well the title tells already what this is. I made this Topic to talk and rate about Cards of your choice. please give an Explanation why you gave a Card that Rating.

you can rate Cards like this:

☆☆☆☆☆(0 stars):

This Card is just a no-go

★☆☆☆☆(1 star):

This Card is pretty weak compared to most Cards

★★☆☆☆(2 stars):

This Card is pretty playable but there are stronger Cards with similar skill

★★★☆☆(3 stars):

This Card is pretty stable and balanced but still average

★★★★☆(4 stars):

This Card has awesome skill and nice to have in deck

★★★★★(5 stars):

this Card gotta be in every deck of that clan i Play

★★★★★★(6 stars)

This Card is just broken.

The skill seems good; however, it hardly fits with most Regalia decks' play style, which is soul blasting while pumping up the vanguard as much as possible. Since most regalia decks run 8-12 Crits, by the time you pull off Hesperis's skill via CEO or Minerva, it is probably end game anyway due to the crit stacking.

maybe but don't Forget this Card can be used in non-regalia decks too which makes it in a way more useful than the power-upper (norn and the stand). so you should look at the Overall use of this Card too because it can actually be used in any Kind of Genesis deck
