Title: Program wont start

I've downloaded the full version and the latest update of Vanguard, but cant get my game to start. My computer tells me that I dont have the right permissions to run this program. Everything needed for this program is in one folder.

Are you on an Adminstrator thing for windows?

well usually when my program doesn't start, its because my Norton thinks its infected or something.

Oh I thought you can just go to settings or something for Norton to allow that program to work. But I could be wrong. (I don't use/trust Norton)
