Hazama drops his glove and collects his deck. He stares at the Blue Dust who failed to bring him his last savior. He looks at Tsubasa across from him. "I don't tell you how to live your life, so you shouldn't be telling me how to live mine."
Hazama walks off toward the exit to find a guy eating popcorn who was watching the fight. "The fight wasn't amazing, just a waste of time wasn't it." he says while walking past Haruki.
"Don't even think about following me," he follows up.

"Bye Hazama! You're an awesome fighter!" Haruki called out, waving goodbye to his friend from the park.
Then he turned to Tsubasa.
"He said the cardfight wasn't amazing, but I think it was awesome. Nice to see you again Tsubasa," Haruki said with his bag of popcorn held out. "Want some?"

The Units of Cray respond to their Vanguard, every human being has to go through some time of struggle in their lives but as long as they have the will to push their way through it then they will become stronger.
"..The choice is yours Hazama, only you can lead your life, but as your friend I will not hesitate to back you up when you need it, even if u won't ask for it..." he said, wondering if Hazama heard him. "I'll be waiting for your return."
Tsubasa turns his attention to Haruki, it was a breathe of a fresh air to see someone enjoying the game even among this dark atmosphere, regardless of how familiar it may be..
"It's good to see you again Haruki."
"Sure," Tsubasa tries the popcorn from Haruki, "It's tasty."
"Thanks for the popcorn Haruki, but I have to go now, if ur up to it meet me at Card Capital tomorrow so we can catch up." he said, as he began to walk away, waving to Haruki as he left.
Every person has their own goals to follow for Tsubasa he wants to become a better person, not just for himself.
"Yukino...Hazama...I may not know the full detail of what is happening to you both, but I have no doubt that you will both become stronger in your own ways, and hopefully I will as well." he thought as he continued on his way home. "I look forward to cardfighting all those who I met today again."

Tsubasa said he had to go. Hmm... Haruki looked at his watch. Past midnight already?! He knew he wanted to stay a bit to meet his friends, but didn't know it would be for that long. Haruki ran straight out of the slums for the train station, as the last one home would be leaving any minute now. He was ready for the next fight, and was sure to meet up with Tsubasa after a good sleep. The drive in his step and feeling in his heart would lead Haruki to victory.

Kurai had lost track of the individual who he was tracking. Unaware of his surroundings, he wandered into the Underground slums.
[This place.... it seems, dark and everywhere I look, evil aura is emanating from the area] he thought to himself.
He heard voices coming from directly in-front of him. There was a motion figure system and the people playing....were cheating. Kurai's alternate personality took over in an instant.
<<CRASH>>
The people turned to face him. They began communicating to each other
"Who the hell is that Guy?"
"No idea, perhaps he new here"
"Pffh a kid like him doesn't belong here"
Kurai's red eye's burned with an aggressive rage:One that could not be controlled no-longer. His self discipline had disappeared. He unleashed a merciless left hook and struck down one of the people.
The voice of insanity spoke
"CHEATING were WE? How about I teach YOU a little lesson in VANGUARD!"
Moments later, the rest fell to the ground, with their cards scattered around them
" YOU deserved IT!"

Seeing the event unfold in front of him, Hikaru took matters to his own hands began to walk towards him.
"So I take it that you don't like what you see?"

"YOU! YOU DARE CORRUPT VANGUARD WITH YOUR FILTHY HANDS! I... WILL... DESTROY YOU"
He stated boldly, standing his ground and building up the aggression ready to take down this unknown
All chances of reasoning were gone

"Who said I corrupted vanguard. For one thing this damn rule was set before I was ever here." Hikaru moved to one of the motion figure systems while pushing aside one of the grunts and shuffles his deck.
"Well aren't you going to prove your point?"

"A CHALLENGE?"
Kurai laughed like a maniac, clearly the alternate personality had taken a hold of him.
"PREPARE TO LOSE!"
The Sanity Devoid Kurai placed his deck on the motion figure system. It was very clear by the rage in his red eyes (now turned into a crimson blaze) that he had no intention of leaving without a fight.

"Stand Trigger, Shine once more, Dailady! And Finish this bout!"
The Underground King had defeated Kurai.
There he stood, his personality had returned to normal, his alternate returned back to the shadows of his sub-conscious. He was broken... shattered by the power of this "Limit Break". His composure was decimated and desolated. His surrounding began to turn black like the night's sky without stars.
"What, did you think I would stoop to the level of those Lowlifes? Not a chance."
he spoke in a slightly annoyed tone.
"Who... are you?"
he muttered to himself with little strength
The Underground King heard his whisper,
"What? Did the Shock give you Brain Damage or something. But i'll guess i'll answer your question."
"I am Hikaru, King of the Underground!"
[Hikaru...He... is... Strong]
Kurai blacked out and fell to the floor...

With a deep sigh, he motioned one of the grunts to pick up the challenger off the ground and to take him to the nearest hospital. He then turned to the sky as he contemplates the fight.
"Will I ever find anyone strong like you?" Hikaru wonders.

Time to do some legwork.
Yugure got up early, forcing herself awake to start investigating. The queen was tired, but she needed to check and see if anyone else remembered even the slightest hint of the vanishing clans. That, and she needed to understand the overall situation of Cray and the Rift. Last time, Jellal had been taken in as one of the Rift's agents, so best to find and destroy those whenever possible.
It had been two months since her majesty appeared in Umano. When she did, old faces immediately greeted her by worshiping the ground she walked on. Strangely enough, seeing them again made her happy. New faces didn't seem fond of someone prim and proper invading their "unshackled Vanguard", but nobody seemed to care beyond those newcomers.
Inquiries of Royal and Shadow Paladin were made. Unfortunately, not a single fighter recognized either. A lack of shifty or nervous glances also led her to believe no one here came in contact with the Rift. So there was nothing to find here... At the very least, however, the queen got challenged to a couple fights by those fans. Practice with Gold Paladin was essential if she wanted to be able to fight back against anything big, so she naturally accepted.
Despite clumsy strategies and playstyles with the clan, everyone believed she had been playing it since forever too...
There was still a lingering wondering as to why memories of the clans were wiped on Earth...
Hm.

"Gross..."
Neu made her way across the slums, a place with Underground Fights. It wasn't the danger that disgusted her here. If the fighters here found the kind of fights that they did to be something that added an element of fun to the game, then glory to them. What was the true bother was the monarchy that this place operated under and how the strong would be revered here. A "King," a disgusting title, one that shouldn't even exist in the world of Vanguard. It made her irk as much as when she was first called the "America's National Champion." She'll only use this title when necessary, but she really takes more shame than pride in it. Nonetheless, it was only the ruler here that she had problems with. As for the rest of the fighters, other than wishing that they wouldn't keep themselves under this terrible system, she loved them.
Nothing was notable in the slums, but then she saw a familiar face. "Gold Paladin...huh?..." She let out a small smile, even a small giggle. Of course, this did blow her cover. The fighters in the underground were a big fan of her too, but not because she was strong, but because she always came to the Umano Underground to fight them all and show them a fun time with Vanguard. They had no title for her, not queen, or anything of that sort. To them, she was their close comrade and friend.
"Neu-chan! How have you been!"
"Let's have a fun fight!"
"I have a table set over there, and I've made changes to my deck, maybe we could have a really great game today!"
She smiled at each of them and promised them a good fight. They would cheer and laugh. Of course, she kept her focus on the Gold Paladin player, whom the rest of the underground fighters looked at with fear in their eyes.

Garmore's direct Superior Call was incredibly simple to get the hang of, being able to chain it with Lop Ear for more calls. The central problem Yukino was having was from Ezel's and Lop Ear's skills however. They weren't specific picks from the deck - they were off of the top of deck. Despite playing a luck-based game, the queen was by no means a gambler. Faith in comrades was one thing, but an entire gimmick based on that faith that can and will backfire was something she wasn't able to wrap her head around. Still, the heir of the red lion did not fail to impress regardless of who he called. Power oozed from his very soul, leaving shock and awe for Yugure's opponents.
Yet, she couldn't focus.
Someone in the Slums kept their eye on her, and it wasn't the disdain of the newcomers. Nor was it the aspiring ogling of fans, no. It was a new girl that entered, one she had never seen before.
"Who is that?" She inquired after a fight with one of the underground's dogs. The fighter responded by introducing the other woman as "Neu-chan", which was less than what was actually asked for. A full name was expected. So Yukino decided to go straight to her.
"I noticed you seemed to keep staring at me", she began. "Who are you?"

It looks like she really did completely forget. This was good. Neu shrugged and walked towards the woman, her glance not leaving, but at the same time she was smiling. Nothing sinister at all, it was actually because she just wanted to play a game of Vanguard with this person. She took out her deck once she got close enough and showed it to her.
"Right then, I'm Neu Edelweiss." she bowed to show respect, seeing as how this person was of the higher class and this would communicate a nice and friendly gesture to them. She continued to speak, "I am just another underground fighter here. Of course, I was just interested as I haven't seen your face around here, yet... strangely enough, you seem to be quite well known."
She put her deck down on one of the tables and looked through the cards and nodded. "So yeah, nice to meet you.... uh. Oh, what's your name?"
