1. They were send not as sumbitions for the contest, but only as a single cards. A sumbition for this contest is a pair of cards, yet you sent them as singles.
2. How do you think a Heart from RP or SP could be a Heart for it?

All the votes must be reasoned. Comments like "I just don't like it" or "OP" won't be counted.
If at least one of your vote isn't counted, then the whole your voting post won't be counted.
You can find all the sumbitions here. You can either vote in this topic below or in the russian forum, but only once per both forums.
Deadline of voting: 21:00 of 18.11.2014 (Moscow time).

Finally i got Photoshop Cs6 now i am really happy but i don't know how to make cards in it... how ot add these template to it? and don't have complete template... if you know please message meDownload template from the first post and open it with your Ps. Then just edit the values and paste needed icons on your cards. To add a new artwork just drag&drop it in the active Ps window.
