That light... Burst. Whatever it was, the part of it that was near Seifer were merely devoured by his dark flames, fueling whatever it was even more. The particles themselves would turn dark before being absorbed as well so that wasn't really good. Mordred however shielded his eyes from the burst. Seifer then took a stance that would probably be even more disturbing for two people in the room. He took the fabled Dauntless Reverse stance, his eyes growing wild now. "Ahahahahaha! This is more like it!" Seifer's voice was now overlayed with a secondary voice, just like in the space of his mind from a few nights ago. Seifer then burst into wild laughter staring directly at Haruka, his hand over his face, a manic grin spread over his face. The single eye that could be seen from under the hand was creepy enough with how psychotic it was, though it was now crimson. "I should really thank you for all this wonderful power! Ahahahahahahaaaaaaa~! What's a good reward, huh? Oh! Oh, I know! I'll wipe eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeverything out! Including you! How's that sound? Hehahahahahaha!" another fit of insane laughter overtook Seifer, though his wild eyes stayed on Haruka the entire time, even as he spoke, apologizing and everything, though none of it was sincere at all.

Well, that was a nice light show.

Humans can't see it, but your friend Hana just shot some energy at Seifer and that other guy. Speaking of him, there's something off about him. Its not like Seifer's energy spike either. Something a lot different.

Could he be... the one with the blade?

Doubtful, but he is important. But you probably shouldn't fight this one. The girl there is having another panic attack.

Darren looked at his arm to realize it was being held. He turned to Rose before looking up at Yugure. Everything was going to hell in a handbasket and with all that Darren had done to get stronger, he couldn't do anything about this. Something about it was daunting, crushing. He was probably far out of his league but he didn't care. His friends were suffering right now and he needed to do something about that. But what even could he do?

Rosalia unintentionally gripped Darren's arm tighter, more so because things were bad enough, and just getting worse. She didn't know what to do.. Seifer had lost it, and was completely ignoring her. Haruka was most likely the evil weirdo behind it all... She put the Kagero deck back in its clip on her hip, and released Darren's arm. If Seifer was going to ignore her in this.. possessed state, then the least she could do was try to help Yugure. Only Haruka was already there. The redhead put herself between Haruka's outstretched hand and Yugure, arms spread to act as the injured female's shield. "I-i got her... Give her some room..." she said, swallowing the fear that continued to rise in her throat. Her eyes were filled with fear from both Haruka and Seifer, but she stared at the male anyways, holding her ground.

Differences were found. Sliffer's energy reacted, the light had an effect. Haruka's continued to act the same on the most part, as if his energy naturally twisted the light.

"Sending the data to CEO Amaterasu." Minette made printer noises. What?
"Seems like we found our lead... on accident." Meer laughed. "Uh.. our way of doing things! Yeah.. totally." Pacifica would be so proud.
"Well, that mean's he's the special one. Could he be the origin?" Star Rain asked.

With what happened in the park, Minette had to kind of drive it into Hana's head, but that was it. Sliffer's form of energy sucked up the light, giving her blindspot with her power, while Haruka's blurred it out and changed what was seen, acting like a coat to protect the main body at all times. By doing that, reverse energy would be sent out, but not the same way as everyone else. He isn't reversed, he's different from the others, but he has the void energy for sure, that's what Hana confirmed. In the end it may have just been something only the few could have, maybe it was something that only he could have?..

"Well, it plants the reverse and then it grows." Minette joked. "The scholars here would like to call it the seed."
"Wha..." Hana was distraught at the sudden naming.
"I like it," Nociel agreed.

The scientists were at a panic, the one that Hana had told to keep an eye on Haruka had actually done his job and rushed to her, giving her data on the reverse energy around him. Minette and the facility's matched up pretty well. She looked at the data table to see what the title was for the energy. "The Seed."

"Really, is this the official name now?" Hana nearly facepalmed.

[Jello]

Seifer was in a near distort rampage. Only a few ways to go about this... But Hana was bustling around for sure. What was she....

"Hana. What is going on over there? You guys got really busy all of a sudden." He was trying to steady his host's beloved, however was abruptly stopped by Rosalia. What was that about...

Turning his attention to the power-crazed Seifer. Reverses effect was going into overdrive, meaning the energy redirected was finally finding its way to the correct target.

Suck it Overlord!

With that, the third general would finally be under the commander's reign, allowing for the campaign to rush down even further. His time here was for sure coming to an end. Time to use the second power he had been holding on to.

With a sigh, Sera stood up and walked to Seifer's side, standing in the opposite direction of him.

With the voice overlay he had been hiding with a slightly lower overtone, that sounded more like Haruka's voice, it became easy to create time space distortions through his voice alone. This was one of those times.

"Seifer. Come with me now. We have something to discuss." He left this small message ringing his Seifer's head, or rather, the energy consuming it. Sera walked out the entrance of the building leaving everything in the capable hands of the Cardfight Club. Woo hoo. Sera really needs a drink right now. But first, the park. His body revitalized there the fastest, due to the host body having a connection there. That was the target area.

Yugure gave an angry look at Haruka, not very pleased with how physical contact with him felt. This whole situation was a mess with that parasite of a being coming out of Seifer. Alfred told his Vanguard that the princess and others had succeeded in discovering something enormous. Before that, however, her boyfriend and Rosalia's boyfriend were prioritized concerns. Seeing the other girl act as guardian against Haruka, the soldier motioned forward, leaning on her.

"What... the hell... is going on..."

Haruka was departing, and Yugure wasn't sure to chase after him to catch up, or chase after him in order to make an arrest. What did he have to do with this, when he barely knew anything? No... there was a terrible feeling within the space around her beloved. It was undeniable, even.

"Haruka..."

A trembling, dissonant queen whimpered.

The message implanted in his mind echoed so much it almost hurt. But Haruka was now gone, and Seifer Reverse was supposed to follow. Well, alright then. As the aura died down the male turned quietly, following after Sera and not looking back. There was still only one mark, but it was undeniable now. He was completely reversed. "Tch... who does he think he is ruining my fun... Kill joy... I'll just make sure to erase him when this is alllllll over..."

Darren glared at Haruka. He wasn't Reversed, not in the sense that he once was. This was something else. Something a lot worse. He wanted to run out after him when he left but he was immediately stopped.

Don't even think about it. You don't even know what you are up against right now. Sometimes you have to know when to be rash and charge in, and when to think your way through things. As much fun as it would be to rush in, I can't have you take on a suicide mission.

Daikaiser's words were literally holding him in place, keeping him still until he calmed down. He gave a deep sigh, turning to Seifer with a frown. Did Haruka really do this to Seifer? Did he start all of this from the beginning? He didn't know what to think anymore, just that his friends needed him.

If you have time to worry about things like this, worry for your friends. If you want to protect them, you're gonna have to get stronger.

He hated that Kaizard was right. For now all he could do was hope there was something he could do for Seifer. If not, then at least he could tend to the people here. He walked back as he saw Seifer was leaving as well. Daikaiser told him not to fight either of them. He hated the idea of it but there was nothing he could do.

Rosalia watched Haruka leave, but not before stopping and saying something to Seifer. Sure enough, Seifer followed the other male out of the training area... She shuddered at the feeling. Her boyfriend had completely lost it, but part of her wondered just how terrible she had acted while Reversed... or Noel, who is still MIA...

When she felt someone leaning on her, the redhead looked back to see Yugure standing, sort of. Normally, she would have smiled to see that she was being useful, at least a little, but after what had just transpired... "I-i think Haruka isn't himself... and I think he's behind Seifer being half reversed or whatever now, so who knows what else he's been up to. Seifer.. said 'thank you for all this wonderful power'.. so I think my guess is a safe one..." Rosalia held still for the most part, afraid of moving and having Yugure lose her grip. But, she carefully turned, and gave the other female a quick hug. "Don't worry.. We'll get them both back to normal... You're hurt though... You should stay here, rest and recover."

When she pulled back from the hug, she helped Yugure to the closest seat before looking to Darren. "I'm gonna act as scout. I'm not very useful as a fighter, but I can at least run pretty fast. And I have my cell, so if something goes south with Seifer and Haruka, I can warn you guys here. I'm not sure who else here are actual fighters though, so keep an eye on Yugure... Plus, being alone may keep me hidden better..." Part of her didn't want to go, yet she also knew that she wasn't able to fight right now. Not with her indecision with Luquier Reverse. And if something went wrong here, she would be just like the other cowering scientists... Her hand rested over the Kagero deck by her side. "I still owe him everything... Please take care of Yugure and the others!" With that, Rosalia was out the door before she lost sight of the danger.

[Hope]

Hana ran over to her mess of a sister and did her best to support, her putting her arms around her or anything really, she wasn't that good at this since it was usually the other way around and all the cliches, but whatever. She called out to a few workers and got them into action beyond the few acts of data recording and research, she sent them to go and get medical help for some floor of this building. There should be one. Next up was Haruka who was now the confirmed public enemy number one, at least all the data supports it. With further recording of what he did, he transferred another distortion over to Sliffer before walking out. It was betrayal, and he was bringing other friends against their will to go with him. Did he betray them all on his own free will? What happened? As much as Hana had learned just now, this wasn't making much sense.

"Tell the council." Hana commanded.
"There isn't much left of them..." Star Rain reminded her.
"..." Hana let out a frustrated groan in her silence.

The course of action was hard to plan at this point. It seems that they would have to reassemble a good deal of the council if they wanted to get anywhere against the enemy. With the way in which Haruka acted towards Seifer, it was likely that Hikaru and maybe even others have fallen prey to a similar kind of allure. There were subordinates upon subordinates. This power looked for an army and the influence of reverse was its way of achieving its goals.

The way that Seifer acted, now that she thought about it reminded her of Mi-hime.

"... Getting close to Haruka brings forth that energy and it acts on his own even without his command from what I observed so. Mi-hime's condition was getting better until Haruka came over for breakfast that one day, and then once I started bringing him home more often she never woke up. During the camping trip in which he was taken far away from her she did... so." Hana paused for a moment.

"It was all my fault."

Watching Rosalia bolt out frustrated her as well, there was no need for it since she could see everything they'd do with her own power anyways, but she was so lost in her own thoughts to say a word and was completely out of focus. With a large feeling of guilt and failure, Hana leaned over to her sister as the medical help was brought along.

"Yukino I figured it all out, but I feel so ..."

Darren banged his hand against the nearest wall. He didn't even care about the pain it brought. Now Rose had decided to leave as well and again, AGAIN, Daikaiser tells him to patiently wait here. What could be so horrible that he couldn't go and do something about it? What could they be dealing with that his unit believed he couldn't fight right now.

Darren wanted to scream, but it wouldn't help anything if he did that. He took a long, deep breath as he tried to think through what was happening now. Haruka appears and suddenly shows himself to be some ultimate evil. He did something to Seifer and now he is on their side. Noel was somewhere going through the same pain and now Rose was going off by herself to figure some of this out. Why couldn't he just do something about it all?

He turned to Hana and Yugure. The two sisters were in as much distress as he was. It wouldn't be right to leave them here by themselves. Besides, he could probably do more here than he could fumbling in the dark out there. It didn't help that his body hadn't fully recovered from his run-in with Oshiro. If he was in a fight that intense against a Reverse Fighter, it might have a lasting effect on his body. Was that why Daikaiser didn't want him to go?

"Hana... Yugure..." Darren said plainly as he walked up to them. His hand was dripping with blood. He punched that wall hard with a still injured hand. He held it up anyway and said, "How soon can we get our friends back? I'm ready to do whatever I have to do to make that happen."

Darren and Yugure's phones went off with a text message from Rosalia, as promised.

I followed Seifer and Haruka to the park, but there was this weird... barrier.. I couldn't hear what they said when it came up, but Haruka is leaving now. Seifer is... I think under control of himself again. I hope you understand why I'll stay with him instead of following Haruka. -Rosalia

Darren grabbed his phone immediately and saw Rosalia's message. He gave a small sigh of relief as he was still curious as to what in the hell was happening. It couldn't be helped now though. It seemed that any trail they had was cold.

As long as you're safe, that's what counts. One thing at a time. We have to get him back to his friends then think about what we'll do about Haruka.

Haha, happy? No, God didn't allow Yugure Espoir to ever be happy. Not for long, anyway. The woman had decided on chasing after Haruka to make an arrest. Unfortunately, even steeling herself for this didn't change the fact that she was wounded, and couldn't go on with Rosalia. Sat down by her support, she found herself hugged by Hana. A burning desire to puke arose, feeling a heavy gravity of emotions nearly bringing her out of the chair and onto the ground if the princess wasn't here. Everything had been worked out between Yugure and Haruka... and yet... this... this just left her... what did it leave her? Pain like this... felt numb too.

Yugure said nothing. Words meant nothing, and actions would revolve around going at war with her lover.

A simple responding hug was given to Hana, hoping to give off some warmth to the princess, who looked like she needed it. The queen, however, didn't know if there was any left to give.

"... As I thought", Blaster Blade spoke, having figured things out.

[Hope]

"Thanks." Hana held her sister as well. Things weren't going to fix themselves and the situation would only escalate.

She stood from her sister's side, "sorry, but I just have to let something out." as she walked off, a glow of light began to develop in her right hand. Her eyes turned back to normal as she walked out, closed and relaxed. Step by step the light in her hand grew stronger. Beyond the distortion in the park, she wasn't able to see much, but before that.

Before that...

He was crying, ah yes, crying just like everyone else. It seems that the world was so twisted that even the evil suffer from their own wrong doings. Fate itself was to blame. Why was he crying? Why do many suffer? What was reverse? In the end, Hana couldn't answer these herself since it was beyond her experience. Walking out into the starlight, the sky shone down on the Princess as she was given a report of all the happenings on Cray by the council.

Dauntless Drive Dragon has been taken by the enemy.
Amon has been taken.
Luquier is still showing remnants of Reverse.
Daiyusha is still recovering.
Leopald is still recovering.
Neo Nectar is in chaos.
Narukami has lost many key figures.
Megacolony has been defeated.
Maelstorm is nowhere to be found, a siege had come upon the Aqua Force.
Nova Grappler is fighting a losing battle
Cray is in danger.
The Invaders keep attacking.
Their forces are growing.

"Cray's Vanguard has failed."

I failed?

Her image of light returned to her from the park, twisted and glowing in red, parts of it slowly being sucked into the void that it held in its hands. She observed the power of the void eat up her body double, taking it slowly as it seeped the particles that it was made of. A bittersweet grin lay across her face.

The image stayed there, slowly getting taken in by the void that it had gotten from the distortion, and meanwhile, Hana gathered more and more light into her hands. The source wasn't from the stars nor any outside source around her. The source of this light was her heart, her love, her own emotions, it was what had been protecting her, no matter what, keeping her from falling into the path of the void. This wasn't against her will, this was voluntary.

By the end of it, Hana's entire body glowed, a candle in the darkness, a light so pure and brilliant that even the distorted power of nothingness that her doppelganger held was able to suck it in. With a smile, she spoke softly as the light focused into her hand, enough particles to create a nuclear explosion, maybe even twice the power of one. She threw it up into the sky and for a moment, the skies turned blue. In flash, it accelerated, eventually disappearing and making its way into Cray, exploding all over its skies as a proclamation. The Princess wasn't the one being threatened by the invaders now, she was the one sending them the threat, that her power along with the rest of humanity's along with that of Cray's is enough to destroy them. The message that she softly whispered into the the light resounded before the whole planet.

"To the Invaders: For what you have done, the Princess is going to kill you all. Thanks for bringing your forces to my land, that means I can personally beat you all in myself."

That was it, own supply of light that would protect her from the darkness.

"Hana..." Reit uttered.
"Do what you gotta do, I'll take care of Reit and will be the first to welcome you when you get back." Meer weeped.
"...No do you really have to?" Star Rain begged.
"Sacrifices must be made in research.. its all for the sake of knowledge." Minette turned away.

As for knowledge's sake, getting herself in this would increase the amount of data that Minette has stored, its all for the sake of research. This was going to do many things at once. To overcome the power herself, to feel what Mi-hime felt, this would make up for her sins. She would get to understand the others as well, live as they did and feel the power which they feared. The final reason was for the crying man over at the park, Haruka. She had promised him that regardless of the circumstances, even after what they did, she would stay by her side. It would be dishonorable to fail to fulfill her promise. The Princess must understand it all, everyone's suffering. After all, that would be the only way that she would be able to find a solution.

"Let's go, Bella-chan." Nociel said.
"Hey.. maybe I might even get to put you in the deck." Hana teased with a few tears in her eyes.

She reached her finger to her doppelganger and with all the light in her heart taken away, her body was freely able to take in all of the reverse energy that she had brought herself. The light her heart was now replaced with the void, her "love" now distorted to its own will. It was then that she began to understood, the power of reverse, the suffering of everyone, those whom she must protect. She closed her eyes for a moment, letting the energy take her more, not fighting back as it stung every piece of her being, and her soul was reached by its power. A weakness grew inside of her and she understood how Mi-hime felt, feeling even more guilt, a feeling of negativity that was answered by a larger influx of void energy. Suddenly, power... a power that now led her to understand those who have been reversed. Before become completely taken, she reduced her other three decks to a small ball of light and sent them up into the stars. Then, as she held on to her fourth deck, her Angel Feathers, the void had completely taken her.

"Order cannot be maintained by simply banishing sinners or saving the weak. What must be done is the annihilation of everyone. If there is no villain, no suppressor, no living ones... the world would become peaceful without any disturbance. All creations shall be "granted" mean punishment, inevitable destruction and eternal order..."

The Princess, looked onto the unit that she had received.
"Let's go.. Princess." Nociel supported her.
"Now then, I wonder who's strong enough to stop us... Hmm. I'll give them a medal of honor or something." Hana began to walk.
"Too reckless! Just like your sister!"
"Pink haired trash... Agh!" She grasped her head, the pain was far larger than she anticipated.
"Bella-chan!" Nociel screamed.
"These guys sure treat their subordinates poorly.. anyways... I can still maintain some control though I might go crazy sometimes so forgive me. Our knight in shining armor better come soon or this is going to suck..." Hana let out a small complaint.
"Haha..." Nociel laughed.

"Let's go do some cleaning up."
