I tried downloading the full version of the most current update and for some reason it just doesn't work, I tried downloading the update as well and nothing, the game charges and the very first screen is just light blue or showing me a message error and it stays like that and doesn't ever charge the game... any help?

EDIT: for a few games the game worked just fine but during the middle of a game the screen got completely blue again and now the game doesn't work anymore again, please someone?
