How about adding Selection for Starting Vanguard?
You can add button in the Shuffle /Mill / Soul Charge / Bind Top Card (The placement is up to you)
When the player click the button you can bought up the search deck interface but only consist of Grade 0 (aka only 17 cards displayed)

Well it's one of my suggestion and I'm grateful if you can reconsider it

If you create a deck, starting vanguard added first, you can get it easy draw, at the beginning of the game.
