(GS3) Field: Destroyed Shopping District

Seifer's remained the same as it was when he fed her until they'd finished eating. It was nice, and they definitely couldn't of finished had they been alone, but they did it together. And he was admittedly happy they'd come here together. "Why don't we go get some ice cream? Not the kind in the bowl, but cones. I think that'd be fun yeah?" he offered, paying the bill and tipping as well. Maybe everything was turning out just right for him.

The redhead nodded, though she did make a face when the male paid. On the way out, she poked his arm, before crossing both of her's over her chest. "Cones sounds good, but I did say I would pay for half of the meal if you wanted... It's not fair you keep spending your money on me," Rosalia frowned. She led the way out of the restaurant, making note to come back here again sometime, then headed for the closest ice cream shop. She remembered going to one before, when Satoshi gave them money to get something, but it was nice just going because they wanted to.. just the two of them..

The male poked her back sticking his tongue out at her a little bit. "It's just easier to pay all at once. Hey, you can buy the ice cream this time then if you really want to." he teased, walking at her side and closer than normal. It really was just the two of them, and it felt nice, far better than being in a crowded room all the time. With this thought in mind though, the male gently slipped his forefinger around her's as they walked, much like they did at the school. "So... What kind are you going to get?" he asked, looking down at Rosalia as they walked together, keeping his pace the same as hers was.

"Hmph~ Well I guess you'll just have to pay for the ice cream too, since you're so willing. And I guess the man pays for most things when he's treating a lady~" Rosalia huffed in return. But, she couldn't help the soft warmth she felt in her chest and face as their forefinger's entwined. She was sure even her hands might be warm now, but she didn't dare pull away. She simply walked on, looking ahead with a sense of happiness in her step, each step breaking down the shell she hid in. "Hm... For ice cream cones... I want... a waffle cone! Wiiiith... Chocolate chip ice cream, and fudge and sprinkles and almonds on top~" she giggled, though she was definitely not getting a large cone if she was getting all of that. The seafood really was a good sized portion. "How about you? What're you in the mood for?"

Seifer let out a soft laugh at the tease, smiling at the red head, just as happy as she was. "Me?... I dunno... Maybe just a simple cone with chocolate dipped vanilla ice cream. Gotta love the classics sometimes." he replied with the same upbeat voice and smile he'd had for a little bit now. It seemed really slow, the motion that he did next, like an eternity passing, at least for him. But lightly he let their forefingers separate, only long enough to slide his hand between her hand and her hip, pressing their palms together lightly and entwining their fingers, the warmth of her hand and his together feeling both maybe a little bit awkward, but really nice as well. It was relaxing to him, even if his face turned a shade of red again. He was there, alone with her. She calmed his nerves and made him feel like everything was going to be okay.

Rosalia rolled her eyes at the thought of a classic. Even for a shy girl, she had to have her sweets just right, with toppings galore. But she glanced at her companion when their fingers had parted, even if it was for just a moment. Did she say something wrong? Then her face lit up. They were officially holding hands, fingers interlocked, and walking in step. It was like without having to say a word, but them holding hands was like sealing the deal. The redhead looked away slightly, mostly so she could watch where she was going. While still walking in step, she squeezed his hand in return, even nudging him lightly with her arm. "S-so... guess the teasing was worth it?... From our friends, I mean.."

The male squeezed and nudged back, nodding slightly as they walked, stopping only once they reached the ice cream shop. "Seems like it. ...It's funny really. ...Sometimes I guess people just see certain things before others do?" he suggested and asked at the same time, waiting for her to order first. She was the lady after all, as she had so blatantly teased him about. He thought it was funny, and cute as well. But like this, their hands together, not much else really mattered to him. It almost felt like they were in their own little world, a dream made reality.

"I guess so?... I'm not sure what'll happen though if they find out at school or at the club..." The female hesitated, checking the ice cream selection before ordering her waffle cone, just what she had told Seifer a few moments ago. She did end up getting a small, having had enough sugar with her tea throughout the day. Well, she could never have enough sugar. The seafood platter did it in for her, but it was worth it to spend every moment she could with the brunette. It was a good thing they got cones as well; it meant they could still hold hands while eating their treats. Having gotten her cone, she ate it slowly, glancing around mostly in case their friends were watching from the shadows or something. Right now, this was their little date, and she didn't want anyone to interrupt them. "Guess we should go home then?... It's a little late, after all.."

Seifer ordered his cone, just as he had said as well. A simple classic vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. Keeping their hands together he paid yet again after setting the cone down on a paper napkin on the counter, picking it back up napkin and all. Taking a small bite he savored the mix of hardened chocolate and the cold ice cream as they walked together. "I suppose we should yeah.. It is getting a little late and maybe everything will start closing down soon. ...Yeah let's go on home." he replied between a few tiny bites. He was glad no one else showed up really, since it made this time with her even more enjoyable for him.

After waking up, and thinking about what had happened the previous night, the male made his way back here... Leaving a note for Rosalia like he always did, though it had about eight booster packs hidden up under it. He'd actually gotten them awhile ago, but with everything that had been happening he wasn't able to give them to her, usually just forgetting. The note had read that he was going to go to the shopping district again and roam around a bit, while apologizing for being so late on giving her the booster packs. The night before seemed like a hazy dream, but it really happened... didn't it? ...He hoped it did because it was one of the happiest nights of his life and he doubted he'd be able to continue on if it wasn't real. Then again that's probably over exaggerating.

Sitting at his usual cafe table, Satoshi was lost in his thoughts. He didn't sleep well because of the events that had occurred recently. It was hard to lose consciousness in that room again, after what had happened in it. He rubbed his forehead. Staying awake had proven to be a challenge as well, regardless. He was mostly waiting on Fortuna to return some kind of information to him about the ring, but...

Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero contact.

He took a sip of coffee. Haruka really had gotten him addicted to the stuff. It was relief when it needed to be these days. He stared out at the street, pondering over what to do for the evening. Something crossed his mind, however, and he pulled out his phone.

There was someone he needed to clear some things up with, even if they didn't feel the same.

Hey, Seifer. Is there a chance we can hang out a little bit? There's some stuff I need to get off my chest.

Seifer was just wandering about the shopping district when he felt his phone buzz in his pocket. At first he thought it was Rosalia, but then he saw it was Satoshi. 'Wonder what it is he has to talk to me about?' as he walked along the streets he began quickly typing up the response text. 'Sure, where are you?' he pressed send before glancing up. He was just outside the coffee shop, noticing the other male. As the male walked over Satoshi would probably just now be getting his text, with Seifer waving. "What's up?"

Rosalia slowed to a walk from her run, having dashed out of the park with a quick leave. Hopefully Neo and the others didn't think badly of her rather curt departure, but she did have a goal in mind. She just got distracted along the way... The redhead hummed to herself as she walked along the streets, looking around at the shops. As a girl, it was no surprise she way getting distracted again by shiny things situated in the windows, wondering just what sort of things she should get one day. Actually.. should I get Seifer something?... I don't even know what he would like though... I don't ever see him wearing a pendant either... she thought with a sigh. Rosalia walked away in disappointment from the jewelry shop, pulling out her phone and looking through her contacts. She still didn't have anyone else's number, forgetting to ask them again and the park situation would have been perfect... So all she had were old numbers from her tutors, her parents', and Seifer. Just seeing his name in her contact list felt a bit different now, smiling probably like an idiot at her phone. Guess I should send him a text.. make sure he's still actually in the shopping district...

'Hey Seifer~ You still shopping? I got the packs you left.'

Satoshi gave a wave, smiling as he felt his phone buzz. Seifer had probably just sent a text and then looked up. "That was fast," he joked. He gestured to the seat across from him. "Here, have a seat.'

His smile faded a bit. "Mostly because I need to apologize to you a little."

Seifer's phone buzzed again as he sat down, noticing this time it really was from Rosalia. Texting her back he told her which coffee shop he was at as well as the fact that Satoshi was there. Putting his phone away he looked at the other male. "Apologize for what?" he asked, keeping an even face that really didn't show any type of emotion other than the fact that Satoshi had Seifer's attention.
