Title: Banning
Post by: Doctor Who on May 23, 2014, 04:00:05 PM
Well, I think we all agree on this one. I don't like when people swear. There are plenty of words through which you can express your vanity, frustration or simply something ragefull.

So, such users should be banned.

Like I said, there are plenty of words to express your rage, vanity and other stuff like that. We must let know that such things won't go unpunished. It's not a matter of ignorance or of using the f word. Using it because you missplayed or forgot to put something in your deck it is one thing but insulting other players is totally inacceptable.

This is something that will be tackled once in-game moderating is implemented! ^^

i dont believe swearing it a reason to ban people. but i do believe it shouldnt be tolerated for long periods.

as for mods in the game. considering how some of them on capital where abusive, i hope the mods here will watch each other and not care if they are fellow mods. by that i mean there should be certain rules set up for mods.

Oh look I am on the picture. :D

And as for swearing. I don't really care. It's in humans nature to swear when they are angry or just out of fun so yeah. All goodies can cry.

We're well aware of that, which is why In-game moderation is being implemented into the system. It'll be finished soon enough and we know how to work things out. Of course, there will be places that state how long the ban lasts, where you can complain if you feel you shouldn't have been banned and so on. So think before you post In-game.

I would say censor would be more better but most people would just find shortcut like saying **** to ** and since most people don't like swearing and that, yea could apply the ban system but it should be for a few hours or something? incase it was a mistake or something.

i think it would be good if ban is comming into CFA but i don't think we should ban every time we see someone using insults, swears etc. we should give them something like the smites here and say that if someone gets 3 smites he gets banned and there should be a time Limit on how Long a smite is going to be on a Player, like a month maybe.
