As it shows there are three important updates to the game
> Flashing Ripple Oddyseus can only have up to two copies in a deck
> Commander Laurel is now unrestricted and can be used at 4
> Jewel Knight Swordmy requires every grade 3 in your deck to be Jewel Knight

About Swordmy and Odysseus it was about time don't know if I should be happy with Laurel

And also..this starts from January 22, 2016.

Laurel has had little to no impact on the English format game as compared to Japan so they thought they might take him off for a bit and see how it goes before deciding whether to put him back on. Hence why he is on the watch list.

Laurel with Strides is still a bad idea, but whatever. Swordmy getting taken out of Sanctuary Guard is enough for me, even though I'm still worried about Ashlei R/Evangeline. Still better than letting Sanctuary Jewel reign forever. Odysseus dropping to two hurts. Still playable, but hurts.
Mecha Trainer's on the watch list, this'll be good.
Took way too long for any of the two restrictions to happen tbh.

Regalie still has Benon, so now all this does is make people use the better option, which has a 0 fail chance since any CB can be used and gives them a +1 to the hand, so they basically +2 for CB1/SB1, then regalie turns that 15k column into a respectable number. All this does is make people use the faster deck (Jewel Knights) or Regalie (for now, he is also on the watch list but with Evangeline being able to somewhat do the same thing as Regalie, we'll likely see both running around, especially with the new Sanctuary Guard unit)
