Title: what is this error and how do i fix it

When i try to fight someone or watch their fight, i end up getting this error

I am fully updated so i dont know what the problem is

Redownload the update because one of the sprites didn't extract properly.

I just downloaded the whole thing again, and still the same error message

download full version/close antivirus/extract all file

done all that still error
