EVERYONE!! It is stated in rule number 4 above that the timezone is central standard (for the USA)!
It is also stated that it will start at noon of said day.

So for people who did not head my warning of you being screwed if you do not read the rules here ya go:
Deadline: Midnight of Friday May 23rd (Central Standard)
