2-Garth
2-Shield Knight of sea clouds (A good card when superior called to give power to a unit.)
2-Dindrane(A good unit to superior call)

Grade 2
4-Vivian
4-Lop Ear (Another unit i just like to superior call)
2-Buemains(a solid 10k)
2-Assault sky unit( Grade two copy of shield knight)

Grade 3
3-Beobluarious( if you br into it you could get one of the other units i like to superior call)
4-Pellinore(The main card)

The point of this deck for me is to get into pellinore and use limit break to keep sending two units to bottom of deck to make two more stronger plus if u have vivian or nimue if you hit you can superior call a unit to replace what you just sent to bottom of deck.

Plz give me your opinions this is my first deck on the forum sorry if i spelled anything wrong.

I get the Nimue idea but i'd replace it with Kahedin since battle phase atk hits while boosting just cb 1 retire a rg and call top card at rest so if u get Pellinore while opponent has a grade 2 or Lop u can superior call more times getting Dindrane, etc.
and I'd replace Gareth with Blackmane Witch cause the skill also helps superior calling when called to rg
for g2's

U can try adding Merron since it can search out your breakrides when superior called from deck in place of that sky knight thing and keep your g2's at 11.

You'd want to Max out Bleoberis cause if you breakride it over itself and if pellinore on top 2 u can breakride 2x and superior call up too 4 units in 1 ride phase lol.

Ren Pellinore is placed on the Vanguard Circle so it isn't considered another breakride...

The deck is strange to me I guess, but I'll assume your style is just different from mine.

I wouldn't run Shield Knight or Assault Sky to be honest... what would +2k give a diff do?... columns can now hit crossrides??.... Well I mean you don't superior call much or at least very accurately with these decks anyways aside from Spring so why no just run a full 4 Gareth and 4 Beaumins for the same crossride-hitting column results?

To be honest, Spring Breeze is the one that makes Pellinore decks op. I used to run more than one... I think I even ran 4. I would superior call Pellis and Dindranes with him and that's what won me the game.

The problem with your winning image is that Pellinore is a LB and that use his skill you'd have to be at 4 damage and in order to make up for his minus, you'd have to hit with Viviane.... which you wont because your opponent would also most likely be around the same area in damage as you are when you use your LB. If they aren't then bad news, you're losing badly.

I say with this deck, you can rush like no tomorrow, you can call new rgs to attack with Viviane and Nimue then get a new Vanguard for the heck of it and just cause you can with Spring Breeze or a good top call. You can still run Bleo though, this is just a suggestion yeah... change your image to making the big moves mid-early game than making it to late.

lol I said breakride Bleoberis over itself meaning riding Bleo over Bleo and getting Pelli in top 2 = breakriding Pellinore 2x in one ride phase. Same applies to Ignition over Ignition and using Sieve starter to check top 10 and Breakriding again lol.

Actually Pellinore's skill is not considered a ride, it's just moving between circles, so the breakride skill won't activate.
