(GS3) Field: Hospital

He wasn't really sure why he came here. Maybe it was the memories from that night, Sera telling him about Haruka. It was depressing to think about but that was probably the biggest reason he had for coming here. As he wandered the halls, impeded by no one, the crimson eyed brunette noticed a door with a certain name tag on it. Neo was here as well? So he finally got unreversed? That was good. He hesitated for a moment, piecing a few things together in his head before knocking on the door twice, walking inside and shutting the door behind him. He didn't say anything, though his eyes were shut halfway as he strode into the room.

It was the start of a new day. Neo was still in the hospital pondering everything that had happened. Just then he saw someone enter his room and shut the door behind them.

"S-Seifer!" Neo said with surprise

Neo wasnt sure what to say considering he was reversed and wasnt sure how much damage he caused.

"Hey." His voice was even. To even considering everything. There was also the fact that his eyes were the color of blood, and his hip... There weren't any deck cases there. "So I guess you finally got reversed then? Who did it, Tsubasa?" that was the only person who he thought of that could of done it really. It also made the most sense to him since he hadn't seen Tsubasa for a while.

"Yeah it was Tsubasa" Neo replied

He did everything to bring me back. He left last night and I havent seen him since.." Neo said

"Seifer... How much damage did I cause?.." Neo asked with great concern

The male shrugged not sure how to answer that. How could he? He had an idea that Neo was the one that reversed Rose but... He wasn't about to mention it. "I really couldn't say. I've had my own issues to deal with since this whole mess started." he sighed a bit before pulling up a chair and sitting down, his eyes still half shut. "Doesn't really matter now... What's done is done."

"I suppose.." Neo replied

Neo wasnt sure what to say next. He knew Seifer wasnt telling him everything.. maybe it was for the best. But Neo wondered.. What damage did he really cause?

Neo then tried getting up..

"Seifer, im going back to town with you to help beat the Reverse" Neo said as he tried getting up but was still in alot of pain.

"Siddown, be quiet and recover." he forced the clearly over zealous male, and someone that was his friend, back down into the bed. He refrained from flicking him in the forehead, and just sat back down in the chair. "Even if I were to let you go about trying it... We wouldn't be fighting together. ...I threw my decks away. I'm surprised you didn't notice the missing deck boxes." he tapped the left side of his waist before continuing. "Neo, I can't keep fighting. I can't do anything at this rate. And in the end I'll just hurt everyone if I keep trying..." he paused. He might as well continue telling at this point. "I felt weak. I couldn't do anything for anyone. I lost control of myself, and hurt people I cared about. So I'm going to go into exile. It's the only thing I can do right now."

[Hope]

Neu sent the following text message to Neo:
"Hey Neo, how's the hospital? Say hi to the doctors and nurses for me. Also don't forget to leave as soon as you get better. You don't want a bill like last time. - Neu Neu Neu"

"Seifer.. You cant give up!" Neo said

"We all have done bad things during this time. But instead of giving up we have to get past this.. no matter how many demons we have haunting us" Neo said

Neo couldnt believe Seifer got rid of his decks just like that..

"Seifer take this" Neo said handing him Eradicator Gauntlet Buster Dragon

Your going to need a deck, so I want you to use this and continue to fight on" He said

Meanwhile Neo got a text message from Neu and read it with a smile.

"Of course she would be checking up on me" Neo said

Neo then replied Trust me, I didnt forget the bill from last time haha. I will leave as soon as I can for sure. Everything is ok I suppose. Still pondering some things but I might be here for awhile.

While he appreciated the sentiment, the brunette pushed the offering back toward Neo, standing up. "It wasn't a matter of me doing harm with my actions. It was my EXISTENCE that cause others pain. Neo... I'm one of the Generals of the Invaders." he confessed the point that was bothering him as he stood, putting his hands into his pockets, turning to the side a bit. "...Maybe when I'm ready... I'll come back into the fight. But for now, I'm going to go my own way. Isolate myself from everyone." he turned his back to Neo, feeling his phone vibrate again. Right, he still needed to text Haruka back... Or was it Sera that texted him? It didn't matter. It probably wouldn't hurt anything. But when he checked the phone this time it was from... Neu? She'd been in New York? No wonder he hadn't seen her. She seemed unusually hyper through the text, but then again texts don't typically convey emotions correctly. Well, he'd at least have the decency to text her back before disappearing for a while.

'Good to hear everything's alright and that you're okay. Everything here has gone to hell in a hand basket. They'll probably need you more than me.' he left the meaning of the text open ended since he didn't feel like being specific over texts but oh well.

"One of.. The Generals?.."

Neo couldnt believe what Seifer just said. But if Tsubasa taught Neo anything, its that no friend gets left behind.

"We are friends Seifer, I dont care if your a general; Im going to help you get through this like Tsubasa helped me!" Neo said

[Hope]

She replied Neo after having breakfast with a reversed fighter:
"How did having the Link Joker energy feel? Was locking fun? I mean I quite enjoy it myself though my type doesn't really eat my mind or anything.- Neu Neu Neu"

This reply was sent after sending unconcious bodies home by shoving them inside the train in the train station:
"Seems edgier than a razor blade bruh. Pls realize every armeme member is important cause quantity is a thing. Doesn't really what the probs are, just being there helps. But. Just do you man. - Neu Neu Neu"

Seifer reviewed the text before shutting his phone. She was right but right now, he was still focused on what he felt he needed to do. When Neo spoke up he turned around a bit with a sort of sad smile. "Right now... No one can help me Neo. This is my own doing. My own choice. I thank you for being my friend and caring. So for now this is goodbye. Rest up, and don't do anything stupid... Dogebuster." he poked fun at the other male before leaving the room, shutting it behind him, and making his way out of the hospital. One more thing to do. Pulling his phone out he made a short text to someone.

'I'm not sure which side I'm speaking to. And even if it's false, it's at least nice to see the name pop up on my phone.' after hitting send, he left the area to wander.

Neo watched Seifer leave the room and shut the door and couldnt believe everything that was just said.

Meanwhile Neo opened his phone and saw the text Neu left and responded:

That power is false.. its not worth having...

Neo didnt know what to do.. He just sat there and cried..

"Is this really happening?"

Tomoda drives towards the hospital, hoping to enact the next phase of arson and to check if Aoi had ended up at the hospital. He halts at the entrance as he felt a cold chill at the back of his spine. He looked around to see if anyone was near him. Until he saw him.
