Sleeve Trading System

This is a good idea.. Some people might be greedy but not all of them are, this could help the players that doesn't have their dream sleeves

I'd love this.  I think having a shop that you can go to to unlock sleeves would be great, too.  Although, acquiring currency in the game will always lead to methods of abuse.  -_-

I think it could be a possibility as long as you limit accounts to 1 per person.
If it was implemented right now, I believe some people might just make a bunch of accounts, have them sit in the room, and trade the sleeve they win to their main account.

Either that or put a reasonable post limit on the trading so people can't just make accounts and trade to their main. It would help increase forum activity and I think that would actually be more effective than an IP block since there are various ways to bypass an IP block.

I don't think this is gonna happen anytime soon. The registration is still in its testing stages and Rem already said that sleeves were permanently locked to you. So don't get your hopes up.

I don't actually really care whether a trading system is actually made or not, I'm just describing some possible loopholes/exploits that would need to be fixed if a trade system would ever be put in place.

Even without the trading system, I think the addition of the sleeves system itself is a great addition to the community; I'm sure that with sleeves as rewards, we could get many more people in tournaments and make the central CFA community even bigger.

I really couldn't agree more. In fact, I'm sure they have some type of plans to host a tournament for sleeves as a reward. I'd expect one later down the line.

True, in my opinion I prefer playing in real-life though. As a result of not seeing many people on this forum, still I would love to be able to participate in such events in the later future.

Now since the system is completely random in which of the sleeves currently available are given to you, there will be some times you get a sleeve you do not want. My solution to this? Allow players to trade sleeves. Put up a 'trade' forum or sub-forum somewhere and have two players post up to agree to a trade, letting you know what sleeve they want from one another. Then all you would have to do is simply 'turn off' or what have you, the sleeves they want to trade from their inventory and then add the sleeves they want from one another.

I have no idea how complicated that is, it sounds simple though, two people posting up what cards they want from one another and then implementing said trade in game. But it's an idea I had running around in my brain.

I second this. Or something that would make things simplier is implement a system inside the game where you can trade them directly. That'd propably need more set up and coding tho.

yeah that would be good, but how would they actually do that? i mean that would require a program that can trade a specific program, while showing its Contents(because of safety reasons).
