Questioning Area Rules

 I have some questions concerning the Cardfight Area rules due it being a little bit different from other clients.

Do not cheat. Cheating is considered annoying and unsportsmanlike. It is punishable offence.

I have met some cases where ppl didn't read the cards (mine or their own.) and were argueing about them, claiming cheating.

Verbal abuse of any kind is punishable by warning/boot/ban.

Does it include Russian or Romanian or any other language as well?. I speak, read and write both mentioned. (since they are both spoken in my country) and what use will be a screenshot, if the prosecution cannot translate them.

Do not attempt false accusing. Reports are only taken in consideration if a screenshot(s) is/are provided.

Speaking of screenshots, what if the insult gets buried in the messages be4 we take a screenshot (we do not have a scrolling option into the chat.)
 

Try to use english as your main language in worldchat as much as possible to avoid missunderstandings and plain out annoyance.

  Some people are arrogant, thinking that nobody understands them, they start blabing in their own language (insluting the english people).
 This is not my first client nor forum. I have see different situations arise, people being banned for actually being right (DN is a proof of that) and people who, despite having the intelligence of his company being undesirable, they pushed on purpose and they escaped any kind of punishment for their replicas. I have seen people who didn't know the game mechanics and I tried to teach them that rules and they just took off without saying anything. (me, being in the same spot at one point)
