Time was passing. Haruka was getting sleepy again.

Huh. Another night with Hana...

Haruka wasn't opposed to the idea, but it was still sketchy. It would probably mean another night in a hotel with her.

He started to sweat a bit. He wasn't sure whether or not to be worried about going over there with her when he finally had Yukino back on the mind.

If only it were that easy for Haruka. He simply couldn't give up on her now.

He wasn't worried about her being in Umano, but he was honestly a bit on edge about her getting injured or worse.

Just finished with the fanmail. Still waiting on Yukino to text back.

"I look forward to it! You can teach me coffee stuff tonight, We'll be at my house. I guess I'll have to tidy up.. I'll be spending time with Yukino today possibly though. ISA Hope :3c"

Reawoken to the sound of his phone again. Still no Shiki to be seen.

"oh, your place? sure, I'll wear my butler outfit and everything haha. have fun! -haru"

He meant that last part honestly. The faster bonds are tied and fixed, the better. But he was very nervous as being in the same house as Miyuki when he's been the way he has with Hana.

"OHH? Want me to wear something for you too? I have a lot of costumes haha! Miyuki is usually asleep so unless you get me to scream real loud - wink wink - we won't have problems. Also, yeah I did a lot of thinking last night about stuff and don't worry, I get how you feel lately- I have been the same.. and you can talk to me about it too, would be nice I think. ISA Hope :3c"

Haruka spent a good few minutes rereading that message before an intense blush blew over his face.

"I'll try my best of course, but its usually cause of the things you do! Kyaaa~ Mhm. Talking over coffee and milk is always nice. Plus its a nice view from my house at night. Finishing that thought would confirm he did something really wrong and so instead of coming to terms with his misdeeds Haruka simply objects the thoughts existence. He's pure. He swears.

"milk and coffee is my favorite, actually. nice view, huh? I love watching the stars so that'll be great. go ez on her, ok? she mite be shaken up after coming back from uh mountain training. -haru"

With that, Haruka came to the conclusion no Shiki would be arriving. He would have left by now if he wasn't so tired he could pass out on the spot. But he was... Well, he couldn't be angry. Maybe Shiki was out doing something? What if his phone was dead or gone? Haruka was pretty much in the dark about it.

Still upset though.

"What did she even do? Did she become a monk? I mean spending a year up there feel is kinda weird, but oh how did she eat? Become one with nature and catch fish with a harpoon, punch a bear?! Wait for some reason I find Yukino's whole ordeal to be funny now omg. ISA Hope :3c"

"i dont think that happened... but she is different. she seems to have a rly tough demeanor nao. i hope she doesnt treat us differently or anything. -haru"

He really meant that too. Haruka had decided that even with Hana now being a huge factor in his day-to-day life, he wouldn't treat Yukino any differently. He was trying desperately hard to keep that promise in his head next time he saw her, but being the guilty conscience he was, chances are something would spill or he'd have to leave or... well something.

He was trying, and that's what mattered to him at the moment.

"Her being different is bothering me enough. If you remember her from a year ago, as big as her ego was, that was my favorite Yukino. I saw it more as confidence as anything anyways. Plus she was always working to guide me the roght way. ISA Hope :3c"

The way Hana worded that definitely resonated with Haruka for a moment.

She wasn't wrong at all... If Yukino had never left, there might a bit more order around here and things wouldn't have changed so much. Not all change is bad, but this time around everything seemed to just go straight to down the drain. Even Yukino's life at home, here, was affected due to her leaving. She wasn't even here and things have changed for her.

It left a bitter taste in his mouth, for sure.

"i kind of wish she had stayed. i really wish she had stayed actually... so things werent so weird around here, kno what i mean? -haru"

He had other things about that topic to say, but rather it was left to say in person and not just over text. Besides, Hana was busy with Yukino. He couldn't go sending paragraphs or it would kind of defeat the purpose of spending quality time with somebody else.
