I want to improve this deck so I need some help with it thought I like it because there are all dragons.
Starting Vanguard:1
1xLizard Solider,Fargo
Grade 0:16
4x Blue Ray Dracokid(Critical)
3x Embodiment of Spear,Tahr(Critical)
4x Dragon Dancer,Therese(Heal)
4x Gattling Claw Dragon(Draw)
1x Seal Dragon,Artpitch(Draw)
Grade 1:14
2x Demonic Dragon Mage,Kimnara
2x Dragon Knight,Gimel
2x Dragon Monk,Gojo
3x Eternal Bringer Griffon
2x Flame of Hope,Aermo
3x Wyvern Guard,Barri
Grade 2:11
2x Bellicosity Dragon
4x Burning Horn Dragon
2x Dragon Knight,Nehalem
3x Dragonic Burnout
Grade 3:8
4x Dragonic Overlord
3x Dragonic Overlord The End
1x Dragonic Overlord The Reverse
If you don't know how I play with this deck like what is it's strategy then comment here and I will answer it.

i think you should get rid of the end and put 4 normal overlords with break ride and 4 reversed

I'm not very good with Kagero, so my only suggestion would be running 4 The End since he is a persona blaster.

Its either add 4 The end or remove them all ....you choose Jaden.

Devour said something that I should take out 1 Dragonic Overlord and add 1 The End and I should need add some guys who unflip damage that soulblast guys but then I don't know what to take out from G1

its all up to you do you want a deck with overlord the reverse or a deck with the end then based on that you will put matching grade 1 , 2

For starters, lose the extra Gimel. You aren't allowed to use more than 4 Sentinels.
That'd make it:
1x Gimel
3x Barri
Grade 1:
- 3x Gryphon
- 3x Violence Horn (in your case, Gojo works, if you intend to proceed with DOTR)
- 2x Kimnara
- 3/4x PG
- 0/1x QW
- 1/2x Grom
Grade 2:
- 3x Burning Horn Dragon
- 3x Beliocity Dragon
- 4x Dragonic Burnout
- 2x Flame Edge Dragon (you do need soul for Grom/Burnout, maybe even if you want to run 4k Aermo for pressure)
Grade 3:
- 3/4x Dragonic Overlord Breakride
- 4x Dragonic Overlord "The End"
- 0/1x Dragonic Overlord "The Rebirth"
(Preferably without DOTR as it messes up your balance, thus the "n/n")
THis is just a suggestion, fix it however you want.

I am greatful to you Devour I got some idea from your deck but I don't want to copy it because it would be lame.Me who have played much more with Kagero deck than you would take your deck and play with it.I did New Overlord deck and did some changes but thanks to you I was abel to do even better deck.
