Rulings: Please Read Each Rule Carefully

Deck Rulings

    1.   Barcgal, Lizard Soldier, Conroe Cannot Be A Starter At Any Circumstances
    2.   No One in the Same Team May Have the Same Clan
        a. The only exception is if one of the Team Members is playing a Majesty Lord Blaster deck. The player of the deck must play with 
        only 10 Shadow Paladins in their deck if, another player on the same team has a Shadow Paladin based deck.
    3.   Decks are Classified based on the Clan of a Player’s Starter
    4.   Decks Cannot Be Switched and or Edited at Anytime
    5.   Double Mulligan is Allowed
    6.  There Can Only Be Two Eradicator, Dragonic Descendant in a deck

Team Rulings

    1.   A Team May Consist of Three Members
        a. A team may have second three player team
    2.   A Leader or A Member Must Establish The Players and The Decks That They are Using
    3.   Players of A Team Must Be Apart of That Designated Team
    4.   Team Line-up May Be Rearranged or Altered at Any Time
 

Match Rulings

1.   Each Team Has 10 Minutes Before A Match to Congregate
        a.   Absence After the Designated Time Will Lead to An Automatic Loss
        b.   Absence of More Than Two Players that are not Alternatives will Lead to An Automatic Team Disqualification
    2.   One Cardfight May Be Played At A Time Per Team
    3.   During A Match, Being Away from the Keyboard for More than 5 Minutes Will Cause A Loss of That Match
    4.   Disconnection Can Result In A Loss Unless The Opposing Team Agrees To Give the Other Team A Rematch
    5.   Cheating is Punishable Up to An Automatic Disqualification of A Team

I'm not seeing where that restricts clans in a way that prevents Glendios.

As long as no one else has a Link Joker starter on you team, Glendios is eligible for use. There are no restriction on hybrid decks such as Glendios decks
