Just throwing it out there, you'd be downloading a godawful amount of megabytes in extra artwork. Not that many of you care, but it just seems rather pointless. Just download the alternate artwork, scale to size, replace it in the cardsprites folder and hey presto!

I've done the same process as described above for some of my DUO's. Just delete the card sprite, rename the sprite you want to use as needed, and put the new card sprite into your folder. The same thing can be done for sleeves also.
But why would you want/need to in the first place? .o.
