Title: Droped Sleeves?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but what are the dropable sleeves in-game? I checked the folder and there  are a lot of them, but some of them aren't available by droping correct?

Oh ok. But that means that aside from those and the ones from the post event all the others are currently unavailable?
