(GS3) Field: Cardfight Training Area

Yugure summoned Blaster Blade's sword, and used it to emit a light that contained Luquier's infected form in a bubble. "Give me some room, and clear off that table", the queen ordered nearby scientists. Slowly and carefully, she moved into the room she was in before fighting Darren. The levitating card was very gently placed down, and the weapon vanished. A deep breath... another... this would require extreme concentration. A task was before the Meister that was never dreamed of: replicating an infected unit. This was an amazing opportunity to research and analyze a Reversed card directly. Was it even possible to duplicate the power of the invaders, though?

Instead of being scared of the result, there was more fear in what would happen for not trying.

Pupils morphing into shining blades, the Meister began her work. Glowing outlines of the Silver Thorn ringleader's whip and armor appeared, and tracing them was very simple. The problem was the Black Ring. The woman poured every ounce of energy possible in recreating it. Visibly struggling, one could see that the ring was rejecting its own creation, trying to push her back. Is my power not enough...?! Mentally screaming, it was all she could do to just keep pressing on. Violent crackling of red electricity sparked about as a portion of the ring was completed, emitting the same power as Link Joker.

But they weren't having this.

Yugure screamed in pain as the connection broke and the half-finished Black Ring shattered into pieces. The Meister still worked with it, however. Bleeding from the head, lying against machines, the blacksmith merged the fragments with the whip and armor. Luquier Reverse's card was duplicated, but a large portion of it was without color nor text. They didn't even get her written name, just some of the ringmaster's art.

Seething pain coursed through her arms, and it left her crying softly in agony, clenching teeth. "F-Fu..."

The researchers took the replicated product. It was better than nothing. Then, someone handed the original card back to its owner.

Yugure couldn't make out a single word Rosalia spoke. Alfred had to repeat it to his vanguard as she was trying to catch her breath.

Rosalia lowered her hand as Yugure started to walk, following closely yet.. stayed a respectable distance. She just wanted to make sure Luquier was alright. But did she smile a bit at Darren, saying he wanted to help her. Perhaps she needed another friend's help, one who was reversed and then unreversed, to figure out what she was missing; to get over her fear.

But watching Yugure work... what she saw was a science she never dreamed would exist, or perhaps it was magic? The redhead didn't quite understand what was happening, only that Yugure by the end was in pain... Once handed her card back, Rosalia looked it over for a few moments. It was untouched, the other strangers having taken whatever they extracted from her unit. She put it with her deck like any other card that belonged, and knelt by Yugure's side. "H-hey... are you okay?.." she asked, resting a hand in comfort on the other female's shoulder. "J-just take it easy... Everything is alright... Did you eat or drink anything earlier?..."

Now that all the commotion had died down slightly, the two brothers took this chance to take their leave, it was about time Haruto went home for the day.

"Try not to strain yourself.." he said, to Yukino after her amazing feat just now.

Walking out with his brother he waved to everyone trying to stop his brother from running for Hana's autograph, but took the chance to say something to Rosalia,"..If Neo really is the reason you're suffering like this...then I will personally deal with him.."

The two brothers exit the facility waving goodbye to everyone.

The sound of screams off to the side sent Sera in a slight panic. This is the time that Haruka would rush to her side. Strangely enough, Sera did exactly that. Instinctively he moved to her side, grabbing her hand in his. Something for comfort, should she want it. He returned his attention to Hana again.

"F-Frappe? Huh, oh sure. Whenever we go out somewhere that I can, it should not be a problem." Lying through his teeth. Haruka was fully capable of making one, the only problem was Sera never really paid much attention when he did that, so he doesn't remember any of the numbers that he had used for sugar or anything. Remembering the motions might get a passing grade, but only just barely. Time for muscle memory to kick in.

Once again, he looked at Yugure who was currently bleeding.

"Are you okay, Yugure?"

He gripped her hand slightly tighter to get her attention; make sure she was still conscience. He looked around. Target 0 stood in the hallway back at the Training Facility. Strange he returned after leaving so soon. A very slight cold sweat broke out.

"Seifer. Its good to see you. You feeling okay?" He smiled, still holding onto Yugure's hand.

Darren walked with the two to see what was happening as well. He stayed nearby Rosalia as he didn't want to leave her alone. He did see what Yugure was doing. It was like a more complicated version of how Great Daikaiser was made, using the unit as a base to create something more, but Darren had used the machines to do it with Daikaiser's aid. Yugure seemed to be doing it all on her own, and with a much different kind of power.

When he saw her in pain, Darren went to Yugure's side with Rose. He placed a hand on her back and said, "Don't do too much. We don't know if we can even know what that unit is about, but we already know its got a power we don't want going into you. He started taking off his own bandages, wrapping up the spots in which she was bleeding, or at least the ones he could see. He wasn't even sure what was happening, let alone if he could help or not. Hopefully his information and knowledge of these things could assist since he might be able to help with finishing that duplicate.

Seifer's mind started to race and with Yugure now bleeding and hurt, everything in his mind started to crumble. He couldn't remember anything. His head started pounding as he tried so hard to piece it all together while panicking. He couldn't remember, why couldn't he remember? Then... It clicked. Several memories flashed back to him from that night. Haruka calling him out to the park, a sharp electric shock like pain, darkness... Constant pain from it all. It all rushed back, and pure unadulterated anger coming with it. It was at that moment Seifer pretty much lost control of his emotions. "You!!" he shouted, unfortunately without him actually wanting to. His aura of flames exploded, becoming massive, though it really wouldn't have much of a physical effect on the area around them, save for a blistering heat that could be felt mostly because of the rage. His face was also contorted into one of psychopathic rage, a look that... If she were able to pay attention after what happened to her, Yukino would recognize fully. He seemed like he was losing himself to his Reverse, and it didn't really help he was not only acting out of character for him, but his aura was giving off copious amounts of Reverse energy.

"A-Aaaah..." Yugure's arms were practically on fire, and blood had appeared in the palms of her hands as well. Blacksmith Magic could only carry so far it seems, especially when forces were actively working against this happening. Still... such a violent response was not expected. Numbness like this hadn't been felt since a year ago when she cloned the massive super weapons of energy. Breathing heavily, the Chosen Sword found some relief when her boyfriend, Rosalia, and Darren darted over to check on her. Haruka taking her bloodied hand helped her feel even better too.

"I'm..."

Christ, she wasn't alright. There was barely any feeling in her limbs that weren't searing pain.

"I'm... alright..."

Lies anyway.

"Argh..." The woman groaned, simply trying to reduce the numbing of her arms somehow. Rosalia asked if she ate or drank anything. The only thing Yugure's had in awhile was a little of that energy drink. The thought of that was lost in the explosive flames of Seifer suddenly flipping out. His aura was DEFINITIVELY that of the invaders, and it didn't take just the queen to realize that. Everyone who had knowledge of Link Joker could see that, but scientists were all too terrified to get close.

... Since... when does... Haruka call her Yugure? Ahmes thought to himself while the scene played out.

Rosalia frowned at Yugure's quiet response. She was not fine, but the redhead yelped when she felt an all too familiar energy. The more she remembered, the more she remembered about being Reversed... the strange aura... but this aura was different still, just somehow. What made it worse was that it was emitting from none other than Seifer, who had returned not long ago since he hadn't walked over to her side. What was going on?... Rosalia glanced at Darren and Haruka, yet without a word, she stood and positioned herself between the group and Seifer, staring at the raging brunette. "S-seifer..." She took a deep breath, then a step as she exhaled. Breathe in, step, exhale. Breathe in, step, exhale. She was shaking noticeably, one hand on her deck, and the other on the Kagero one. Dragonic Overlord... I know you're not mine to ask for help, but give me a little strength... Just enough to help him... she prayed silently, not even sure if she would get an answer. Luquier...

Rosalia stopped walking when she was about fifteen feet away from Seifer, and though her shaking remained in her limbs, she didn't shy away. "Wake up... Seifer, please wake up!!" A fresh wave of tears rolled down her cheeks, but she didn't care. She stared at the brunette, her boyfriend, and wondered if this is exactly what it felt when Seifer had seen her while she was Reversed.

The strings of this play were starting to come to wind. Everything was tangling into a ball of wire of chaos. Sera indulged in it, with a silent chuckle from the inside. He lived for this sort of thing anyways. Chaos. Breathing in deeply, he looked to Yugure.

"I am glad you are alright, then. We should talk later..." He left a kiss on her cheek. His lips were cold. A corpse kissing the living, so strange is it not?

Sera left her hand rather quickly, approaching Seifer. He stood a yard or so away from the man, a solemn gaze crossing over the area. He bit his lip, shaking his head.

"What about me, Seifer? You look really ticked right now. Would you like to talk about it?" Sera pocketed his hands. His face was out of view of everyone, except Seifer who was by the entrance. A Cheshire grin was pasted on his face, a hysterical laugh wanting to burst out at the furious man. The Cray-Born conscience was having more fun with all of this then he really should. Maybe this is how Chaos Breaker felt to mess with people...

"So, can I help you?" A distortion in space time turned his grin into a dark expression in an instant. It was as if his face had turned into a television screen, swapping between channels of expressions at light speed. Humor, anger, solemnity, happiness, and seriousness, all swept across Haruka's face.

"Tell me Seifer, what's bothering you."

He felt the presence of everyone around him. The tethers of Reverse all directed to Seifer. Of course they did, because he was supposed to be the prime target; the first reversal and General of the invasion. Sadly that was cut short by Overlord's desire to keep things in order. Foolish.

Darren rose up immediately when he felt that aura in the room. He turned and saw that it was coming from Seifer. His eyes widened as it was just like Oshiro. No, it was worse than that. If that wasn't the biggest problem, Rosalia was going directly towards it. Of course she would do that, but it wouldn't help anything if she got hurt.

He ran towards them, stopping just in front of Rosalia as he had his deck in hand. Seifer didn't seem like he was trying to Reverse anyone, but if it came to that, he would stop him.

He wasn't like this before he left the building... Did something happen, or did something he did out there trigger it?

What do you mean by trigger?

The mark under his eye was there the entire time, but this aura wasn't before now. It could mean this was in him from the start but he had control over it until now.

Does that mean he's a bad guy too?

He only has one so he might be a special case. Still, he doesn't seem to be in control now. I'll knock sense into him if need be.

It was then that he noticed Haruka was talking to Seifer. Why didn't he seem as worried as everyone else? Could he be connected to what happened?

[Cherry]

... What kind of kiss was that? It was frozen - without warmth. It almost felt like there weren't even feelings behind the action. I... need to stop them... played in the soldier's mind, putting the lack of warm love aside. Clutching onto the machinery with the returning feelings of her arms, the bloodied queen stood back up, barely. Yugure was wobbling, using the technology to support her.

D-Damn...

Leaning back, she couldn't really move forward. The impact of being sent flying had thrust a noteworthy amount of pain through her legs too.

[Cipher Izanagi]

The aura kept growing in size, flickering and wavering between the orange and crimson of flames, and the black of the reverse still trapped inside of his body. Seifer was definitely acting strange. He even outwardly ignored his beloved, keeping his focus entirely on Sera, who everyone knew as Haruka in the current moment.

"Calm down!" Mordred actually appeared behind the male trying to calm him and yet... It was no avail.

"This is all your fault! All of it! Seifer yelled at Haruka again, falling for the taunting. Oh man what pure anger does to people. The aura around the male grew in intensity until the flames were licking the ceiling and engulfing the counters that were around Seifer. A machine or two sparked but probably just from energy overflow.

"Seifer!"

[Hope]

"Yukino." Hana reminded him, "I hate that name. I'll remember the coffee offer hehe." She smiled.

Suddenly, things just broke out again. This place was cursed, Cero did this on purpose. Hana's break time was over, but she figured that since she forgot to do this while she was fighting against Darobo since she was too busy on the fight itself. Now with others around, she could play the role of and observer.

"Whats the use of seeing this with your power. You can already see it?!" Nociel asked.
"My RNGesus just listen to me!" Hana poked back, activating star gazing and sending up a light formation of herself on the top angle, a certain corner of the room.
"I see, I'll record this Princess." Minette nodded.
"There is..." Star Rain paused.

Thanks to Sliffer, Hana was able to find out. The very nature of her power was that she would have no blind spots, as long as light particles exist within the area. While looking over to the places where black rings hovered, she couldn't tell the difference between a pitch blank spot where her sight doesn't exist or the blackness of the ring itself. Seeing it this close up, she was able to figure it out that she could detect reverse energy even if it's faint by looking at someone and seeing if her vision of them is skewed or not. She scanned over the area. Yukinee was clear... Darobo and Red-chan were letting out small remaining remnants of it.

Haruka was blurry, the area around him was twisting, it was unlike the others.

"Noted." Minette landed pen to paper, or however Great Nature units wrote.
"That explains a lot." Meer commented.
"Uh? So do we use the combo here?!" Nociel panicked.
"Just do it!" Star Rain screamed.

The light clone that Hana created formed into an arrow and Love Machine Gun Nociel's image appeared, "Ultimate Light Combo!" The bow was set back and the Princess stood tall, commanding her unit. "Love Arrow Shooto!" The arrow of light, a deep concentration of light particles was shot in between Haruka and Seifer, causing a radiant explosion.

"What was the point of that?" Meer questioned.
"It wasn't that much light" Minette explained, "Hana and I are going to read the reactions of the reverse energy to the things strips of light that she shot out. With this we could get more workable data for what we're up against."
"How was that?" Nociel winked.
"Could've done better." Hana laughed.

[RosaliaIzanami]

Rosalia looked to Darren who stood between her and Seifer, resting a hand on the male's arm that held his deck. "S-stop, you can't fight him!" If Darren would fight Seifer now, the winner was obvious... She went to say something else, only to see Haruka join the crowd... and clearly wasn't himself. What was going on anymore?... Was Haruka.. the mastermind behind it all?... The strange grin, his voice alone.. It was definitely wrong.

Then the aura grew, the redhead pulling Darren back a few steps to a safer distance from the flames. Thi-is is bad... Her free hand grabbed the Kagero deck, Rosalia looking down at the breakride form of Dragonic Overlord. H-he said you would let me know what was happening... Why are you quiet... Please just help him somehow... she prayed again, shutting her eyes tightly. Her tears fell so that they landed on the Kagero card, her gaze lifting again in worry for the brunette. Seifer...

[Jello]

"My fault? I apologize if anything I said, hmm, got to you. Sin-ce-re-ly." The grin was a twisted manifestation of pure enjoyment of watching others crumble. He was soaking in the moment. But Sera became cold again once a sudden flashbang went off in front of him. Probably could have played that off better. He simply blinked past it. Light never really affected his vision due to the red aura surrounding him, constantly warping space and time in minor fragments to make every physical position he existed in optimal to him. He was in theory invincible, but only to a degree. No matter how optimal a four-foot radius around him is, a nuclear bomb is much bigger than that.

He craned his neck around, sighing.

"Hana, come on. That wasn't very nice, you know." He rubbed his left eye playfully.

Back to the boy. Everything leading this was a calm before the storm. Sera took a step back, raising an eyebrow. He wanted to provoke the boy, but only to a certain degree. If he tried to get physical, this entire operation went into jeopardy. Instead, he placed himself besides Yugure-er, Yukino, once more. He reached for her, to help her regain her composure a bit.

"You might not want to move, you could seriously injure yourself."

To Seifer.

"And you. Stop throwing around accusations. Everybody here is tired and emotionally stressed out. If you want to yell at me, at least do it when other people won't be hurt or scared of us. You wouldn't want to hurt anybody, right...?" He showed a real hint of sincerity there. Of all the twisted words and falsities he would spit for the rest of his life, that was truth. Even he, didn't want to hurt somebody. Haruka, who was now dead, never got to say his goodbyes. He might never get to, depending on how long it takes for the plan to take course. Haruka's body might completely dissipate at this rate, before he can finally...-

"We don't want to hurt people. So stand down now." Sera commanded. He never used that forceful kind of tone before, but it was one of a commanding officer. Somebody who was trained to keep people in line.
