Can anyone tell me how to download this game...??....Is it only Cardfight Vanguard Area 1.60 to be download?..Please need help...

Yeah i downloaded it already..but its .rar...i cant extract it..

Just  create a new folder, open the rar, and "drag and drop" it there or something.
