I would fix your deck titles if I were you before Yata comes and gets on your back about it.
Metalborgs need to play Laurel to make Sin Buster's Glory skill actually effective. They also prefer Daikaiser over Dryon to maximize your winning potential. As a literal make-for-break deck, you have to play the combo to actually make your plays threatening.

I will try using laurel... But With Glory-like skill
VG hits for 30k --> 10k 10k 5k for 2 pass (3 cards)
RG attacks, assuming a trigger --> Sentinel + 5k (2 cards)
RG attacks normally --> 10k (1 card)
Total: 3x 10k shield and 2x 5k shield and 1x Sentinel (6 cards)
Without Glory-like skill
VG hits for 30k --> Sentinel + 5k (2 cards)
RG attacks, assuming a trigger --> 10k 5k (2 cards)
RG attacks normally --> 10k (1 card)
Total: 2x 10k shield and 2x 5k shield and 1x Sentinel (5 cards)

All the more reason to play Daikaiser to vastly multiply those number of cards they drop in the middle of panic. Plus, you won't have to wait they're on panicking damage where they have to guard every rearguard attack.
-
Chances are. You're not going to get much of a chance to abuse Kaiser/Laurel. Not with all the retiring paladins / dragons around as well as Link Joker. Relying on break ride laurel to do the work isn't exactly what D-Police need. They need to utilise proper rear guard support at the moment notice.
They don't NEED it. Its just a good addition to the deck. The fact of 30k hitting on its own is good enough pressure to benefit on the draw.

Those bad matchups only occur during your opponent's turn. Until then, you have all the free time in the world to destroy them with Laurel. If you combo it with Kaiser, you probably won the game. Relying on Break Ride Laurel to do the work is what Metalborgs need, not Dimension Police in general. Metalborgs lack power beyond Sin Buster. All of their units are lackluster compared to Daikaiser and Laurel when they all focus on the same task: buffing Sin Buster.
It's the best win condition Metalborgs have and one of the few reasons Sin Buster's a gamble tier (Tier 0).

I'm not disagreeing with you. But this is kind of a reason why people don't run this thing mainly. It requires time to get it done right and with the max fluidity of vanguard legions getting crits. Its going to be hard to get onto 4th damage without pushing yourself.
With cards like Glare, Blaster Joker, Alfred Seeker, Tetra Burst. All these new vanguards have an extra crit. Then you got cards such as Dragonic Overlord the Great and Phantom Blaster Abyss which really wrecks havoc onto your vanguard once they legion~ Not to mention those restanding decks have ways to retire cards such as Laurel to prevent it from going off mainly. Plus DP have no search engine so its really difficult to consistently get that laurel out and to stay there.
-
I wouldn't call Aqua Force a problem seeing as most of their attacks can just be directed at the Vanguard to get you to 4 damage if they want Tetra-burst's Critical.
It's definitely hard to reliably setup but it's overall the best they can do. It's hard to match the insanity of the most consistent tiered decks but Daikaiser-Laurel is the only thing that'll give it the most definitive shot. Retire/Lock isn't an issue though like I said. Those only occur during their turn and you only need one or two good shots without Daikaiser to use Laurel enough for a good number of plusses, since that's six cards alone if both hit. If they don't, then the opponent dropped a lot of hand to live or stop you from getting so far ahead.
The only thing you can do is gamble on the insane pressure the combos make.

You know, their IS something called "Stalling your calling", which I found that Metalborgs are surprisingly good at. against matchups like that, its sometimes best to save up on your combo cards. For Metalborgs, you don't need to play everything instantly when you get it.
And yeah, use Laurel and Daikaiser.
