Help / Re: Sprite Error?
« on: March 24, 2014, 09:28:19 PM »
I had the same error, the full download I had was corrupted.
After a few attempts of re-downloading, I managed to get an uncorrupted download. You can tell when you have about 1900 files inside CardSprite.
Other things I did may help:
- Clear your Browser's Cache (for Google Chrome: tools -> clear browsing data) (I also deleted my download history to be sure).
- Refresh the page with the download link after clearing the Cache.
- No other internet activity while downloading.
- Wait a bit between attempts, as connection quality my also be an issue, which can fluctuate over time.
I did all this to increase the chance of no corruption while downloading.
Hopefully this helps
