I'd prob max out Bolt Line and use Photon's

What you really need here is stability. For example, since you're running 4 draws, I suggest you play 3x Promethium and 1x Rejection. 4x Neon is evidently too much, so dump 2, along with Palladium who you don't need at all if you do everything right. Max out Bot Line and find a place for Turndown because that is curently the most strategic card in terms of valid defence. Proceedingly, Robin Knight may be a nuisence at most times so I highly suggest playing Brave Fang as your SV. I also don't see Radon's importance if you aren't playing any bosters that hit 9k+, so him, and 1 Viper for 2-4 Photon and 1-2 Colony Maker, because, they're pretty much staple, y'know. The G3 line-up is okay, a tad boring but hey, they do their jobs, right? The only thing left I can suggest is the trigger line-up. I preffer 7-5-0-4 (c-d-s-h) or 6-6-0-4, but then you ought to completely throw out Rejection Dragon, since, counter-productive and stuff.
Have fun building it now.

Ok so I took your ideas and here's the deck now.

4-Apollo Nail
3-Null
3-Vortex
2-Jailer Tail
4-Pixie Powder
Grade 1
3-Promethium
1-Rejection Dragon
2-Neon
4-Turndown
4-Bolt Line
Grade 2
4-Astro Reaper
3-Sword Viper
2-Photon
2-Colony Maker
Grade 3
4-Dark Zodiac
4-Venom Dancer
Still looking for ideas if you got any

4 Turndown is some really crazy overkill and you'd be better off dropping that to 2. Definitely recommend Brave Fang or the Grade 3 searcher over Arc Fox. Brave Fang looks counterproductive for Dark Zodiac but a godsend for Venom. Also, for Soulblasting, I'd actually recommend Ganowek (http://cardfight.wikia.com/wiki/Routing_Deletor,_Ganowek) to filter and speed up Legion.

Ok what will I put in replace for team 2 takedown. And who would I take out for ganowek.

Well you might want to try too uh, make it 2 Quintet Walls, 2 Perfect Guards.
As for Turndown Dragon, you could take out 2 and add 1 more Palladium, and 1 more Neon. And run 2 Turndown Dragon's would prob make it a little better.

I would replace 1 Sword Viper for 1 Photon just because sword viper is kinda meh and you only need 2 in case 1 of them goes to the dmg zone that you still can get it with a heal

Sword vipers legion mate for the star of this deck so no it's staying at 3-4.
