Cero was walking in the direction Hana had directed him, eventually arriving outside Card Capital. When he got there, he saw a woman standing outside the card shop. She didn't seem to be doing anything beyond standing there, so he shouted at her, "You there! You're a Vanguard Fighter, aren't you? Why aren't you entering the card shop?"

Hikari stopped being lost for a moment, sporting her proud persona to respond.
"Heh, I'm more than a Vanguard Fighter... I'm not entering for reasons you can't comprehend. So no need to worry yourself over me", her logic didn't even make sense. Yuki thought she would stop being confused, but then she just went on to blurt out something. The snow woman... wasn't feeling too well, and looked back up at the Card Capital sign, a perplexed expression back on her face.

"If you're more than a Vanguard Fighter, then as Europe's King of Vanguard, I, Cero Kirguis, challenge you to a fight! I will not allow anyone to look down on me, especially someone who lacks the resolve to do something as simple as enter a cardshop!!" Cero continued shouting as he pulled out his deck, preparing to put this person in her place for acting like she was better than him, completely unaware of her abilities.

What.
"Europe's King of Vanguard?" she questioned. The woman sure as hell didn't know about any "king" players of this game, let alone Europe doing something notable for her to even remember. This blonde foreigner just comes out of nowhere, declares his royal status, and then challenges her? Well, she did sort of bring it on herself with her previous remark. But then he went on to say she doesn't have the resolve to just walk in.
Who did he think he was?!
"Is this a joke?" Yukino responded, no longer lost once again, but now she was set off. "I am the
chosen sword
, yet, I've never heard of some 'King' named Kirguis. Are you sure you're not trying to make yourself feel better with mimicking a fairy tale?"
Her ego came back, but that insult sure settled that they were probably going to go at each other's throats instead of playing cards. Despite having full knowledge of that, a sneering smirk was plastered all over her pretty face.

"Oh man, this sure was another tough day" Said Makuto as he sighed. He packed his deck into his deckbox and put it in his pocket. While spending most of his time inside the cardshop, he also noticed that Yukino didn't appear at all.
"You did good today too Akuma" Makuto whispered as he opened the door to leave the cardshop. But fate brought him a big surprise, Yukino and someone else were standing infront of the door looking like they were in a fight of sort.Makuto stood there awkwardly trying to not bother any of them but was interested in what was about to happen.

"
A joke!?
You dare refer to my title as a joke!?" This woman's arrogance was astounding, beyond any other person he had encountered, barring himself. "The title of King is far from a joke, and I earned it through work and dedication, don't you
dare
laugh at it!!" He was now shouting as loud as he could, forgetting about his challenge in his fit of anger. He refused to allow someone like her to trample over him and his pride in such a manner, even if it meant creating a scene.
"My title is what brought me to this country, giving a chance to fight the world's strongest fighters! And what's this about being the 'chosen sword!?' That sounds like far more of a 'fairy tale' fabricated by yourself so you have an excuse to look down on others! Such a title has nothing behind it, nothing but empty words!"

Haruki was overjoyed at how great he played at Card Capital. After having done so much better than the deck before, he knew that his deck would be something to hold onto for a while. He clicked his heels with glee and rushed out of the shop with a pep in his step. At least, he would have, if he hadn't made a big crash into this guy right outside CC.
"Auauu~!" cried Haruki as he rubbed his head in pain.

Every Royal Paladin in her deck had the same thought:
so much for the cardfight
.
"Yelling louder about it doesn't make it mean anything, you know!" Yukino retorted. The woman doesn't even know why she's arguing with him, she just finds his title and lack of popularity in Japan silly. ... As far as she knew, anyway. Only laughter came out with his reasoning of "work and dedication". Hikari believed that she could get the title with little effort, mocking the entire European playerbase by belittling him!
Oh no, then he bit back, making fun of
her
title.
"Excuse me?!" The woman began, "I am the one chosen by Cray to lead mongrels like you and most likely your deck to victory and prosperity! And I've about had it with you fools thinking I'm bluffing when I can communicate with these Royal Paladins!" she was screaming just as loud as he was yelling.
As if responding to her desire to prove she wasn't lying, her pupils morphed into swords just as they always do occasionally. Yukino practically yanked her deck out and held it toward him, Blaster Blade being the front card.
"You challenged me, right?! Okay, I accept! We're going to settle this!". Literally fuming, she stomped her way into Card Capital to get them a table, pushing Makuto out of the way as her only form of acknowledgment that he was even there. She didn't even take note of him or the kid that just ran into Makuto...

"I'm no mongrel, and some arrogant nutcase like you could never lead someone like me! And since when could people communicate with cards!?" He continued shouting, forgetting he had met someone else who could do the exact same thing earlier that day.
When he noticed her pupils changed shape, he was rather shocked, then cast it off as just him imagining things. "Fine then!" He shouted back, as he followed her into the card shop.

"Agh.Are you okay lil' bud, watch where you're going you might hurt someone next time. Now be quiet cause there's a battle going on."
Makuto said as the kid crashed into him. Makuto felt strange as he was watching Yukino yell at the other person. And that feeling got bigger as he saw her eyes turn into swords. As Yukino showed her deck Makuto realised they were gonna Cardfight. As Yukino was heading towards the door, Makuto tried to step away to not get in her way but he wasn't fast enough.
"Hey don't go pushing people around that actually hurt..."
Not losing any time he headed inside the cardshop again to specate this cardfight.

While entering the shop to participate in the tournament Hayato saw Akuma the guy who fought him earlier, as he comes to greet him he can't help but notice two people fighting while shouting extremly loud. And asks with an surprised face "What's going on here?"

Haruki was still dazed as he noticed everyone charging back into the cardshop. 'Now why would they do that,' he thought to himself. Still, with such a big headache he figured that he shouldn't be rushing out to places in the condition he was in. Haruki walked into the shop, and to his surprise found the guy he crashed into looking at two people in an intense cardfight. Maybe it was worth watching while cooling off from that blow.

"Greetings Hayato, I don't know the whole story about this situation but i think this is a big deal."
Said Makuto to Hayato.
"Lets change, i want to see this in first person"
Whispered Akuma to Makuto. "Fine but don't get me into trouble again." whispered Makuto, then he pulled back his hair, took off his glasses and his eyes changed red.
"Hah, this sure is a fight worth watching, a human fighting one of the chosen ones, who probably doesn't know who he is messing with."
Said Akuma loudly.

As he gathers his deck calmly and puts it back into his deck case after his intense fight against Itou's Paladins, he hears 2 people shouting and plugs in his earphones as he dislikes too much of violence. Daichi quietly places himself in a corner and watches a young man and a woman scream at each other, all though he doesn't hear anything of it.

This was so ridiculous, not even the Royal Paladin clan could believe it. Two users of the same clan that couldn't get along for anything fought so hard and ferociously that they nearly whacked each other. Taking swings at the opponent with their fists, they wound up knocking cards off of the table and scattering them all over the table. Blaming one another, they just did a second game.
Throughout both games, they found themselves at disadvantages against one another, but Hikari really couldn't deny that this man has...
some
respectable skill. She would tack that "some" on if she said it out loud, making sure to not let his ego get anywhere close to the size of her own.
The snow woman did give to him what she gave to Makuto, however: "If it was anyone else, you would have won easily". That was her way of staying superior while still acknowledging that her opponent was strong. In fact, she even credited him by saying Cero would have won 0-6 in damage. Okay, so, fine, maybe the "European King of Vanguard" was something after all. She muttered a quiet "Sorry for doubting you" under her breath.
At least Yukino felt a bit better having fought with someone strong. Blaster Blade was happy for her, and glad they got to meet with Garmore's human Vanguard too. Her lips curled into a small, but notable smile.
