Title: Empty Rooms?

Hi, I'm having an issue.

No one is in any of the CFA rooms.

I've tried a new account, I've tried redownloading, I've tried fixing the internet, and I've tried looking into the firewall.
All of these dont seem to be effecting it.
Last time this happened it took a month or two for it to stop.

What do I do?
