1 none of these are even out in japan yet including the 16 card in g zone rule.

2 if you want an update make one yourself or make your one emulator

come on guys we wont die from no update and wouldnt you rather get it with everything now then have another update taking forever ?

Once again, this issue is not limited to Cardfight Area alone, this is also been an issue with the other Area.

When we will have the next update? Cuz are so much new cards that are not yet in the game and we want to test them.

Pheh, I'd direct your complaints to the last Buddyfight update, There are a lot more new cards that have yet to be added over on that program and they haven't actually done the last 2 updates for the game at all, someone else did it for them.

Then why those who are willing to help to update are not updating instead. Those that officially update should let them to update instead, I'd say.

Hah, We've already had this discussion with Mr. Number name himself, He refuses to open the source code to us because of Cheaters who may do things like modify their Shuffle algorithm in their client for their own malicious purposes. As such he refuses to open the source code for those who wish to update the games themselves despite being able to do it much more efficiently.

And before you ask, no, every single in game function is done by clientside, the server only maintains connection between players.

I think source code should be open to be honest. The game could improve immense fully and vastly, who cares if 1 or 2 try to cheat? Over thousands play YGOpro and it has source code open. If you're going to be paranoid then its your loss imo. Majority of the players here play fair anyway.

I agree with the above, No one wants to play with outdated software just because of 1 or 2 POTENTIAL cheaters.

Yeah. And is not like is ranked or something. We just play with other fighters for fun. Winning by cheating means nothing. I just want to play with friends and others with all the cards, at least all released. Yugioh have updates in the day the new card is released on internet as text/image. Why we cant have that too, because Cardfight is a better game than Yugioh.

well you say that now but i remember a time that people where paranoid that the russian members where doing the same thing and i agree with the programmer as to why it shouldnt be released since people on here tend to bend everything in there favor just to feel good at a cardgame.

but thats not to say we cant get second one with open source allowing people to play and try out there new decks and when the official one gets released they use that for there more serious fights like tournaments or team fights. and if it is even possible the programmers can copy codes from the open one and add it to the official one.

still in the end two things matter for this to happen, the programmers trust and the community to behonest which is no easy feat since stuff like this has happened in the past.

all in all for it all we need to remember that everything takes time and effort, we must show our love appreciation and constructively criticize which is what anyone that has made something for the public needs to drive em forward.

It would be a lot easier to comprehend the actual situation of Area, if the admins would tell us what's going on, instead of leaving us in the dark the whole time. Two weeks ago, it was ok to wait with the update with the completion of FC03 in mind. It's now 7th May and nothing happened. We even got cards released in the English VG TCG, long before Area does.
If lack of time is the reason, why not recruit some trustworthy member doing the card updates?

Okay, for those who wants to know, here are the reasons. First of all we needed to wait for all g-guardians from FC2016, because it would be strange to release g-guardians for few clans only. Then, when FC2016 was out, we needed to wait for good scans. Then, I decided that it is better to wait one more week to get all the cards from Monthly Bushiroad, so now we will have 30 more cards in this update. There was a reason for everything, you just needed to think and to analyse.
+ we needed to code new 16 cards g-zone and to test it, this also took some time.
Update will be tomorrow (most likely).
