Ok, decided to drag my fanfic form my blog to here (since my blog's so quiet xD).
I have 18 chapters by now, but since add all at once is too much, I'll post 1 each week by now till chap 18, after that might take more time since I'm writing (or not, I'll complete, have tons of ideas, but might take a time).
Every chapter will be at a "spoiler" and at this post to make it simple, easy to find. ^^
Also, Rairai and Sei are helping fixing the typo problems with chapters, and with their feedback I was able to change a little of my writing style.

Well, I think i told enough by now, enjoy the chapters:
Chapter 1 - The Melody at Lunch
The sun is shining brightly, bringing the heat, despite the fact that it was the start of the winter. Leaves are falling from the trees. it could be noticed from the classroom's window. The teacher were explaining some lores from Cray's universe as some students wrote about it, some type at their laptops and others heard it. Since the last week's sleeping-in-session-problem, no-one dared to sleep anymore.
The bell rang and the students packed and moved out. The soul Saver Nest was an academy for Cardfighters, where only a selected group could enter. Wasn't the best one, but was famous: Like the dragon, they fly higher than others, Roaring their arrival.
A boy with a purple hair ran, dodging others in his way to the cafeteria. Watching the flow of people running and walking through the corridors, hitting some people sometimes but nothing hard enough to cause trouble.
Five minutes later, the boy noticed the cafeteria, some people were eating, some at the line to get the food... But all were looking the center: A cardfight was over at that moment, the holograms were off and the guy simply moved out, looking down as the other player, a Sophomore, were crossing his arms and laughing.
Without knowing what he hell was going on, thinking that was simply freshman bully, The boy walked there, moving his hand inside his jacket and pulled a deck, getting ready at the table. The senior sat after the game, drinking soda when he noticed that
Senior: Haaan? looks like we've another one here - Said, standing - Present yourself for your Superiors!
??????: Edrien Shintallas, Freshman.
Senior: Shintallas... Nope, never heard about it... I presume you know what'll happen after this game if you lose: You can't lunch here for a week! Principal Merrick told us to do this with the freshman since the nest's full. Only the ones that can force they way to the top can win it!
The boy moved his hand to the back of his neck, scratching it.
Edrien: ... I don't like that... but if the principal said... Works for me then. - put his starter card at the VG circle. Whenever you're ready.

The different way to call the card was recieved with a wave of laughs from all sides, as the people noticed the cards in game:

Senior: Ok Ok, no need to explain it all for us! Shut up and do it
Nodding, the boy looked the top 7 cards and revealed a Top Idol, Riviere. The six other cards were moved to the deck as he shuffles it.

The game was over and Edrien gets his cards, moving his hand in front of the Senior.
Edrien: Good Game.
the senior smiled, shaking the boy's hand
Marcos: I'm Marcos from 2-D and I give you a warm Welcome, Edrien Shintallas. While they'll continue the tests, let me show you the food, especially because i'm hungry.
Both of them laugh, as they move to the line to get the food. one of Marcos's Friends went to test others. Both sides were boosted and excited now to play The Freshmans because they weren't invincible, the Sophomores's because they needed to maintain their reputation... Little by little, the shinny light of the nest was getting more intense there...
Chapter 2 - Team's Choices
The two fighters were eating at the table. Marcos choose pratically a mountain made of steak, as Edrien took some salad together. Took no time for Marcos to look at him and open his mouth, making some pieces of the food fly to his mouth.
Marcos: So boy, have you decided which team you'll enter?
Edrien: Teams? - Asks, As he cleans his face
Marcos: ... Yeah, like me and the boys there. - Points to the group fighting with others to decide if they'll eat or not there - We're the Dark Army. A strong team formed by strong players... Too bad the leader's rules tells: "Dark Zone only"... So you can't play if you don't change your deck.
Edrien scratches his head, thinking about that team stuff. Marcos cleans his mouth while the boy thinks.
Marcos: But... I know a person that would welcome you. After the lunch time, the teams'll be at the Gym. Each team has a specific place to invite members. Don't worry about it, I'll recomend you to a nice one. - Laughs
Speechless, the boy laughs less than Marcos, as he doesn't know what would happen. At the end of the lunch time, the cafeteria was empty, as seniors and Sophomores were getting ready to do their stands, and some Freshman wanted a spot for the "top teams". Following Marcos's instructions, he didn't rushed and walked to the gym.
The problem was: at the moment Edrien entered there, a mob of sophomores were climbing one over the other, trying to invite him and others around him. Even with the pressure, Edrien's quick footwork made him able to dodge them.
Then, he continued to look the stands, thinking which kind of team was the one Marcos would reccomend him... As he hears a voice:
?????: You're Edrien?
With a negative answer from a person, the boy wth a short, blonde hair and blue clothes quickly moved and asked others, and it was kinda annoying to others
Edrien: ... I'm Edrien...
With the information, the boy look at him with a smile
?????: Finally! Come this way quick quick! - The boy pulls Edrien, pushing him between the crowd, until they're at a stand with a huge Daiyuusha made with painted cardboard - Here! Yamatooo!!
The boy waves his ahnd, calling another person. A man with a black, pointy hair with a emotionless expression that ended a game.
Yamato: ... So... That's Marcos's recomendation..? - His voice was quiet and slow. He walks until he was close of both, as his green eye shine as he look the person. - ... Doesn't look... That impressive... Yurei...
Yurei: He defeated Marcos at first shot! He'll be a perfect member for our squad of Justice!
Yamato: ... - Closes his eyes, having a simple smile - ... I agree... At least we've another member... Welcome...
Yamato moves his hend to greet Edrien, that answer by shaking his hand. While that happens, some guys came closes, as Yamato notices one of them being one of the people he tested some minutes ago. That one points to him and a bigger person moves. Yamato's eyes shine again, and he starts to change some cards from his deck.
????: Yamato, I heard about those boy's games with you. If they got so close to win, why you didn't let them enter? - The guy asks.
Yamato: ... Hugo-Senpai... Our team doesn't need people that cared about victory only... - Answers - They're not acting like someone we want at our team... Or had a reason... Like Edrien... To be one of us...
Hugo glares at the boyand puts his deck at the table. Yamato answer by placing his deck too
Hugo: Let's play. if I win, you'll let them enter
Yamato: ... And... If I win... Your team'll be disbaned...
Yurei: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT! - He stands at the side of the table, with his arms crossed in front of his chest. - It's not fair! - Hugo and Yamato look at the boy, confuse - Disbaning a team would only create more chaos to the world! And we need to bring justice, not punish them. Then, if Yamato wins, You can't recruit any member this year, Hugo-Senpai.
Both agree, as Yamato lifts his left hand and does a V signal with his hands
Hugo: You're telling I'll end at the second turn? Pretty brave even for you Yamato. - Smiles
Yamato: ... Hugo-Senpai... You'll fall with a Grade 2 Vanguard...
Hugo: That we'll see! Get ready!.

The game was over at the prediction. hugo moved his cards back to the deck. Could be noticed that he was ashamed of what happened, but even so, contineud with his head up as he greets Yamato
Hugo: Thanks for the game. I'll apologize to the boys that joined my team, but I though I could bend your legend here!
Yamato was thinking as he greets Hugo. Next to them...
Edrien: He have his own legend?
Yurei: Yamato repeated his sophomore Year on purpose... He would be Hugo's classmate if wasn't for that... But till now, He never lost a game... And the games always ended at his predictions. It's awesome!
Edrien nods his head. While Yamato Fix his cards, a shadow appears in front of Yurei and Edrien, but at the other side of the table.
???????: You expected another round with Archbird, don't you?
The Four of them look to the person that told that, a girl wearing a gothic lolita dress. She had eye bags under her eyes and a long, braided dark blue hair
Yamato: ... How... Do you know that..?
???????: Your expression - Moves her left hand in front of her face - You were impressed that he didn't guarded Noah. Even with a right prediction, it didn't went perfectly as you wanted.
Hugo: Weren't you suppose to be close to the Dark Army... Thereza?
Thereza: ... - The girl's face inflates with air, like a kid angry about something as she looks to the side without moving her head - Why I would be with them if he didn't let me be with them?
Yurei pulls Hugo's shirt and whispers at his ear, getting an answer in whispers too. Yamato simply sighs as he knew what was going on
Yurei: YOU'RE IN! - Connects the point of his fingers above his head, forming an "O". Edrien and the girl were confuse with that, as he points to Edrien - The skills to defeat evil - points to Thereza - and the one that need to proof that the evildoes are wrong! You're perfect for our team!
The were even more confused. Yamato was cleaning the place, as they were done there.
Yamato: ... He meant... That you two have fulfilled the needs to be at our team... And believe me: He'll not stop until you're in... So I'll say this now: Welcome aboard to the team...
Yurei: We're the bringers of PEACE! - Does a Hero Pose - The messengers of HOPE! - Another Hero Pose - We Follow JUSTICE! We're team SUPERIOR JUSTICE! - And at his final pose, Yurei looks tot he side after some minutes, noticing Yamato organizing the Stand - Hey! You were suppose to activate the fireworks!
Yamato: ... I'll not cause more trouble... Remember last year's... Presentation..? You almost banned the team... - Yurei nods, remembering it
As Edrien scratched his head with a simple smile, Thereza was laughing a lot, pointing at them. After that, they all were cleaning the stand and putting it down. The time moved fast there, as people lost sight of it with tests and invitations.
As the day was over, the four fo them went to the "JUSTICE DORM!" as Yurei wrote at a piece of paper that was a the door of their place. With only two rooms with two beds, Thereza and Edrien were roomates, as both accepted Yamato's option to not be at the same room as Yurei, that didn't shut his mouth.
All of them were tired, but the impressive was Thereza sleeping at the moment she sat at her bed. Carefully, Edrien let her body laying at the bed. He smiled a little and moved to his bed, laying there and waiting for the next day.

Chapter 3 - Trouble
The sound of the class ending was music to the students, as some of them went to the team's room, others to the cafeteria. Edrien waited Thereza, that was playing something at a portable game, what could maybe explain the bags under her eyes, as they went together meet Yamato and Yurei.
Sophomore's classroom away from the freshman's ones, so the both of them needed to walk all the way there. As Thereza continued to play the game, Edrien was uncomfortable to try talk with her, as they were from the same team, but was like they didn't even knew each other.
Edrien: ... Soo... D-Did you slept well? - Tried to start a conversarion - You look tired...
Thereza: Ah, it's nothing... That's normal - Answers him, without taking out her attention from the game, as she was smiling and pressing the buttons, even dodging people at her way without looking.
With a sigh, Edrien continued quiet, as he gave up on trying to make her talk with him. They continued walking until they hear something. Thereza stopped her game and looked before Edrien, as they watched some freshmans hitting the floor, throwing a glove away from him. His friends helped him to stand as the three of them ran away. Both walked to that direction slowly
???????: Heh, Bunch of losers... We should've bet more than simply money...
????: Next time let's get card! Without a proper deck they'll be kicked off or they'll have to play with lame decks, we would be at the top quickly!
Edrien: Hey, that's not right!
Edrien and Thereza got there and noticed the two guys laughing, as another one was covering his face with a hood, the three watched the two appearing there.
Edrine: These are against the rules! you can't bet on cardfights!
???????: Oh... Really? And what proof you've that we're betting stuffs? It's your word against our! - Said the blonde one, that was playing before.
Edrien: Easy, We'll play a game of your rules... If you win, I'll give the amount you want. If we win, you'll stop this!
The blonde one laughs as he was starting to prepare his deck, until the other one holds his shoulder and pulls it slowly.
????: Let me do it, you got your fun already. - He let his initial vanguard at the table as he puts his deck.
Edrien put his deck and his starting vanguard.
