"With Yukino? It was a lot of fun really. It felt different sure, but we've both changed so I did my best to just keep it all happy and well." She looked out to the sky line, wondering what Yukino was doing in the current moment. She could probably check, but tonight was supposed to only be her and Haruka-kun. "Yeah, I guess we should compare her to the old Yukino right?"
"You know I look back on those days a lot, the ones from a year ago, before all these adventures began and I got thrown into all this. I was both a blessing and a curse I guess..." While she talked about those days from a year ago she envisioned herself in between Miyuki and Yukino. The three of them have changed radically, maybe not as much Miyuki, but she was once energetic and upbeat, the sunshine that brightened up each and every single day. "I really do wonder why this feels so nice... why we keep going..."

"That's good. You guys all sort of grew up really fast over the year and some... It's weird to see how you've all changed after all of this..." Hana had her eyes on the window outside while Haruka was staring down at the fireplace, keeping his vision fixed on the flames. The crackle of sparks and flicker of the flame made Haruka's eyes water a little.
"Why what feels so nice- Oh..." Haruka had sort of become silent. Where to proceed with that thought... Honestly, he had a few reasons why. But none of them were pleasant and probably nothing Hana wanted to hear.
Tell her.
Tell her.
2/3, Majority ruling wins, I guess.
"Maybe we just got so lost without those we needed with us this past year... I mean, I said it before. Without Yukino this past while, you showing up was some sort of saving grace I guess... I still wish I could patch everything up with her if she'd let me. But..." Haruka bit his lip, sort of holding in his breath. He was tense all of a sudden.
"I don't know. I'm probably not worth much to her now after all that's happened."

Well, he felt the same way. That was good at least.
"I guess when I said I've gone to the extent where I cant really turn back, its kind of like that too. You showed up and, well I over committed to the move and... well where is there to go? At least we go together right? Miyuki is asleep now, but I know that if she found out about this, it would just be... yeah she wouldn't forgive me either."
Though, it was a simple act, what could fix all this. "The way to fix this would be to pick either you or Miyuki on my end and for yours, you'd have to pick either Yukino or me. It seems so simple, but I feel something keeping me from doing so...?" Hana wrapped her arms around his and rested her head on his shoulder, now turning to look at the flames which got his attentions. How fitting.

Haruka opened his mouth, already knowing who he'd decide on. But that was a lie. Because even if he could make the choice, there were too many chains and black tape blockades keeping him from that. Yukino was right beyond the gate that was locked under key, and all he could was reach between the bars for her.
Hana was on the same side as he was, and holding on his hand, pulling him away from that gate. He could accept that fate, and walk away with her. Never trying to break down that gate.
But Haruka, with some strange sense of desperation, wanted to break down that gate.
"I feel awful just knowing I'm here, with you, doing this... and just out of earshot is the girl you told me you were in love with." Haruka sighed a bit, eyes transfixed on the fire. Every lick of flame keeping his attention. Fitting indeed.
"Something in me is just not letting me tell her... I think-, I think that if I told Yukino about us... I'm sure she would never want anything to do with me. That's what scares me the most. And it's not like I can lie to her. Pretend we never happened." Haruka gripped around Hana a bit tighter, leaning back a bit, allowing Hana ease to lay on shoulder.
"I miss her." Haruka was afraid to admit it at first, but it was the honest truth. He missed her so much but there wasn't much to do about it now. Not realistically.

"I miss her too."
Isabella, her idol persona, sure didn't, but Hana did in every sense. She let herself be at ease next to Haruka-kun. "I don't want to say that I don't like doing this.. I do, and you're great. It makes we wonder why we ended up with who we did instead of each other.. hehe... but it turned out that way. I'm more accepting of it now that I was a few days ago... I guess, if you were to leave me here." The flame gave off a light which glowed radiantly, causing a shadow to form from the mug that lay on the table, Miyuki's.
"You were the first person that I told when it came to my crush on Miyuki huh? Shoot the let me tell you haha, you know I'm the Princess of Cray and everything, but I want to be Miyuki's prince... but I feel like a failure when it came to her. I just want to run away from it, because seeing her sick reminds me of how useless I am, how little I can do and how weak I am to change a single thing... " She gave him a peck on the cheek. "Just when I thought that I've gotten so strong... well."
"This keeps me distracted from it, but I've accepted that it won't last forever... even though I want it to. Yet, like I said who cares about tomorrow... I'll enjoy the present. No matter what happens, suffering is waiting for us tomorrow."
The longer this kept going, the more it ate away at her conscience and her own pride. Every time she saw Miyuki laying on the bed, unable to do much, it ate away at her heart. Her heart's been eaten up equal to the amount of days in a year. There's not much left. She then sat on Haruka-kun's lap, facing towards him with her right hand caressing his face.
"It's just that we need each other it seems... so no matter what, I promise that I'll be by your side to help you face whatever you need to face. Whether this be my sister...or - well, anything. I promise, even when this is all over."

Everything she had said was comforting and of course, left him with a small smile. The kiss was a nice touch, leaving a bit of warmth running throughout. Irregular heat was commonplace for Haruka. He got used to burning up at the touch of somebody else, even without being touched he was on fire a majority of the time.
The fireplace was suddenly glowing brighter than before. The orange flames were now a crimson, leading Haruka's vision from them to Hana now. Her figure was illuminated by the evening flames. With a deep breath, he smiles. Like a proud brother almost, except this was anything far from brotherly. Haruka was just glad that Hana had finally started growing up. She was realizing things Haruka didn't even pick up until she mentioned them.
Haruka really was a dummy.
"A distraction... It sort of sucks calling us that, but you aren't wrong. Keeping this up for too long could cause... complications." Haruka already knew this wouldn't stay forever. That wasn't the problem for him in reality. He loved spending time like this with Hana, when he could just enjoy the emotions she poured into everything. He was learning about her, the person, not her tempting side. Hana was much more than a woman now, she was a close friend.
People would disagree calling this friendly. But Haruka knew that this was, probably if anything, some sort of friends with benefits type ordeal. With a bit more emotion involved.
Still sounds wrong to me.
Still sounds wrong to me.
Haruka raised his eyebrows.
"It's nice to think someone really is on my side. Don't think I won't return the favor or something. I'll stand by you too, Hana. That's what I'm good for, right? Standing up?" Haruka winked with his little Vanguard joke. Haruka's entire spiel was a restanding vanguard, so it was pretty fitting.
"Seriously. I want to help you out, just like you've helped me out. Even when this, whatever this is, is over." He nodded to her, rising his hand up her back to her shoulder to support her balance. He reached over to the table for his coffee, taking a sip. It had gotten a bit colder, but still tasted just as good to him.

What would be a name for this... a word for this? Hana tried to find one.
"Haha... I get the Vanguard joke, but you've been standing up in other w-" She stopped right there. Memories came back of when she saw dirty magazines in the train station. It basically froze her. While she knew of lewd jokes, the actual thought of such things made her freeze up back then. "I don't want to call this a distraction... honestly if you ask me, you have a room in my heart. I hold a feeling of love for you, I can say it too, I-.." She also stopped right there, but she leaned closer to him.
"Until this is over..." She gave him a kiss, it lasted for awhile this time, "as well as after..." A second kiss followed up.
She smiled with a bit of blush on her face, still keeping herself close to him, where she could feel his breath for a moment. Then she slowly backed away to get a full view of him. "Maybe in another world throughout the infinite universe, throughout the many stars that shine out there... under one of their brilliant lights is a world where we are truly together. The way we are now, but in our hearts then we have no one else, but each other."
The chemistry between her Haruka-kun was undeniable. He truly complimented her with his personality and look and she matched his flame perfectly. In the many worlds that exist, there is no doubt one where they are happy together.
"Friends with benefits really doesn't sound like enough... maybe it's cause we were really just meant to be, but destiny changed her mind and moved things around." That could be so, but since destiny and fate had separated them, this could be a makeshift way of trying to fix it. "I want you to understand that if you wish to run back to Yukino, don't worry about me. I don't want you to choose between me or her, because I don't want to choose between you or Miyuki... I understand the feeling myself. "

Standing up in other w-...?
O-Oh. Well I can't help that..
Listening to Hana's but about another world far away where everything was the same except themselves, where instead they were the ones who were fell for each other and not anybody else. Haruka found the idea... Not unbelievable.
Every kiss left Haruka a bit more breathless. Heat was the least of his worries for sure. The way Hana even made mention of a feeling of love confirmed something for himself. The emotions he had were love as well, but they were bred by a different flame. It was a feeling of mutual need for each other.
But it didn't change the emotion. It didn't invalidate his feelings the way they were brought about. He smiled at Hana's understanding and seemed even okay about everything.
He took one of her hands in his, intertwining their fingers.
"Quite the shining star, aren't you?"
Haruka hadn't been that happy for awhile.
"Is the part where I say 'I love you too?' Hehe... Thanks Hana. I appreciate everything you're doing for me. I hope in whatever other world where we're together, that we're happy right now."
With a nod, Haruka let a small yawn escape. He was falling asleep somewhat. The caffiene wasn't exactly keeping him awake anymore.

"It is where you say it," with a blushing face, she was glad at the fact.
When she saw him yawn, she decided it was just about time to close out the night. There was school tomorrow after all and having him wake up late from this would make her feel quit guilty. She placed her hands on his suit, undoing some of its buttons.
"Let's head on upstairs." she said, slowly standing up. "I'll wake you up a little bit."
She winked as she fixed the cups of coffee that lay on the table, setting them together so that she may wash them as soon as she had woken up on the next day. Isabella yawned as well and started stretchig arms out, looking out into the sky again.
"Shining star.. huh?" she said to herself with a smile.
Hana grabbed Haruka's hand as she led him to the room for her to take the stage and own the night.

There was that feeling again. Something Haruka probably wasn't going to remember in the morning. But he was, well, excited despite it.
Hana was taking him upstairs and as everything sort of started to fade he could vaguely remember words coming to mind. About stars...
"The brightest star on this side of the sky..." Haruka muttered, following Hana up the stairs for the night.
Hmm... How far is the school from here anyways?

Be honest with yourself!
Well that was the problem. She was being honest, too honest. Now she is here.
Hana placed the two boxes down and for some reason felt like tearing up. It was weird, how she imagined how her and Mi-hime would look in this, wearing them together and walking out in the public everywhere with one another, holding hands, handing, and in general just doing cute couple stuff. Keeping them somewhere safe like a hidden compartment in one of the drawers would probably be a good idea for now unless Mi-hime had any chance of waking up soon. A nurse upon hearing her arrive gave her a thumbs up. That made her feel better by a mile, though she still would be unable to go check on Mi-hime, it would eat up the final piece of her heart. She could no longer take it.
The necklaces shifted, possibly as the same time that her Pr<3isms changed to Duos. Black and White... those colors. This necklace represented her and Mi-hime, their relationship and love. How much they matched yet were total opposites. Hana wanted to give them to her so badly...
After placing the boxes inside a hidden drawer, Hana got lotion from bathroom and sat along the living room, rubbing them along the burns on her wrists. She wasn't used to the pain actually, so she teared up a little bit as she did.
All in all, today was a productive day.

After finally leaving Yukino from the park, he found himself at the penthouse. He wasn't particularly invited, but upon arrival he was let in all the same. He came in, taking off his boots and dress jacket. Hana was running lotion on her wrists. He had questions about it, but figured to save them for later. He was too tired to figure out why and didn't want to put anything pressurewise on Hana.
"I'm gonna head in the for the night. See you in there?" Haruka pointed to the bedroom, already untying his tie. He was sleepy, sure, but resting with a partner never hurt either.
Physically. Psychologically, Haruka was so twisted there probably wasn't much saving him now.
He smiled with a nod, heading into the bedroom. If he was lucky his head would hit the pillow and he'd be out before Hana came in.
But that probably wasn't going to happen.

After a good amount of time it felt much nicer. She still sent a picture to Manager-san along with a lame excuse since saying that she visited the slums and fought a gang would most likely get her an earful, not that she wasn't going to get one already. Isabella will just have to get used to wearing bracelets til this heals.
Seems fancy, but what color or style?
Haruka-kun was obviously tired out, leaving his articles of clothing basically all over the place. She felt joy at the thought of another night with him, even thought they would just be sleeping with each other's company for the night. She picked up his boots and placed them along with the other shoes, folding up his tie with his dress jacket, placing then neatly on the dining room table.
She then took a shower to wash off the stench from visiting the slums. Isabella noticed a bit of blood on her school uniform as she removed it. Cool. After the shower, she put on a black nightgown and decided to check in for the night. By the time that she entered the bedroom, Haruka-kun was already out cold on the bed. There was a desire to just stare at him for awhile and admire him. Yeah, so Hana did that for awhile before scooting in close and unbuttoning his dress shirt ,placing her head on his chest while embracing him. Hana closed her eyes, falling asleep with Haruka-kun in her arms.

Khudus was bored. He had missed out on the trip as he didn't realise the card fight club was meeting earlier then he thought and missed out. He was so bored he didn't even fancy going to Card Capital or Shop Handsome to find a fight. He really wanted to see what Seifer, Rose and Darren were like in a fight and even fight Noel. With is boredom and whole new level he decided to just head to his hotel room and see if anything good was on TV.

Hana quickly rushed up the stairs and a nurse gave her the usual thumbs up. She slid through the floor and into the room.
Was it true?
"Mi-hime!" What would be the first words to be said? She wanted to let it out and be over with it, the sad atrocities which she has commited against the one whom she has sworn to, her princess. Hana tried to find the words.
