First I would suggest take out the perdition draw trigger for seal dragon artpitch. It's better to have a trigger that does something than one that doesn't. Also artpitch fuels the soul more so it could really benefit your deck since some of your deck utilizes it. I have a few more suggestions but I'll let you know tomorrow

For sentinels I would suggest either 4 PG or 3PG/1QW (if you think its hard to fill up the dropzone) since this deck is quite CB heavy.
For G1 normal units drop Mareisei (or possibly 1 makoraga as well) for 2-3 Gojos (Makoraga should do the trick here). If you dont like Gojos then use the perdition 10k beater for the early rush.
Other than that this deck looks pretty good to me.

Take the suggestions for Artpitch and the Sentinel ratios.
Mareisei may prove overall more useful than Makoraga. While Makoraga's boost is stronger, a 5000 base without a retire is going to hurt when trying to put the pressure on the vanguard. Mareisei hits 10 with one retire in its column and is always a 7 that lets you hit 16 without powerups. Though reaching 19 isn't going to be difference at the Vanguard either, while 13 isn't going to do anything compared to 15. Up to you, but I wouldn't bother with both.
I'd also play more of Mareiko and maybe a Grom(personal preference of mine) since the deck is counterblast heavy and Grom can act as a failsafe unflipper.
Finally, I really don't think you need four of Pain Laser. You'll be fine with 2-3. Probably no more than 2 if you decide on playing Gojo. Though, you could drop Tarayev and keep Pain Laser at 4 if you want to play something like Elham. While you won't get the super swings from Tarayev, Elham nets you some tasty free retires just for Legioning. Nuking 3-4 units per Grade 3 ride is pretty amazing.
