Ren would win hands down, he just needs a Legion that retires his rearguards and he's all set.

I agree, like Tim said a few posts above Ren really can't lose unless the plot absolutely requires it. For example, Ren only lost against Kai because he had to lose to make sure Aichi would get a chance to fight Kai and bring him back to the side of the good again.
I'm looking forward to how ridiculous Ren's legion will be.

Ren's Legion will probably something about standing his vanguard then most likely a Legion that increases the damage he could deal with his vanguard.

I'm assuming you're talking about RFD since he's pretty popular, but to be fair Dragruler is the most recent boss card from Ren and it retires during the Main Phase.
So I guess you don't have to wait any longer?

B-But.... T_T it still didn't beat Dragonic Overlord The Rebirth, Also that was a xrosride so I still don't count it ^_^ (Ex. Phantom Blaster Overlord)

So.. if Ratie and Ren were to fight? I could call it a cat fight?...Because they're both girls? xD Just kidding... though seriously he'd fit in perfectly in Thailand. Though you can say what you will about mechanics and core abilities and what have you. In the end it's down to personal taste. Personally, I dislike the army of emo knights and trying to figure out the genders of each unit in the Revengers. I'm gravitating towards Witches due to a promise I made to a friend who adores SP and tried to get me to join them. I told them if there was a female ace or archetype I'd go for, I'd join him and 'ta-dah' there is now...so now he won't shut up about it lol.

The episode it self was very nice and I believe it left for a nice cliff hanger that should be able to be stretched between two episodes. I just hope the fights get equal air time, with as little flashbacks or exposition as possible. I don't want to be watching two episodes for the constant 'shocked' reactions, I want to see the new units, I want to see how they're played, I want action! Explosions! Magic! and.. doughnuts!

I don't know about that. The cardfights this season have gotten shorter for the majority. Can't wait to see if there'll be two-parters again.

They'll most likely have multi-part cardfights for the bigger battles later, they'll probably need the multi-parts to churn out the season for an entire year.
I'm thinking that at the very least, the fights near the end should mostly be multi-part fights.

I wonder if they'll add a new feature to Legion to not make it boring when they do it and the fight extends for a long period of time. (Ex. Megablast to xrossride, limit break to ultimate break) A Legion xrosride would be interesting to see.

I find them entertaining enough, for now.  I do hope that Legion effects continue to stay slightly weaker than set 14/15 cards, to justify their raw power.  More than anything, I'm just excited for making hybrid decks again.  Season 3 really wasn't kind to me in those regards.

We've already seen how much potential Legion has when Kamui beats Kai, now that I think about it this makes me want to see Kamui vs. Ren.... Also it goes to question rather they'll have a training camp or not in this season since Aichi isn't here.

Well, we still don't know whats up with Aichi wearing that cloak and sitting there all sad, so we could possibly see something more about him.

I agree that they spent enough time on Aichi though, it's pretty neat to see Kai as a main character since we didn't know much about him at all before.

I actually believe they might be wrapping up this cast in this (and possibly the next) season. Honestly, there isn't too too much that could be done with our current line-up. I'm guessing that seasons 4 & 5 are going to be the seasons where all the blanks are filled and all the loose ends are tied. But then again, I may be wrong.
