It's a really stupid design that's almost entirely a copy/paste of Core (save the +3000 part) and a slapped on Glory/Yggdrasil text just to make it better. With my passionate defiance, I decided to keep on upgrading my Prominence Core decks. I've gone through a lot of versions with him. Despite how I didn't like him at first, I played him a lot... and would rather him than Glare. Now let me explain how the deck works. Destiny Aglovale looks counterproductive but he's not entirely. I'd like to filter or grab as many Grade 3s from my deck as possible and it filters out Soul. While this does counteract with Prominence Core wanting to call itself on the field, I don't have any qualms with safely holding one in hand for Relegioning or just keeping it out of the way for Drive Checks and better calls like Aglovales or Yosephs. Phallon is there for a reliable 11 hit. It was previously Beli but I didn't like him as much.Ideally, you want Bruno behind Prominence Core to make him a insane Critical stacking beast who gains more power himself. It would be Coronagal but Guido is easily the best starter I've ever seen for the clan and is absolutely essential for the already Counterblast heavy deck. Lots of Yosephs to keep up with drawing lots and blowing out Soul, along with some backup draw triggers to make sure Core's hand advantage game is impossible for them to keep up with! Percival is a free call, free trigger recycle (from performing Legion), and a field rebuilder for the most minimal cost imaginable with Lawful Trumpeters. I feel his literal only downside as backup is the fact that Aglovale is his mate. But, since we can soul blast the used Aglovale out, I don't feel too bad about it. I really like his utility purpose for Legion Liberators.Royals were my 100th post celebration, now Golds are my 200th! Can you guys guess what kind of player I am yet?
Trumpeter only works if he's there as you perform Legion, so drawing him is the only way to set him off as early as possible or hold him back for field recreation. Superior Calling him after I Legion doesn't help me a whole lot unless I can be assured I can net another Grade 3. That's why I need him at 4. To freely fill field without using my whole hand asap.
Going to test maxing Destiny Aglovale to see if it makes a significant difference in play on hand collecting. By max, I mean 3. Going to try 4 Percival too.
