xD, first go to challonge  its a site where you can make brackets and post about your tournament in tournament section in this Area Forum. :D they will join if they want :D thats all

I advise you to check the tournament section and everything will explain itself there.
Also, you missed a section as this should go under "Help", thusly, I'm moving it there.

if you need some ideas or help making one ask some people around for it.

a few of us are willing to help out as long as we have free time.

also its best to do it in the weekends seeing that most people are free then.
