Haruka sort of blushed a bit at both the girls' remarks.
Cute, huh? I could get use to this....
I probably shouldn't though.
Yukino and Hana seemed to be enjoying themselves as such, but the face of mischief showed as Hana giggled after a small bit of thought. Haruka was afraid. He was oh so, very afraid. However the question she asked took him a bit off guard. Why was Haruka here?
Because I'm a human popsicle and the only way for me to unfreeze is to sweat out my inner body water.
That was the answer he had planned. What came out-
"I was watching the sky."
Niceeeeeeee. Totally not weird.
He then nods, confirming his answer and standing straight up off the bench side. He didn't want to fall over onto Yukino. Not if it was an accident anyways.
"It was a bit chilly in the hotel anyways, thought some sun might help."

He fell asleep again, out of a sudden he simply dropped onto the bench as if he was dead. As if to add to this disaster of dropping a conversation so suddenly, he got up from the bench while still asleep, yes, he started sleep walking, away from the bench. Right next to a tree which he bumped into pretty hard and fell on the ground motionless.
After the night and almost half the day Shiki woke up in the middle of the park, next to a tree with a bruise on his forehead, he wasn't really sure what happened, the last thing he remembers is the guy from before reaching his hand for a handshake, a handshake that never really happened. "
He was a cool guy, I guess?
" he whispered to himself, he didn't use violence, he wasn't crazy, didn't seem like a Vanguard addict, or some rich asshole.
Shiki got up from the ground, dusting his school uniform from dust and leaves. He looked around trying to think where he is. Ofcourse, he had no idea. So there was only one choice, wander around. And that's what he did.. he.. started walking around the tree, in an expanding circle, hoping to get somewhere eventually, or to bump into someone.
+1 Affinity with Haruka (from before)

After his nightmare, Hikaru needed some fresh air and decided to go to the park to relax his nerves. He didn't get the opportunity to go sight seeing due to immediately vomiting when he had gotten into his hotel room. Pulling his jacket closer to his chest he began to look around the park looking to see if any of the other competitors were around even if it was unlikely to bump into them.

Several hours passed from Alexanders last outing, a day to be exact. Having gone back to the Hotel to rest up, and finally having enough of the stuffy feeling inside. Being inside alone also showed him how lonely it really was to be far away from home all by ones self, though of course it wasn't a feeling he was totally alien to either. His time at home spent all by his lonesome.
Ignoring his feelings, he hastily got dressed and headed out, reaching the park hoping for some fresh air. Eyeing his surroundings in the bright sunny day, a few clouds painting the sky as the sun shone through. Luckily it wasn't too hot out, but rather a nice toasty atmosphere only perfect for an outing to a park, the kind of day you'd see your typical well adjusted upper class family going to a picnic on.
Of course, he wasn't here for a picnic! No, no. He was here to contemplate his next steps for the day, New York having proved far too much of a challenge to navigate on his own, taking twice the amount of time as a normal person to get anywhere.
Walking over to a park bench somewhere, he pulled out his deck case. Sliding his cards into his hand as he began to look them over, seemingly contemplating over them some more. Tsubasas' words stuck to him, the words of his avatar evolving causing a stir within him. He eyed Azure dragon blankly, turning away for a moment as he chuckled lightly. "Evolving huh, seems silly." Waving the idea away in a silly manner, or at least trying to. To most he would look like a simple teenager, eyeing his vanguard cards thoughtfully. Maybe someone would challenge him?

After spending a few minutes walking around the park he saw someone sitting on a park bench looking through a deck of cards. Vanguard cards to be exact. He then walked towards him, itching for a fight.
"Yes...more power."
The voice from before echoed in Hikaru's mind as he continues to walk over to the teen. Doing his best to ignore the voice.
"Hey you, wanna cardfight.."He said to the teen.

He was lost in his thoughts for a moment before giving an exasperate sigh. Placing his deck back in it's case as he leaned backwards on the bench, looking up at the sky in a daze of sorts watching time pass by. That was of course until he heard Hikarus' voice. Speedily bringing himself upright he eyed the dark clothed, raven haired young man. He blinked for a few moments before registering his words, nodding to them in a rather chipper manner. After all, what could be better than a cardfight?
Hopping onto his feet he surveyed the area, trying to locate some fight tables.
"A cardfight sounds good... Just where the heck can we d"
His words cutting off as he finally spotted the parks cardfight area, pointing to it as he took off. His hand waving to the other young man.
"Come on, it's over there. I'm Alexander by the way, nice to meet you."
Speaking in a cheery tone on his way there.
Regardless if Hikaru followed him or not he would have taken a seat and pulled out his deck, setting up for the fight ahead. Placing his starting vanguard as he shuffled, awaiting his opponent. Hoping they wouldn't waste too much time flopping around.

And soon the two Nova Grappler cardfighters clashed, the robotic warriors going head to head in the must see match. The up and coming beast deities against the big money death army. Though, Alexander and man made beast would be the ones to falter, a look of disappointment brooding in his eyes as the sixth damage flew by. The splendid limit break execution of his opponent having ended the match for good, his inability to ride to grade three for a solid two turns coupled with his opponents onslaught of triggers soon rendered him unable to fight back anymore.
Trying to perk up, he threw a smile on his face. Extending his hand to Hikaru in order to shake it, as a sign of respect. "Hey, you're pretty good. Wish I could have had a few more chances to strike but you sure didn't let up even for a second, hah." The lad trying to make small talk about his opponents skill, possibly as a way to downplay his loss. It couldn't have been his fault right? His opponent was just too strong... Right? Was that the right way to think, just giving up and accepting things like that? These thoughts filling his mind the more his thoughts lingered on the fight.

"To be honest with you I've only recently picked up the nova grappler clan, so i think I made some misplays on my part."

Alexander nodded, contemplating for a bit before speaking. "You could work on your grade two line up to be honest, hani wasn't doing much. I'd just keep the grade one ones but the grade two ones could be switched for king of sword or something. I thought there were more death army units though, hmm, weird."
Pausing for a moment once more, placing a hand on his chin as he rubbed it lightly. He got irritated for a second, the other teenagers words registering. He just lost to a newbie to a clan he thought he was pretty darn good with! With a small sigh he would speak once more, his tone still cheery but an eerie feeling came off of them.... Annoyance?
"Well, it was nice fighting you either way... But I'm about to go back to my Hotel room to rest up and possibly catch a few more of the circuit matches. Did you also come here to see the circuit? I've been finding it pretty interesting. The fighters are all awesome, makes me wish I was up there as well." The last words followed by a light hearted chuckle, though he was envious about anyone that got the chance to fight on that stage.

"Oh the circuit. I'm not here to watch the circuit, I was a participant for this stage." He turned to look at the other way for a bit before turning back to the other teen.
"Due to my overconfidence and my inexperience to the nova grappler clan, I played like a dimension police user and desperately tried to get enough Death Army units on the field. In the end I lost. So that's probably why I use both the damage inducers because I was inspired by my opponent." he gave a small chuckle from that thought.

"Huh." He let out, having noticed that this was the second time he met a participant in the circuit. Though, if anything, he definitely knew that Tsubasa was the better fighter.
Either way, having had enough of the park Alexander came to the conclusion that he might as well do what he said he would and leave. Turning to do so as he gave a few simple words of farewell. "Well, goodbye. Maybe we'll meet again someday" Before heading off in the direction of the hotel.

After seeing many other great spots in New York the other day, Haruki decided to go back to Central Park and relax in the first amazing place he went to there. His second round match in the World Tournament was today, so it wouldn't hurt to get some rest before the big event. The young man of justice walked through the fun and peaceful area once again, enjoying his time there.

After storming off from the situation brewing between Haruki, Hazama and Tsubasa, Seifer made his way to Central Park, walking along the path with a disgusted look on his face. He wasn't sure what came over him, he just got so angry that he lost control. Sighing, he stopped in front of a body of water and stared out over it, trying to calm down.

Hazama walks to the one bridge where it all started. He takes out his deck. And puts it on the railing. He pulls out the one card he received a long time ago. Starlight Melody Tamer, Farah.
This is where it all started, wasn't it Farah. I told you I would lay you to rest under the stars. And here we are.
A tear sheds from his face.
I wish... it was still here.
Another tear drops to the left side of the card. He turns around and starts to walk away. "Goodbye...," he says sadly. Leaving his deck and Farah behind. He walks into the silent and still darkness.

Seifer clearly did not hear Tsubasa when he called for him in the streets, so he caught up to him at the park, since he still has to discuss with him the problem at hand. Also it was clear that Seifer was more than annoyed, so he needed to be calmed down.
Tsubasa arrives at the park and goes towards Seifer, as he sees him staring at the body of water in the park.
"You doing okay?" he asked, as he approached him.
