happy halloween everyone! i just made this deck just to get into the spirit

Strategy: basically, just change your opponent's rear-guards to Grade 0's, then ride rias for the finishing blow

Why minus a Fiana when she is one of the best cards for witches? And helps provide draw power in the deck. I'd rather retire a copy of herself than her mate.

I agree with +1 Deidre but Fianna and Femme should stay maxed just to get the draw power from Fianna's second skill.
You could probably do with less of Ruin Witch.

Fianna is once per turn. During my testing I was overwhelmed by the numbers of Fianna and Rias. Once I reduced them to 3/3, it became normal. I had plenty of Fianna/Femme to draw but still be able to use the legion.
Rias cannot possibly be good without reducing your opponent power by,at least, 15k. Out of those considerations, I maxed out Deirder and Dana. Adora needs to be maxed because it is a sweet addition of pressure in combination with Rias.

I have yet to minus my opponent less than 15 with Rias. Her skill isn't too hard to get a good minus number for, which is why she's good. The real issue is how quickly witches eat up the cbs and soul they need to consistently force Grade 0's onto the field. Fianna being once per turn isn't a big deal imo, since I'd rather not waste all my 12k attacks for the draw skill in one turn anyways. The only draw back to playing either Fianna or Rias, I would say, is if you run out of counter blasts.
Anyways, I would say to cut Barrier witch back to 2 or less, since witches don't need especial counterblasts, and quintet walls aren't overly useful later in the game. Run at least 2 Mac lir. Ruin Witch isn't that important either, so I'd cut her out and replace her with another Dana or Arianhord and Sekuna.
Rainbow triggers work fine, imo, especially with how useful the stand can be, so you're alright there. Adora or Dierde would be fine to have at either 3 or 4. That's more personal preference, since they're both really good. Keep Fiana and Femme at 4. You want as many shots at the draw skill as you can get, and Femme can still swing for 16k even when she's being boosted by the 4k stand trigger. Running 8 G3 is fine, but it couldn't hurt to cut Rias down to 1 and add a 15th Grade 1 unit. That's up to you.
