i found this facebook page that have a bunch of the new cards of Cardfight Vanguard, hope this can help you to find the skill of the other new cards actually this page have some Fan Cards that actually are really cool maybe if you like it you can put it on cfa oh and here is a bunch of new legion cards with their skill, hope this can help you

Yes they are cards that will be released but just with different art style from the one in Cardfight Area. So this is basically another request for another artwork of the same cards
