I will be voting for the base on the effect since its really quite hard for me to vote by the artwork.

1)6/10 , by just knowing the next card can just instantly give you another card. ( i wonder if this will make you deck out though )
2) 5/10, Its was actually good because of manipulating of damage zone like Angel feather always do .. but i think the grade 2 effect is OP.
3)7/10, Its 1 time use , after that its probably normal Legion. since the "CB2" only activates when u perform legion.
4)6/10, its kinda op because by just retiring 1 Witch, you get +1 crit easily and gives the opponent hard time to guard on.
5)5/10, its kinda OP because of having too much "power-ups but just having cb2 or sb2.
6)7/10, its actually quite a waste because of soul blasting 6 .. its quite hard to get it, and having to pick a card when u attack is like having free 2 trigger.
7)5.5/10 Its kinda OP , because of just counter blasting 2 then you get free 20k + Legion = 40k because mostly you will put grade 2 or 3 by the time you legion.
especially if you have 2 Asunas in the rearguard so it wil be like +28k for kirito ?
8)6/10, if you have 5 facedown cards in the damage zone its like ALOT especially when u count the legion and also the -damage to the enemy but the minus damage part is quite okay
9)8/10, The effect was amazing, it was indeed murakumo.
10)6.5/10, The effect was devastating enough to finish wipe all his rear-guards by performing a cb2-legion
11)6.5/10, The effect was balance , but once your opponent guards your attack that time. your legion skill is kinda wasted
12)9/10 the effects of the grade 2 was GREAT help to the grade 3 legion. its really pain as getting hit the real Sanity's eclipse in dota 2. ( i played too much dota D: )
13)6.5/10, correct me if im wrong but the counter blast skill is making him cannot be attack in 1 turn? thats quite OP i guess D:
14)7/10 the grade 3 auto skill is kinda wastefull, needing to counter blast 2 and drop 2 for calling a 2 unit with +3000 in it.
15)6.5/10 the -3000 is too much for 4- 6 units.if its -2000 should be fine.
16)6.5/10, having to bind 10 of your cards and you retire 1 - 3 is kinda waste
17)6.5/10 the cost was too much to call four grade 2s. i wish you have included grade 3s.
18)7/10 the icon is kinda in wrong? O_o
but overall it was okay
19)7/10, is this rubick from dota 2? (The effect ).Well getting power-up by kageros skill is good
20)6.5/10, The skill is kinda wasteful if you played with someone who will be willing to damage him for his limitbreaks or counterblasting.Soul Blasting 6 is alot too.
21)7/10 at first i was thinking if this is narukami because the attacking the front row thing but i guess its fine .. since it allows you to retire but only grade 1 or less though
22)7/10 can be OP or balance depends on the luck of the draw.
23)7/10 counter blast should have become sould blaste so it wont be waste for the effect.
24)7/10 at first i thought it was some error because of the name.. but when i see the picture, then its okay. i think 35000 is too high for him especially he doesn't have the effect like Metalborg sin to give him extra power.I wonder if he can reach 35k.
25)7/10, i think something is missing. thats why i give 7.
26)7/10 its look like the Reverse unit of murakumo but in legion way and less power. yeah.
27)5/10, The Effect was Really really OP. I dont know if i should explain more
28)7/10 This sounds like CBD but in megacolony way.
29)7/10 Pretty balance and it gives aqua force more attack because of the legion skill.
30)6/10 It was actually pretty balance but the g3 3rd effect is something not balance.
31)6/10 overall its actually balance.. except the fact the grade 3 should be in the right side.
32)7/10 , well .. that legion effect is something.
33)7/10, it was a Loli. i guess thats all i can say.
34)7/10 pretty nice . powering up all jewel knights. except the grade 2 skill i guess.
35)7/10, It was like calling whole new rear-guards because of the legion skill.
36)7/10, Well.... The effect was amazing its like giraffa and machining together but g2 skill is kinda imba because of having no cost but i guess it only works when your vanguard performs legion. so i guess its fine
