Nouvelle honestly isn't too big a deal.

Trigger negation? If you get Nouvelle out in midgame, this will only net you a +1 per game on average. Considering that you have to take a -1 from an additional ride since Nouvelle is a Grade 4.

13k Defense? Hardly relevant in this day and age, all it does these days is increase the potency of Crossrides that synergize with their midgame bases, stuff like Stern-Galaxy and Daiyusha-Raiyusha.

Silent Tom effect? Doesn't actually do a whole lot. With no Critical gaining, and no on-hit skill, there's no reason to guard the vanguard during the midgame. By lategame, you will see 2 Perfect Guards on average, and lategame only lasts 2-3 turns on average anyways.

The only really good effect is the field nuke, but even this isn't all that mind-blowing, because its actually properly costed. However, just because this skill is potent, doesn't mean you should refrain from calling a full field. That's extremely silly. You're just handing your opponent card advantage by doing that.

Not sure about the other cards but for ethics reverse i like trying to retire their rearguards and if you can survive the break ridden ethics reverse you'll have a good chance at winning at least from my experience
